Well its been over a month now since last time i wrote. nothing much exciting is happening but here are some updates

- learning photoshop software and and photoshop elements.
- got scammed on EBAY.
- Had a huge gathering just yesterday with friends and family and did some 3 rounds of garba and dandiya and now my damn legs are all cramped up
- Attended some shows in the area concerning to food. It was good.
- MY EMPLOYEES ARE STILL A BIG HEADACHE AND GETTING DUMBER AND DUMBER DAY BY DAY (EXCEPT COUPLE)
- Lost the indian channels for good now. WAH WAH NO MORE FREE INDIAN CHANNELS.
- I ACTUALLY HAVE STARTED EATING CEREAL W/ MILK NOW EVERYDAY DAY MON TO FRI.
- PRAY TO GOD EVERYDAY NOW A DAYS. NOTHING MUCH JUST USUAL GAYATRI MANTRA SINCE I GOT BACK FROM INDIA.

WELL NOTHING ELSE. SO SEE YA WHEN I ENCOUNTER ANOTHER EXCITING EVENT.

Back to HELL HO all over again

Well i thought i would post something now that i am back from India. It was lot of fun there. Lot has changed in terms of infrastructure and way of life back home. Felt like i was still in states but a far better more happy and straight forward life.

nothing could be more fun that meeting the family and this time there were the in laws too so u know the good old JAMAI treatment. It was great. Went to Srinathji and Jaipur. Got to see my old home and Jaan's old home in the village. Had a great time drinking all kinds of soda's like limbu soda, aadu limbu soda, aadu limbu fodina soda, chaas soda and above all the KHARI soda.

Did not eat outside that much this time around except for Gathiya's , pani puri, Vada Pav, Mughlai, Gola's, Sherdi raas, sandwiches,some punjabi food , kathiyavadi food and etc etc

Had fun riding around the Bike and in the car beeping my way through the traffic. honking at everyone and everything even if there was no one there. FREEDOM to do stuff aahh soo peaceful.

Well anyways no i am back to HELL HO of the U S of the A and it is cold and not fun at all.

I don't know what it is about India that i have to remember it once a day. The emotions that run through the body on thinking about it is just drives me crazy. Is it watching the movie SWADESH again for the 5 th till 4 am in the morning or is it watching the show THE STORY OF INDIA or maybe it is just the anxiousness of going to India next Thursday.

It has been long 3 years since i have been there and there is a little anxiety in the air about what i am in for when i reach home. Questions are hitting....Is it the same as i left it 3 yrs ago, is it changed beyond imagination for the good or the bad or what should i expect and so on. One thing that has for surely changed is the part of my life, a chapter that was present when i left India 3 yrs ago and would be in my future is now a past and in memories for never to be wiped out. Would i have the courage to step into that place again and think about all the things we did there or would it be changed beyond recognition. Nervousness is creeping in to what will i want to do while i am there.

Going to India really haven't been so hard as it is this time. Just a sheer thought of landing down at Mumbai is scaring me. Would i see children begging for money, food etc, will i see the slums that will make me feel that everything i have her is taken for granted or would i see the fear and helplessness of people who went through the chaos that happened on 26th Nov.

Most people including me are usually very excited about going to India and spending time away from work and other stuff from the life here in the states, but this time it is just not penning up the right way.

Like owen wilson said in Armageddon " i think it is 80% nervous and 20% Scared or is it 80% scared and 20% nervous , but that's what makes it exciting." Well we just have to go and see what ratio actually applies to me this time.

I know my 4 am post are getting quite longer and longer and stranger and stranger but time is teaching lot of good stuff and making me realize how lucky i am.

Things that hurt me the most in 2008

- Mumbai chaos on Nov 26 by the terrorist.
- some friendships were broken while some were mended which should not have been broken in the first place.
- My brand new car got into an accident, luckily everyone in it were not hurt.
- PATRIOTS LOST THE SUPER BOWL DAMN IT.

- Bena got married recently . CONGRATULATIONS. sorry i missed it.

