Building 300 is complete at One Cool Blow and residents have started moving in, bringing life to the project. We are working on the completion of Buildings 100 and 200. They are both coming along quickly and will be completed in mid-October. Two and three bedroom flats are still available. But hurry only a few remain. We are starting to see the finish line for the One Cool Blow project. Residents will start closing on units and moving in early September. We are very excited about the project! Please call if you would like a tour.

One Cool Blow Set for Completion in June

The completion of One Cool Blow is coming soon. Building A is set for completion in June and Building B will be completion in July. There are only a handful of lofts remaining so if you or anyone you know are interested please contact us as soon as possible!

Building A Is Almost Complete!

If you're on the Ravenal Bridge coming into Charleston, look to the right. You'll see a large red crane and a nearly completed shell. Building A will be completed in the next two weeks. Stop by if you get a chance and check it out.

Pile Driving

If you're curious, work has started over at One Cool Blow. They'll finish driving the last of over 220 pilings this coming week. They average around 85 feet in length, so anyone living around One Cool Blow right now (which is a small number) is being treated to some sweet music. I'll have more news as the days and weeks go by. And I'll post some images when I get them.

For now, I'll leave you with this link to remind you why One Cool Blow is a bit different.

I'm actually not sure if it was truly a warehouse, because it was in such a state of disrepair. Regardless, it has been razed. A good sign for all of us wating to move our Ligne Roset sofas in.
