Long time no see! Well, I guess that it is no secret that I haven't been around this blog in a long time. Some where along the way my desire to blog has just disappeared. The reason that I haven't blogged in awhile is because so much has been going on. I have been plugging away at my Shetland Tea Shawl. Right now I have reached the knitted on edging that is taking an eternity to finish. It's a VERY intricate edging but very beautiful and I can't wait to finish. I would like to thank all of you for your condolences and nice words about my husband's grandma. She ended up passing away shortly after I announced it and since her funeral I have slowly been working my way back to the land of the living. I am still here, I promise. This week my husband and I had some pretty depressing news dropped on us. We found out that his grandma has stage four lung cancer and things are going down hill pretty fast. All week has been spent with family and not much else has been done. I should be ashamed of myself. I am weak when it comes to starting projects that I really don't have time for.