- Dipubhai and bhabhi had a baby boy so i became uncle again in feb

-Going to bars and clubs every couple months here and there though not drinking anything except pineapple juice. WIERD (did not go when i was single and in college)

- Just started to get more responsible than i was ever before after i moved into my place.

well that pretty much summs up 2008 hopefully 2009 will be a lot better and lot more fun.

INDIA Burning

As of right now most of the people around the world knows what happened in Mumbai in past 4 to 5 days. Something so shocking and horrible can only be described as something that was unimaginable till now.

On Nov 25 the whole of mumbai was in chaos at around 9:40 pm when around 15 terrorists single handedly took control of the wh0ole city by hijacking the leopod cafe, the Taj hotel, The Oberoi hotel, Cama hospital and Metro cinema along with chatrapati Shivaji Train terminal and Nariman house.

What happened after that is something that everyone knows and does not need any words to describe it here on the blog. But after almost 59 hours of the siege everything finally came to an end killing more than 170+ civilians including tourists from other countries , many injured and killing ATS Chief, DCP, Encounter Specialist of mumbai police , One Commando and a Major from the army.

But the main reason for writing this article on the blog was not for the fact of spreading around the facts of what actually happened but something that not lot of people knows or would care to know about the facts that are happening after.

The whole Horror show is not turned to political show where everyone is playing the blame game, giving out resignations and making comments on the dead martyrs.

Lets start with Vilash Rao deshmukh who went to the Taj hotel with his actor son and director ram gopal verma. What did he need to be there for. Planning a film script on the situations. And then issued a press conference making a fun of the whole situation by laughting and joking with the reporters

how about Mr Patil who said the following words "ITS BEING MADE OUT TO BE A BIGGER DEAL THAN IT REALLY IS. IT IS NOT THAT BIG OF THE DEAL ON WHAT HAPPENED"

By far this one takes the cake and the anger of India by the KERELA CM who commented on the dead MAJOR SANDEEP UNNIKRISHNAN family. This is what exactly happened

Malayalam news were making a big deal on the death of the major and having him recognized as son of the state who gave his life for the country and was pressuring all the politicians to atleast be a human being and go pay respects to the family. SO when KERELA CM went to pay his condolences even when he did not wanted to he was turned away by the mourning father of the major who did not want to politicize his son's death. The CM Next day issued a statement which read the following

" IF SANDEEP UNNIKRISHNAN WAS NOT A MAJOR THEN THERE WOULD HAVE NOT BEEN A DOG AT HIS HOME PAYING RESPECTS."

This is coming from a state's Chief Minister about a Major and the only son of the family who gave his life saving the lives of people that he did not know. CM was going there to mourn his death and say a few words in his respect but when Major's Father Mr. Unnikrishnan asked CM if he remembered the first two words or two lines of what he was gonna say, our beloved Mr CM just blinked his eyes in confusion.

I ask MR KERELA'S CM that would a dog come to your house when u die if u werent the CM of the State.

THE ANSWER IS NO

even after all the horror in mumbai the one thing that the politicians are only aware of and wanna take care of is their KHURSI (Political position) and POLITICAL POWER. They do not care for anyone or anything except for themselves. Isnt it the time that politicians get the message that STAY AWAY
But as far as MUMBAIKARS go they are on their regular track of life and everyone is back to their routine. There are people at the Leopad cafe jamming to eat there, there are people travelling by trains and people going to watch the film at the metro cinema. This is the answer that MUMBAIKARS have given to the terrorist that no matter what you do life will go on as it has been for many many years and no one is scared of them

Like I WOULD SAY - THE SHOW MUST GO ON........ PICTURE ABHI BAHUT BAKI HAI MERE DOST....... YEH TO SIRF 5 MIN KA INTERVAL........ NO ONE CAN SHAKE US UP.

Diwali Function

So we had our diwali function last weekend on Nov 1st and it was a great fun. Me and wifey dear were gearing up for it for a while now and now that it is ended there is nothing to look for.

The function itself was fun fancy dress competition, rangoli competition , mehndi and dessert competition. It was fun since me and a friend of mine actually took part in the dessert competition to everyone's shock and to add more shock to that we actually came in second. HAHAH that was really funny. They actually had to announce it in such a way that they could not believe that was happening. IT was great. There was also another person who was tied with us. So that made it even more special in respect to all participants that we never made desserts and now we were in second place. WIFEY dear came in the first place.

