They usually sell foam at the chain fabric stores. I had my upholsterer cut it which turned out to be a good idea because it needs to be cut 1 inch larger than the dimensions to insure tightness. Ebay sells tons of new fabric by the yard. I went to the knoll showroom and picked up a sample of the fabric so I could see and feel it.
