At first I really didn't believe it until I saw for my own eyes and entered the contest of course to win one lol. I would really like to feel one don't they just look like pure magic haha. Well things have been pretty crazy around here, well more like busy doing nothing or busy working constantly then coming home and doing nothing! I was hoping to get in a post at least every other day but so far it hasn't happened so I am lowering my standards, now its at least once a week, I promise. I have been trying to comment and visit everyones blogs but I haven't had too much time for that either but I'm trying to catch up.

So I have become addicted to NYC Prep on Bravo, it is just so addictive! It is a lot like Gossip Girl though, which I find funny because I don't like the show I only like the books haha. I do find myself making fun of people a lot when I watch it though, but I guess that's just the fun of it. It really surprises me how much money can get you though, in one scene PC, who is 18 was offered a wine list at a restaurant and he said yes and it was brought to him! You can tune in NYC Prep on bravo on Tuesdays at 9:00. So guys I am really trying to post but after my last promise I got grounded and then went on vacation so my posting plans got put on hold but for now unless I get any further distractions I will be posting regularly! So I am off to plan some things for the day and do laundry!

I have to say from the few resort collections I just saw I just had to keep coming back to this outfit buy Basso & Brooke. I love the flowing of the dress and how the contours in the coat balances it perfectly and the splash of color and pattern is fantastic. Although I loved there whole collection this would have to be my favorite!

So yes guys I'm finally back for good! Things here have been manically crazy, I've been working a ton and moved since I last posted. Now we are almost completely back to normal and I really was ready to start blogging again. I am can't wait to begin reading every one's blogs again..... which is what I'm off to do.

I Need Thought Of Summer To Get Through The Day

I love this dress from Urban Outfitters and although I am working my butt off lately at $68 its still a little pricey on a childcare providers salary haha. I am so ready to get back into blogging again, I really miss it! Things have been literally one thing after another here but I'm hoping things will start to get back to normal soon. I am hoping to also get back into working out a lot again, I have been working on tuesdays and don't think I have been to a boot camp class in like 2 months. Although I did try this awesome class called zumba, its kind of like a latin dancing class and i am trying to do that and cardio fusion every monday.

I can almost always guarantee that if you see me I will be wearing some sort of pearl, whether colored or not and of course it will be fake haha. That's just me I love the clean look and the versatility therefore, its kind of my signature. A lot of people consider things their signature whats yours?

Sorry for the utter lack of good posts and posts in general ts just been kind of hectic with work and all but hopefully I can manage to get one good one in this week. Obviously I'm in a very yellow mood today. Sorry for the lack of posting but I go strep this weekend and the only thing I could really do is lie in bed but thank goodness I am feeling almost 100% better. If you bloggers didn't already know I hate shirts. I would much rather where skirts so don't expect much with shorts on my blog. I know this outfit is kind of matchy matchy but I wanted to get the yellow brightness across. When I started this post it was still pretty nice outside but I just got up to take out the puppy and it has gotten quite nippy and I hear it supposed to rain. So I do plan on posting more just last week was kind of hectic. Although I am pretty done with Romeo and Juliet so that polyvore is probably not going to happen!

So last week it was all nice 60 degree days and now as I am typing there is almost 7 inches of snow on the ground and we are out of school which means now we will be in school til June 16th lovely right! I Need Some Spring To Brighten Up My Day

As soon as I saw this dress I wanted it too bad its $68 but that's Urban for ya. I am so ready for spring it was actually around 50 degrees today with little to no wind, which was a nice change to the bitter cold we've had the past few days. I am finally back I am going to start posting at least twice a week I have just been so lazy that I have not been commenting on others blogs or keeping up with my own. Hopefully I will get another post in by tomorrow or Friday. We just finished reading Romeo and Juliet and I am working on putting a Polyvore of my versions of their costumes up soon, so maybe that will be my next post.

Snow Day

Thankfully, today was a Snow Day which means no school. So that means that I am trapped here with my little brothers all day....... GREAT!!!! One is all ready punished ad the other one I am praying gets that way soon, I can't take them anymore. One plus side is that I get to play with Oliver9my new pup) all day. I figured that a coat post would be in order they are all from Forever 21 and under $40. Hope everyone has a good day snowy or not.

Aren't they so cute, ours, Oliver is the darker on and my aunt's, Salem, is light taller one. We drove all day up to PA in the mountains that were covered in snow to get them. It was worth it though. Sorry I haven't posted in a while but I was sick mostly all of last weekend and then my grandmother came last week. Hopefully I will post some more this week.

So before I go on I would like all of you to now that it just took me over an hour to get what is above me after having to do it three times the connection speed and the fact that the Internet kept on freezing up on me! So I realized today that I had not posted in a week but I was having bloggers block until visiting another blog and be reminded of polyvore. Basically I was inspired by the quote that was listed as a background on the site, it felt like a ah hah moment after really wondering what I was going to post about for the past few days. I love flowey things I always have, I used to wear dresses all the time when I was little. While on style.com looking for some ideas I stumbled upon this article about how to "Keep up your appearances" during the economic recession. I thought it was a pretty good of show how to get the look for less. If you haven't noticed already I try to keep everything on this blog I show in the affordable range except for those few exceptions. As we go through this economic term oil I am going to try my hardest to keep it that way showing that you can be stylish on a budget. While also staying with my theme of bringing in this year with kindness and helping people out. I never really got much a chance to thank my fellow bloggers for a great 2008 and I can't wait to make it even better in 2009. Thanks for all of your support!

"A Year Without Sana Clause" has to be my favorite Christmas movie well between that and "Rudolph and the Island of Misfit Toys". Well i am sorry this post isn't very fashion forward. Although from my last post I did buy that "smashbox photo finisher foundation primer" for a cool $12.67 nice considering in stores its $36. Well I am going to go dabble on facebook. You Had a Bad Day

Yes so my phone got stolen today my brand new phone and its been pouring and cold all day, I was late to school its just a mess!! But as I write this I feel so selfish being upset look at all the kids in the world who have nothing. I think instead of being upset I am going to take up some time on FreeRice.com. I will say one thing what makes me so made is that it was probably someone who thought I was gullible which I am. It really makes you question the world today. People gave Oprah a lot of grief over building he school in Africa instead of America but she was right, here we all want material things in other countries kids want what we take for granted every day. I think this Christmas instead of saying want want we should be saying give give. This world is already messed up enough lets not add to it. but on a positive note I went on a fantastic scavenger hunt for Young life last night it was the best 45 min through our small little town ever!! Once I can blot peoples faces I will post some pics!!