At the end me and a friend of mine did some stand up comedy or in gujarati "HASYA NO DAIYRO". It was great we both did good and all the people had great time laughing their asses off. Sorry wifey i made fun of you but all in good intention ;-)

Well now that is over it is back to store today. Gonna be a long day.

So i am writing this post at about 11:52 pm at night after i went to sleep and then could not sleep. Don't ask why or what but just wanted to write something. Don't know what is bothering , but something is and i don't know what and am not wanting to find out either. Lots of sleepless nights have recently taken over with lots of nightmares and weird dreams

The nightmares or weird dreams have been taking over and it looks like i cant seem to let them go even when i get on with my daily work. seems like i cannot forget them like you normally would when you wake up. Could it be sending out any messages or just too much thinking over too much stuff. Its has been quite a couple months starting from July and it is still going on with something or another thing happening almost every weekend. Be it fun it is still getting tiring now.

sometimes feel like RIP VAN RINKLE or something like that , that i studied in grade 3 or 4 about how is went to sleep and woke up after like 20 yrs. It was a good story.

Or it could that summer is coming to an end and that winter is not so much to look forward too. But then it could also be loosing that jackpot of $37900.00 football survivor game that i am playing. It could also be that Tom Brady is out for the season (HECK THAT GIVES NIGHTMARE TO ANYONE IN NE).

Could also be Dec , 24 2012 when supposedly all of earth is going to get destroyed according to many countries like India, Mexico etc. Yeah most people probably dont know about it but i would suggest according to some people that i heard talking about is that google the date DEC 24 , 12012 and there are articles on it. In such case i need to enjoy more but what if that is not true ;-)

but anyways it is 12:03 am and i am still writing means that i should trying sleeping again and see what happens.

So yeah it s been a while since i wrote anything. I dont think anyone is even checking it but then again i wanted to write something since it has been a while. Lots of things happened since then

Right after the Niagara trip we were off to NY city for 4 days. It was a great great time. Specially with all the different and great tasting food we ate while we there was just something unforgettable. food like Kati rolls, Chicken and rice on the street carts, frozen yogurt, Dosas and Falafel with its nice spicy hot sauce were just some of the delicious dishes we ate. Also saw many attraction throughout the city like Statue of liberty, WTC site, Fifth ave, Central park, Chapta town and times square and many other stuff. We stayed at a great hotel at the best location since everything was nearby.
Taxi experiences were really good. almost got killed couple times. Also had my first hangover ever in my life. Did not feel good. But KATI ROLLS hit the spot and everything was good after that.Als0 saw Batman -The Dark Knight at IMAX and i seriously think that is the only way to see it. It was awesome movie. Also saw some indian movies nothing really to talk about but just abou everyone of them were really sucky to decent.

Other than that i finally went to my ben's house and saw Diya and had a blast playing with her. It was really fun specially when she foooo''eedd all the food in her mouth at my face. HAHAHA that was funny. It was great time to spend some time with her alone from all the crowd
Also we finally had our picnic last weekend and it was great. Played lots and lots of volleyball all days long not to mention the legs were giving way for the next two days. it was fun there too. All the kids we re there and had fun with them too.
Store had an audit and got 96% so we were in the top 5% bracket as being the best audited store. So that was good.
Rakshabandhan is tomm. Happy Rakshabandhan to Ameba, Yoshi , nina, shiela, sonuben, sweta , Deepa, sanam, tinki, kinal and piyu. Since i wont be able to see you all as usual like everyone Take my blessings as gifts ;-).

Well noting else is happening this days. Six flags is on the plans as for this sunday. let see what we do. Sali is going back to college next weekend too so it is going to be quite here for a while until she comes back.
Well nothing else to report. It was a great time and busy time since last post so hoping to get some rest once August is over and football season kicks in.

Niagara Trip!!!!

