I find it funny that the media's first reaction is to question the exit polls."<br /><br />I couldn't keep my mouth shut. I said, "Listen, the first round of exit polls had Bush winning KY by only 10% ... if that were true, then I knew Bush was in trouble. But it wasn't true because the early sample wasn't representative." Furthermore, I pointed out that the polls, even when wrong, were still within the margin of error -- they're polls!<br /><br />However, the longer these people remain in denial about what really went on and the longer they rely on conspiracies to explain everything -- the more elections Republicans win in the long run. Say what you will about the "big tent" of the Democratic Party, but the Democrats, by stated policy, do not allow pro-life Dems to speak at their convention. Republicans, while not advocating the pro-choice position, do allow pro-choice Republicans to speak. It's called "inclusion" and you don't have to advocate a position to include its proponents in your organization. <br /><br />If the Dems don't drop their arrogance and engage Middle America -- instead of labeling them idiots -- then they'll lose more and more.Matthttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16100315687701037162noreply@blogger.com
