Facts suggest that Sloat exchanged documents with Heimlich before the interview, a serious no-no for any independent journalist and that he used the Bellwether to hype Heimlich's show without disclosing he was going to be the first guest. (The latter is considerably less serious than pre-show collusion with Heimlich, but by failing to disclose, it creates the appearance he was touting for Heimlich, but didn't want Bellwether readers to know he was slated to be a guest. Why not, Bill?) <BR/><BR/><I>1) Do you recall what date you received the invitation to appear on the show? Who contacted you?<BR/><BR/>2) Before the interview, did you communicate with Phil?
