Al Gore: your average ‘the world is ending’ fanatic, or a hypocrite?

I should 1st start off by telling exactly who is Al gore. Al Gore is the former vise president of the U.S.A. who began a climate program around 2006. He did it all right and by the book.
Get cause to support… check
Get money donors… check
Volunteers… MAJOR CHECK.
That’s right he did everything BUT follow his own program. You see he does not practice what he preaches.

“Al Gore’s global-warming documentary, An Inconvenient Truth, collected an Oscar for best documentary feature, but the Tennessee Center for Policy Research has found that Gore deserves a gold statue for hypocrisy.

Gore’s mansion, located in the posh Belle Meade area of Nashville, consumes 20 times more electricity every month than the average American household uses in an entire year, according to the Nashville Electric Service (NES).

Yet, In his documentary, the former Vice President calls on Americans to conserve energy by reducing electricity consumption at home.”

His electric bills are sky high and since the release of ‘an inconvenient truth’ his electricity consumption has risen.

So yes, he is a hypocrite, no matter which way you spin it.

AFTER THOUGHTS: I‘m still slightly bothered that he won’t reveal what he is using all that energy for… ?

This video really hit home with me and really made me wonder. Am I doing all I can to ensure my friends eternal life with Jesus? I already knew I would not like the answer and it scared me. We call ourselves friends, but do we act like it? Think about your friends... Are you sharing your relationship with God, or not?

tennis update

For those who did not know I play tennis. It's wierd because I'm a social person but i avoid team sports(probably because I tend to fall a lot.) So that left tennis. And I'm pretty good at it too. but last fridayone of the best teams in our district, Trinity. Guess how that went! MMM.... it seems that you are imune to my sarcasm... so I'll give you a hint. we lost. Go on and guess... still don't know? Well if you don't then no matter what i type at this piont you are beyond the point of no return... So I lost 8 to 0. Thats bad. but in doubles (2 people) we lost (dun dun dun drom roll) 8 to 1!! So we are improving!! Well...we play them again so MAYBE next time we can redeem ourselves. bye~

A look into Romans 9 show that we are not the fist to ponder this. "6It is not as though God's word had failed. to those who inquire as to why i am typing this,

Instead of our regular lesson during Sunday school, our teacher was not there, our class was teamed with the seniors and we were lectured on this. It stuck to my heart and i researched it, but came up short handed. So my readers i was hoping one of you might enlighten me. i know this is not how ordinary blogs go, but I'm not ordinary, and proud of it. Review to help my curious heart. pleas.

At this very moment, well not really actually I read an article about this, scientists are debating ways to take a disease from a unborn baby. They know that by cloning, yes they are capable of doing this, embryo in the first couple days of its life they can keep the disease in the original and the clone would be disease free. But to do so they must kill the original. they can not do this because it is of course very unethical. then again some might not think so, like those who support abortion.
The Question is, would you rather kill the diseased child for a healthy child or keep the disease child. Some might find it easy to answer, but think about it some more and you'll realize it really requires a great deal of thought.
The answer to that question is yet another question. When does life begin? If life begins in the womb of the mother then it murder to kill the embryo. If life starts when you are born then, perhaps some people have a right to want to do this. What is my opinion you ask? To me life starts when you are loved. If your parents love you diseased or not then that is the real question... Only you can answer.
