My husband just cooked beef brisket and homemade baked beans yesterday and we served it with garden vegies and fresh garden sliced tomatoes. It is sure a tasty meat when seasoned nice and cooked slowly. Ours was very tender and good!<BR/><BR/>Thanks for all your posts.