So we are finally back from the niagara trip and it was one hell of a trip that words cannot describe but i am still going to try to put it into words and see if it reads that funny as we experienced it.

so we leave thursday late night around 3 am. The drive it self was really good without any traffic and me and nirav shared the driving for the last 3 hrs. we also stopped at the rest year and opened our two big bags of nasta - pani and had a great lunch with other group of 20 indians doing the same thing. we were really cracking up seeing that.

so we reach our HYATT around 1 pm ish. checked in and parked the car in the parking garage across the street which was going to cost is $15.00 a day. well i followed the bell boys instruction and parked my car through entrance shown by him.

We reached niagara with great difficulty. We were almost out of gas with no gas station in sight. finally we found a gas station and filled the tank costing me $65.00 bucks for CRV which averaged around 7 dollars per gallon since they method is in litres in cannada. so got ripped up there.

Now we park the car right in front smack of the falls. Went to niagara' s fury that just opened in june. It was an alright show. Then we went outside to the falls and were shocked to see that there were about 85% indians 10% chinese and their neighbours and 5% other people. Out of 85 % indians there were almost more than &0% gujarati and the rest were Maggie noodle type.

so the falls were great too. went into THE MAID OF THE MIST which was the best part of the trip. Went to cliffton hill and saw sights there and the three amigos that my wife, her sister nad my friend went and sat in that ride that goes up and down like bungee jump. Then went to eat at Boston pizza. Great place with good food and rates. Saw fire works and then went back to the parking lot. This is where the whole crazy shit started to happen

So we were parked way at the end of the parking lot right in front of the falls and the exit was like on other side and only one lane to get ther from the parking lot. So we finally got into the line from the parking space sinc ethat was a challenge too since everyone was coming from all direction cutting people off

So now we are waiting in the line with the car turned off and suddenly a big white kid comes to me with cannadia change that mounted to a buck or so and was like please please can u let us back from the parking space and let us get in the line n i was like sure n no need of the money and he is still like thank you thank you keep it keep it for the tolls and gives me the money and runs away. so nowno moment for a while so he comes backs to me and starts talking how is from chicago n was here to meet his friend and he drank a gallon of some cannadian beer n is all crazy feeling right now. so i tell him well dont just stand there tell ur frined to atleast start backing up. So he stand in the middle of the road waving his friend to back up while his ass is backed up on a car's front end coming from the other side parking space. That was the funniest scene and it was so funny someone called and i could not talk since we were laughting so loud that the person was like i will call back later.

So finally after 1 or so in the parking lot and the road we reach the american checkpoint across the bridge.by this time wifey dear is all sleep like she won a billion bucks. so now when we first came to the falls we had to go through 30 miles of scenic route called Niagara parkway which had the lake on one side and houses on other side and not houses this were freaking 1- 3 million dollar mansions and wifey was so in love with them. so now when we were heading back to hotel at night it was another route we had to take and she did not knew about. so once we reached the american checkpoint and passed it . i swear we were so badly stuck in traffic that we spent almost 10 to 11 green lights at one traffic signal and there were about 4 or 5 of them before the highway. so now wifey wakes up after hour or so not realizing that were not even half mile from the point where she felt asleep and she goes "did we pass the houses, huh did we pass i wanted to see it"" ok now that would sound normal to most people reading this but ifu were in the car with us u would have cracked up carzy like us.

so we were stuck in trafiic from 10:30 to like 3 in the morning for just like 4 miles. So now we reach the hotel and we are taking a different exit n i am so tired and blanked out that my friend is like " ok park here in the garage there is outr hotel " and i was like "BUT THAT IS HYATT" totally dumbfound by this was everyone in the car for a second thinking that we did checked in at the HYATT and als had a npt before we headed out to the falls. And then everyone is like TULAN WE ARE STAYING AT HYATT AND I AM LIKE OH YEAH YEAH .

so park in the same garage with the same entrance. Now were so tired of the traffic that we did not want to stay there sat night and leave on sunday as planned since we thought getting out on sunday would be hell. so we decided we will leave sat itself n cancel the booking for sat night. so the booking was in such a way that we were paying for the friday night and the sat night was free since wifey won it from her workplance. And i did not knew that so we go checking out and they explained this is how it is since sat night was expensive that was free n friday was paid but they were nice and said we did not have pay anything except for 5 bucks that sali sahiba cost us by opening a bottle Aqua fina water :-). Now u must be wonder what about parking for 2 days friday and sat.

