Randal,<BR/><BR/>I'm wondering how many businesses on the block bordered by Bush, College, Main and First have heard about the city hiring a planner for their properties. <BR/><BR/>The site (area) has great potential, it would be beneficial if the city wasn't perceived as sneaky or closed-minded as the neighbors give their own ideas.
