Includes provider,&lt;br /&gt;patient, and drug segments of SCRIPT message. It required&lt;br /&gt;header information, requester, subscriber, utilization management, and other&lt;br /&gt;relevant information. &lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Terminology standards&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;RxNorm&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;blockquote&gt;RxNorm is organized around normalized names for clinical drugs. These names&lt;br /&gt;contain information on ingredients, strengths, and dose forms.