Well the system was that any time i got out i had to give the attendant at the garage a pass that the hotel gave us and that would count as cash and in return hotel will charge us 15 bucks a day. well the entrance and the exit that was shown to us by the bell boy were apprently closed with a med sized sign hardly findable and the shutters open. so parking was free too since we entered and exited from the closed entrance and exit.

visited WATERLOO PREMIUM OUTLETS on the way and nothing like wrentham here in mass. this was huge with really low prices and we did quite a few shopping and also picked a huge fight with the subway people in food court who were about to call security on us cause they were at fault. yeah long story but we told them yeah call them and they walked away > WUSSYYYYY....

so that ended the trip n it was great. more to come after we come back from NY

Vacation time and microwave time....

Finally a long weekend and what a long weekend fri , sat and sun. 4th july this year is right smack on friday this year pleasing many people whose workplaces are closed on sat.

Its great to have it on friday i cant wait to get started on our trip to niagara. so much to do while there and nothing planned yet but hopefully will get to see some stuff that not many people go visit after seeing the falls.
Summer is really getting hot and so is my temper and that is the reason for writing this post. My microwave just broke down after just 5 months of purchase and it was a gift from someone. Now the OSTER company whose$90.00 microwave is supposedly backed by a year warranty arent backing it up anymore citing there is no sales receipt. HUH!!!! who asks for that when the manufacture date engraved in the mircowave in the back read NOV 2007. People at OSTER are dumbasses or what!!!!! i mean yeah u wont receipt knowing that most people will throw it out after 30 days and if u paid with CC then the store will throw it out after 60 days. It is not even that i want the money back. just some one can come repair the mircowave or just exchange it for me.

Yeah so basically OSTER is screwing with people by asking for receipt knowing that most people dont keep their receipts to back a year warranty when the product is made only 6 months before its warranty expires according to the company. So now tell me why would any one wanna buy something from those dumbasses.
well anyways so i got a new microwave today from best buy lot expensive but at least i got a 4 yr service plan for that. Let see how that works out since nothing from best buy that i bought have ever broken down yet .Knock wood.

well looks like it got cheaper by 3 bucks since i brought it and since i posted its pic from the website. hehhe gotta get that price match tomm.

So it has been interesting weeks following the last post. some good news some bad news and a funeral. but we wont be going towards those bad news.

It has been quite a while planning two trips for July but i think i finally got it all set and reservation are all made and everything is in its place

4 th of july weekend me, jaan ,ankita and Nirav are heading out to niagara falls for two nights and three days. Gonna use up the free night at Hyatt Regency that jaan had received from the bank. Just have to plan what we are going to do the next whole day after we are done with niagara falls. Still havent figure that out

July 18 to 21 we are taking a mini trip to the BIG APPLE again me , jaan , nirav and Jay. Found a nice sheraton hotel smack in the middle of Manahattan next to central park and grand central. Cant wait for that.

Speaking of NYC we were there just last friday getting ankita's visa to get into Canada. Iwe left at 1 am. Got there early and parked the car and waited. Me bing me was so bored i was singing a song called "TERI GAAND MEIN DANDA RE" (the whole song is at tanda17.blogspot.com ) right next a indian whoe seemed like a ABCD or spanish but eventually when we were dont with visas he met us outside and said in gujarati "SU VISA MALI GAYA" and then we were cracking up after he left. I also got on the one of the news broadcast waving from outside at the Rockefeller center.

the it was a trip to Edison for shopping and eating. We ate a NAANKING. It was a great place place and food was awesome. some paans and sugarcanejuices later we were shopping at patel brothers. We were looking at mangos and they werent that nice and then JAy had to make a funny comment saying that "this looks like CHUSA HUVA AAM" right next to the owner of the store. after that happened while still shopping there , we here on the speakers of the intercom that "FUVA TAME AGAR REGISTER PAR AAVO" and jay and jaan were on the floor cracking up.

it was Back to NYC to pick up a cousin from Edison the same day and then off to CT since we had a picnic on saturday. Came home late that saturday night. since then pretty much it has been the same old work and home until this sat when we have a picnic here. wish i could find someone to cover at store or i might not be able to come. IT would suck but i really wanna go so let see what happens.

