Last week I introduced you to Pink Product World and the wide variety of products they carry, all in pink! If you missed it, check out my previous post here. Today I want to focus on the great choices available in their home electronics and office categories.

Pink Product World has accessories for your audio devices including pink stereo earbuds, a Powered 25W Stereo Speaker System and even a Foldable Speaker System for use with your iPod, MP3 player, computer or other portable audio devices. This looks like it would be really handy!

Not only is it cute, but since it's an optical mouse, you don't need to use any mouse pad, which is especially helpful when you're using your laptop on the go. It also has flexible scrolling, which means the scroll wheel works for both horizontal and vertical scrolling plus it zooms in and zooms out.

Easy Yellow Cake Mix Chocolate Chip Cookie Bar Recipe

This is a great recipe for using up extra cake mixes you might have from super-coupon shopping (I got a bunch for 20 cents each last week) and is also just a nice, quick dessert to make any time. They are easier to make than cake (no frosting needed) and much less messy - you can eat them with your hands.

If you want to reduce the fat content of the recipe, I will often replace half of the butter with applesauce and you can also substitute 1 Tbsp soy flour and 1 Tbsp water for one of the eggs.

Easy Chocolate Chip Bar Cookies

1 package yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1/4 C brown sugar, packed
1/4 C butter, softened
1/4 C water
1 to 2 C chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease a 9 x 13" cake pan. Mix all ingredients except the chips thoroughly, then blend in the chips. Spread into pan and bake 20-25 minutes.
