New Release Tuesday

April 14th brings several new DVD and Blu-Ray releases to horror fans, but none more significant than one of last year's best, Splinter. You can hit up the review here, but why are you making such a fuss... buy it already.

You'll also see releases of old horror/comedies like Slaughter High, Repossessed, and My Best Friend is a Vampire.

Who cares about those right now? You know you need to get Splinter. Right now... Go on...

Weekend Box Office Round-Up

With no new horror films opening this weekend, we bear witness to the inevitable drops in genre films in the top twenty. Knowing moves from fourth to fifth with a $6.7 million haul, while The Haunting in Connecticut falls from thrid to seventh with $5.7 million and The Last House on the Left falls from twelfth to fifteenth with $558,000
