As a potentially significant lawsuit over NFL TV contracts drew to a conclusion in New York, the sides in the league's labor dispute traded barbs in the media Thursday over who might be to blame in the event of a work stoppage. The NFL's outside labor attorney, Bob Batterman, made the bizarre suggestion to the Washington Post that the players were the ones in favor of an owner-imposed lockout, and the players' union responded with a midday conference call to address that accusation and continue their insistence that they want the games to go on.&lt;br /&gt;
