Nick, this recipe is, hands down, THE most intriguing/enticing recipe that I've seen so far this year - what an eclectic mix of flavors and ingredients!!I haven't had TOO much experience with Persian cuisine, but now you have me wanting to eat MORE of this cuisine! :0)
