After talking to godaddy's support team, it seems this is an IP level block and all sites hosted on godaddy's server are affected. Asked them to move my domain to a different server. They said no. Now I am stuck. Just moved there 6 month ago to avoid being blocked by blanket Wordpress problems. Any hope?