On other news i am creating one other blog for people to read bout my vacations , trips and stuff like that since iwill be making a lot of them this year it is best i create a seperate blog for it. so more stuff for u people to do at work.

Ahh it was one hell of the last week! if i describe it half of you think it was straight out of a movie or something like that.

It all started when i received this phone call on wednesday afternoon from desertfox dad that DFox got into an accident. So we rushed to beverly hospital to pick him up. Luckily no bruises or anything. Car totally totalled. It was like in a Pyramid shaped. The whole of the middle car was push in looking like a triangle.So we start coming home when we decided that we should pick the police report from the state police dept next to our home. Well i signaled to turn left the car in the opposite direction stops to let me go so did the 2nd car and the 3 rd car but dont know what the 4th car was thinking she went on the right side of the road in a one lane road packed up some speed around 40 to 45 mph and tried to pass the 3 cars and the next thing we here is whack boom. Rammed it right into my brand new car in the from.

Her Car damamge totally. Anything and everything that was liquid was leaking from her car with smoke all around the front. ALl this while in front of Andover state police department. Dont know what the hell she wa thinking.

So after everything was done and she got a ticket n stuff i call AAA to get it towed to my dealership. Reaching there we find they dont do body work so we have to take it to their contracted garage in Tweskbury from burlington. Well AAA guy would nto do that and he left and i had to make another call to AAA to make a appointment to tow it again. Waited from 7:30 pm to 9:15pm at the dealership before the next truck came and me and DFox dad finally went to Tweskbury and drop the car off.

Still today no car , no rental nothing. Driving bro car until the assessors come and take pics and assess the damage before the car is being worked on. After All this the best part was that DFox was not hurt in either accident. which both were pretty severe.

The next day thursday was DFox Oath for Being US citizen. (Geeshhh who all are mad e citizens this days) Accompained him and his friend to the ceremony. His friend from india wanted to see it so i was forced to sit with him for 3 hrs in Fanueil Hall before we get some food. AHH Chacarero never felt so good except for the fact that those two little tweeds Dfox and his friend got all the roasted red pepper and when my turn came they were out of it. I was Mad as hell.

Friday was the Graduation. All plans were changed the night before at 11:30 when some later comers wishers decided they wanted to come too. So me and a friend reached the graduation first waiting for Dfox family to get there who had the passes.

Another hour in the scroching sun. When finally they came eveyone were seated and we found some empty seats and settled down. Now for people who graduated knows that except for the people who are graduating no one is really excited until the ceremony is finished n they hug and kiss and take pics and stuff. So after gruelling and suffering 5 hours we finally left and went home got changed and we for dinner.

After some nice cubano we had some champane and dinner at punjab. Ahhh what nice food.

Then the kids went to Casino. Again some later wishers and deciders decided they wanted to come too. So now 8 people in DFox's CRV all cramped up. WEll i was driving so i was pretty comfortable.

Once at casino It was Creps and WAR time. Everyone had great time at the War table with 4 spots beloinging to us out of six. It was great time. everyone lost excep for jaan. So well time to got back. Agian everyone cramped up in the CRV joy ride home at around 5:30 in the morning.

Sat night was terri night at Bapu;s house again. Great fun again 10 players insteado f the usual 8 . Was great fun after a long time.

Sunday morning was the mandir day in lowell and South indian buffet at Mysore Veggie who by the way opened at 1:30 instead of 11:30. Funny stuff happened there tooo. Also went to time pass at the commonwealth dealer ship and pissed the crap out them for reducing their CRV prices to 22900 from 24000. It was great fun. heheeheh DFOX of u are reading they might still be waiting for you.

Well now back to work again with me and Dfox both without car. Now u guys decide how the last week was while i got back slumping.

I know i said it before that i will post more updates but dont know what is going on , even with all the time and stuff to do there is nothing to write. Well nothing exciting at least.

