Even though this posting is late but I happen to come across an article in the newspaper about Carlos Alfaro Sr today. I have not been in the DC area in over 20 years or so. I was good friends with Carlos Alfaro Jr. back during Jr. High at Eastern Intermediate. He was a good guy and wish I was able to contact him long before this happened but I have been out of the area due to the military. I
