I, for one, like it.

Apparently, the change was made only in the US. Here's how the new logo looks like on a Pepsi product. To me, it's clean, simple, and it comes as a good change, although I'm not so sure a brand as big as Pepsi really needed a rebranding. Let's take Coca Cola. How many logo changes has it had? That's right.

Apparently, container houses and mobile homes have replaced spacious city homes. That's the first I've heard of people actually living in containers!

The... coolest fridge ever

College fridge or "Flatshare Fridge" is a concept createde by Austrian designer Stefan Buchberger, for Electrolux Design Lab.

This fridge seems to be ideal for roommates who don't like to mix their food, allowing them to keep it in four stackable modules. Each module can be further customized with add-ons like bottle openers.

The Flatshare Fridge is one of nine finalists out of more than 600 entries from 49 countries in the Electrolux Design Lab 2008 competition. This year, the sixth year of the global contest, undergraduate and graduate industrial design students were invited to create appliance concepts for the Internet generation.

For creator Stefan Buchberger, a design student at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna, the idea grew out of a semester-long theme about keeping personal space clean and tidy. "I decided to create Flatshare fridge because there is nothing more disgusting than a dirty fridge in a shared flat", he says. "At the time, I was living in such a flat!".

Handles on the sides of the modules make them easy to transport. "If you move to new flat, you can just transport your module like a suitcase and hook it up to the base station in your new flat", Buchberger explains.

Recently, Neogen.ro has been rebranded and changed its name to Neobizz.ro. Well, not really; one of the websites is now known as Neobizz. The new logo is, of course, a cute bee. Cause bees go "bzz" and they are very hardworking.

A few days ago, 100eyes.ro was launched. The logo? Another cute bee. People, whatever happened to being original and creating new stuff?

I wanted to write about this so I Googled "bee logo". Surprise! The Internet is full of logos depicting a bee. Buzzy bee, spelling bee, cute bee, everything bee. Yes, they are cute, and yes, they look nice in yellow-and-black logos, but can you at least try to bee original?