It seems like ages while writing this post. Everyone else have been active blogging about free food, kids and gas prices. Lets leave the gas prices out of this , since that might create an uproar here. but anyways things are going a lot good. Plannig to go to NY in July and also to VA and Niagra Falls. How much actually gets implemented about the trips is to be seen.

in other news one of my Langoor friend is getting Graduated yup Desertfox is graduating. Going to his Grad. in next two weeks. Dont know what the hell his graduation is all about but 8 am - 3 pm is a lot hell of time for people to give lecture. Well i will bring my Creative player and watch some movies on it. or maybe take a nap or something.

summer is finally here but no big movies are hitting the screens yet. None that are coming out also seems that interesting. looks like it is going to be a boring summer in terms of movies. Did see Iron man recently and it was good. Could not have made it better. In Indian movies saw Jannat yesterday. It was a decent flick nothing much to rave about.

Nothing else is going on. probably going to so some Volunteer work in July for couple days with some friends. Looking for a nice small house or condo or townhouse so that should be underway in couple weeks. HGTV is on all day and night now days getting and jotting down ideas on what stuff to look out for and things like that.

Playing a lot of GTA IV this days on Xbox 360 . U know learning the ways of American life through eyes of NIKO and his cousin ROMAN. It is actually a better game than the last two ones. I like it and it is only going to get better. It is set in NY city and i am trying out all the new ways to get the wanted stars so i know what i need to do when i really go to NY with desertfox. HEHEHHE it is really a funny game too just like watching an action comedy movie.

on tech side HD-DVD's is thing of a past now and i am not too happy about it since i am stuck with an hd player and some 15 HD -DVD's which on the bright side are all good movies that u would watch again and again but i wanted more HD-DVD's since they were a better format of the two. But anyways i guess it back to buying Blu-ray.

No new REst. have been tried out since Fire and ice. One of the friends said he will take us some where new UMMMM hint hint. Lets see if we can plan that out sometime. The big belly is kicking me from inside asking me put something new it.

....Yup finally i have a new car all to my self. It been a while getting there but finally got there. Well got the new car last week on Thursday. it was funny it also happened last time when i got the Civic i only went to see the cars and i came out buying one. same thing happen this time too. Well we as in me and bro and the ladies went to see car for both of us bros and we ended up buying two cars. Spend about 4 hrs at the dealership. got good deal on it. But yeah it is nice and i finally have heat in the car.

Other than that i think i am getting better n better at cooking. I cooked something out of the book last night and turns out it looked exactly the same as u can see in the pics. No thing else is going on though. Trying to enjoy the weather which good on every now and then. Cant wait for summer.

Well that is pretty much it this time around maybe something more next time

Well let start by saying Congrats to Dhanesh and Aarti for the wonderful Boy they just had . CONGRATULATIONS.

Well i finally have something to write about. Nothing notable special or exciting but something to write about. been buying some stuff, reading some interesting stuff and also trying some new places to eat.

Well lets start that dear SALI was here last week and was great fun. Because of her Jaan finally got to taste Chacarero after hearing me rave about it all the time. both of them loves it and for it was and still is one of the greatest sandwiches ever. AWESOME stuff.
Earlier this week speciafically day before yesterday we (ME AND JAAN) went to Fire + Ice in boston. Another great great place to eat. For 16.95 + 2.50 for soda unlimited food sounded really good specially with the awesome quality of produce and meat they have. It was awesome experience with the kind of service and food they served. Idea is simple get whatever u want in bowl with the meat or not and sauce and then take it to this huge round grill with cooks around and give it to them and they will grill it for you. Special thing that you need to order that is not included in the price is something called FIRE FRIES. they actually fry this fries in the HABANERO OIL which makes it spicy. It is a great place to go for everyone.Other tech news is that i finally bought a BLu ray player seeing that HD DVD format are pretty much a gone deal i had to invest in a blu ray. It is a sony brand and the quality is great. Though i gotta get more movies since i got only one to test it out. Cant wait to use it more. IT is a great piece of machine.

Reading books this days again. Reading a book by Ben Mezrich called UGLY AMERICANS right now and have RIGGED ready and waiting to go once i finish the first one. He is a great write i must tell ya. One of his book i mentioned before called BRING DOWN THE HOUSE is finally coming out as a movie starting KEVIN SPACEY on march 28. Previews look great. cant wait to see it.

