Thought I would share some of the happenings with the Sisemore's and some pictures as well :) The newest thing I suppose is my baby girl Celeste has a young Suitor now. His name is Cory and I ask that you be in prayer for Celeste and Cory and their courtship and time of growing in the Lord and that their relationship would be a blessing to the Lord.

This picture was taken this afternoon after Church. Cory came over and we watched a movie as a family. I had been home with what I feared was the flu. Thankfully I am doing some better so now I suspect it was a bad fibro flareup. Anyway, I thought this picture was cute :) It is not posed, they were playing around while I was trying to get an actual picture and it turned out so cute :)

In other happenings, we are fundraising like crazy to raise the next payment for Jeremiah's Adoption. We need $3000 ASAP. We had a candy sale in front of our local Sam's club Saturday. We raised $218.49! Praise the Lord. That was raised by the hardest. Seems like alot of stuff kept going wrong to make it harder and harder to raise money that day at Sam's. We raised more than double that amount the last time we had a Saturday at Sam's so we had been hopeful for more but of course are thankful for that money!

We have a Target Giftcard Giveaway going on the fundraising blog! We are really praying some interest will be stirred up in that because at the moment we will loose money on it if things don't pick up :( Please share with everyone you know. $5 is not a huge amount to spare to change a life! And in thanks they could win a $50 target Giftcard to use for Christmas Shopping! :)

These are some shots that Celeste took on her camera for school photography class. Thought I would share. Noah just had to try and play basketball like his daddy and uncle Wesley were playing around with :)

It is so funny to me how Noah is so boy just naturally. He loves TRUCKS! lol cars, motorcycles, vans, tractors, trains, you name it, if it has wheels he thinks it is amazing! heehee So when he saw this riding toy he was in heaven! :)

These are some shots that the girls had me take of them at a restraunt. We went out for soup and were barely gonna have enough to go out but we went. Well, there was an issue with some hair on some bread. Because of that the restraunt gave us 2 free desserts!

Celeste had a clinical luncheon on friday to begin the process to apply to get into clinicals for next semester. There is limited room so it is possible she will have to wait a semester to get in. Anyway, her she is all ready to go to the luncheon :)

They are working with him now in therapy on helping put his clothes on and off. Here I gues she was tryin to practice! LOL

And since I don't have any picture of Jeremiah made this November I thought I would post my favorite picture of him! It was taken last year in December. We have not had update pictures since sept 9th. I bet he is gonna look huge when I finally do see another picture.

Jeremiah sweet frogie boy! I soo can't wait to have this batch of money raised and be in court and know that you are just a few court documents away from being ours! We love you more and more each day and I can't wait for the day they place you in my arms and I someday have the honor of seeing that big smile directed at ME!!!!! :) We love you baby, hold on tight, and until I get there catch my kisses in the wind!

This is National Adoption Month and many of you know how close to my heart adoption and orphan ministry as a whole is to my heart! I have ALWAYS had a soft spot in my heart for it but once God called me into the journey myself I have learned so much more about how important it all is, as if the Lord TELLING us in His Word to care for them was not enough. Shame on me for not understanding more before. Anyway, A little girl is in DANGER and she needs a home NOW! She is 4 years old and if someone does not step forward SOON to commit to her she will be sent to an institution and NEVER have a family. She will be unadoptable if she is transfered. Please please look upon the face of this beautiful little girl.

LERA
- Born: August 7, 2005

Lera is a gorgeous little girl with blonde hair and blue eyes. She is 4 years old. She is quite high functioning, and doing very well. She has flat feet and a systolic heart murmur, but no major heart conditions. She is able to walk and climb, she eats by herself, dances, and understands and follows directions. She has also been transferred to the regular class, so she is living and learning with her typical peers.

Lera lives in Russia and if a family does not commit to her within the next few DAYS, her time will be up. She will be sent to a mental institution where she will then be unadoptable. She will spend out the rest of her days tied down to a crib... left there to die. She will get no medical care, hardly any food, and no love. She will never have parents to call her own. My heart aches just thinking about it.

There's a grant of $1,000 available to the family that adopts her. To hear that her time is running out is painful Lera deserves a chance to live, to be happy, to go to school and have friends and have a mom and dad to hug her and kiss her owies and soothe her when she has a bad dream. She deserves a chance to be a ballerina or dress up like a princess for Halloween, if she wants to... she doesn't deserve to be tied to a crib and left to die. Just because she has Down syndrome.

