Here's my problem with it - My internet plan has a bandwidth cap of 1 GB per month, but no caps are applicable during the night; its unlimited at night. So I would prefer that Windows updates are downloaded and installed when my internet connection is free of bandwidth caps. Similarly, you may also not want those updates to be installed just before your all important presentation. A manual update of Windows give you more control of when to download and apply it. You cannot use it for files greater than 2 MB in size. Images cannot be wider or higher than 5000 pixels.