Other than that saw some movies here and there like Jodha AKbar, Vantage Point, We own the night,American Gangster etc etc. Nothing notably really good. Want to go see 10,000 BC but guess will ride it out until it comes out on DVD. Cant wait for indian movie RACE. It is going to be great with ABASS MUSTAN once again on reigns of direction, it will surely be a hit.

Well nothing else Samaj function is tomm and cant wait to meet some certain new person. Cant wait . Till next post everyone have a YUMMY DAY ;-)

Hope you have a great time with the baby and make sure he goes on the dad side with all the gathiyas and gelabis at night. Wish all the luck and strength for staying up all night and lots of POOPY smell while changing the diapers (of course dipubhai you would have to do it). Congratulations to one of my dearest friend who gave me the good news of him getting married next month in FEb. it was the a great news to wake up to on a sunday morning and i wish u my friend the best for everything and hope you guys have lots of fun together for the whole life. Once again i will miss one of my friends marriage 3 rd one in the last 2 yrs and i will miss it a lot but hope u guys have lots of fun.

Hey everyBODY-

how everyone doing?? hope good. It is been getting longer and longer before i finally post something but not lot of people are blogging this days anymore. well lot of stuff happened since the last time i posted.

- Christmas party was awesome and so was new years. Played terri for all the way in the morning both nights

- Mom and dad are here so most of the weekends are shopping days and making good food days.

- dear jaan is still in india and while i am writing this she will be flying kites in india on makarshankrat while i post stupid stuff on the blog :-)

The most important thing that happened was that i moved into the apartment and it was good for some parts and bad on other ones. I finally got the interenet started after days of frustration but then my XBOX 360 is dead. It is showing the THREE RED RINGS OF DEATH. Dont know what to do with out it . cant live without that. My HD DVD player cant work without the 360 console so cant wait to do something with it or replace it. Finally got the living room furniture but they only got the sofa right rest of the things were wrong so send it back.couple of the stiches are off on the chaise so i got call and let them know so they come fix it. It is always good thing to get those replacement plans. See it is already in use within 2 days. The living room is finally looking like something that i was dreaming of with the TV set up and all my precious teenge mutant ninja turtles on display and 3 postes in the frame that again includes TMNT,Captain jack sparrow nad MARVEL. Goood stuff. The new TV is awesome. Worth all the wait on the black friday and the cold i got for next two days.

well all alone in the apartment until jaan comes back but then its only couple days and in another couples days i am off to VA for 4 days for my nephews 1 year birthday and i cannot wait to see u GANPAT. Love u munchkin cant wait to see ya and bore u out will all the baby talk. and by the time i come back it is jaan;s time to come back.

well nothing else right now i gotta go make international call otherwise i will get mauled by u know who for not calling. so later people and hope eveyone enjoys the snow tomm morning

Yup Yup christmas is right around the corner and usually i love christmas with all the gifts that i get but this time no time to set up the tree or buy gifts for anyone. So not so exciting this year. Snow has already hit home couple times and now everyone is wondering if we are going to have a white christmas. I hope we do since its been a while since we had white christmas.

Well no plans to go anywhere yet. Jaandear is going to India with her sister. Her cousin broke the suprise she was going to give her parents by showing up at home with her sis. Well n e ways that pretty much took the new years eve out of the way too other we would have hit Boston once again like the last time. Well gotta find something else to do.

In other news one of my other friends are going to FLORIDA on the 21st. Thanks for inviting me gals. Hope you get stuck in big lines with all the rowdy children. Also finished reading another book by BEN MEZRICH caled "BUSTING VEGAS". It took about 15 trips to bathroom to finish it since i dont have time to read it just sitting quietly dowon on the sofa and stuff. It was awesome like the last one "BRINGING DOWN THE HOUSE". Now i got two authors whose book i probably read from now on Chetan bhagat and Ben Mezrich.In other news My nephew muaachhhh.... turns 1 yr in JAN. CAnt wait to go see him again. First time in VA so it is going to be exciting. CANT WAIT CANT WAIT CANT WAIT.......... I am coming Ganpat.
