I've never been to SeeWoo but there is a Loon Fung supermarket in North Greenwich which sounds very similar to this kind of shop. They've got live fish in tanks, wholesale section, consumer section, kitchen goods and also an in-house noodle bar. I spotted some armed police from City Airport buying their lunch in there last time I went shopping.

I love the place, although I take a very deep breath before entering as sometimes it can be a bit ripe. I always go if I need nibbles for a drinks party, lots of lovely unusual food - havent tried the frozen snake though! Fresh banana leaves for platters, lovely little bowls for olives, I could go on and on. Its often hilarious trying to understand the chinese staff, but they are so polite and helpful and will simply take you to whatever you are looking for.