Here are the specifications for Russia:
* 2 trips
* Both parents for first trip, about one week
* Both parents travel for 2nd trip, approximately 14 days
(One parent may leave after the court proceedings are finalized, after about 5 days.)
* Total program and travel fees under $25k
* Fee includes a $1000 orphanage donation
* Only one child can be adopted at a time
* Married couples and single mothers may apply

There is also a $5000 grant through Reeces Rainbow that will be available after the adoption is final!

and his Mama is not a professional Haircutter!

THIS!!!! At least he is only 2 and doesn't know that he is scalped! I did not even really plan to cut Noah's hair. I had been thinking about letting it grow out and just keeping it cut around ears and the back and front from getting to long but letting it all grow to that point so I can run my hand through it when I rock him! It was just starting to get back like it was before the BIG oops the last time. I am so not good at this! Uggh. Anyway, I had to cut Bobby's for work. Thankfully Bobby likes is scalped basically! I do that well! lol . So after Daddy was done Noah had a fit to have his done, he was smacking the chair, pointing at the clippers and signing please! So I gave in and did not plan to do much, well he decided to wiggle and things went a whole other way and once it happens in one spot we are commited to continue! lol Bobby thinks it looks great and says not to worry. I am thinking how much longer it will be till I can play with his hair. I am sure Bobby would say to me he is not a girl! lol

Well, our I-600A arrived safe and sound at the new lockbox place in Texas. I have no clue how long it will take to get our fingerprint appointment and then our approval letter because it is all so new now having to do things this way. Other adoptive families have shared with me they are worried it will slow things down and I am praying against that.

Here is my signature confirmation! That you Lord for Fedex and tracking so I KNOW and don't have to worry until I hear something from them!

Before the haircut fiasco I had been planning to post these pictures from Saturday with some catchy post title like EEK! I can't find Baby Noah! Where is he? I think a combination of the fact we are growing like a weed and also have a few clothes now that look like a big boy Noah is looking so OLD to us. Bobby came home the other night and Noah was in a onsie Shirt and blue Jeans and he said "HE LOOKS 4! lol Not quite but it does seem like it! He is 29 pounds and wearing 24 months clothes now! He can still wear some 18 months clothes and even size 12 months pants but if it is a one peice especially it is 24 months now! Anway on to photos :)

He is helping me by vacuuming with his puppy vacuum! How I wish that thing worked!

After eating and presents it was outside to play in the yard! Noah was the youngest by a few years and to boot the next oldest is quite a big guy for his age but Noah still had a blast! :)

This was amazing to me! He sat on a big boy swing and he let Bobby push him a little and held on!!! Now he flips on the baby swings at the park so this so surprised me! :)

And I wanted to share something I made with some of the pictures we have been given of Jeremiah! : We have not gotten a new picture since early september so this mama is really really praying for an update SOON! I know we are blessed to be in a program where we get updates at all but when you are use to once a month or a little over when the day of the month you are use to comes and no picture or update its hard, I have now passed that twice! I am thankful to have all of you who read and comment and encourage us on in the journey. This blog in and of itself is such a miracle to me. It is a way for me to share with all of you who are praying, who have become our friends, and who have fallen in love with our boys right along with us, but it is also a way to share with our boys someday what we felt and thought and wrote while we waited. I don't know if Jeremiah will ever be able to understand the words I write here but we do believe Noah will be able to understand the ones we wrote in his journey and still do now. I feel like in alot of ways parts of these posts are letters to my sons, especially the parts I have written to them at the bottom but even the parts that I share with all of you.

Anyway what do yall think of our youngest son??

Jeremiah, my sweet Frogie Boy! Mama misses you so much, I know the day will come and you will read all these things and wonder how I can miss you before I have even met you in person, held you, touched you, but oh I so do. I ache to hold you, to smell you, to stroke your skin, to feel your hair and see is it rough or very soft, to KNOW if you are ok, if you are sick, sleeping, hungry, sad, lonely, or happy and laughing. To see one of those amazing smiles directed at ME and to be able to smile back at you! To get down on the floor with you and spend time together. I don't know how I will ever explain to you and your big brother how I could love you when I was paper pregnant and you were not physically in my body, but you both grew in my heart. God put that love for you there from the second he shared with us that he was giving us each of you! Right now this time seems so long and so hard, this working and waiting, but it is really just such a short time in eternity and I have to trust that God's timing is perfect and that God will get the glory for all the miracles that already have and are continueing to happen to bring you home! I love you frogie boy and we are coming soon. Until then catch my kisses in the wind!

Woohooo! God is AMAZING! Yesterday we were able to purchase a Cashier's Check and Fedex off our I600A application to start the process to be approved to bring Jeremiah home! :) This includes the fee for our Biometric Fingerprint appointment that we will be sent for Bobby, Me, Celeste and my mother. Between the Camcorder Fundraiser, a $233 donation from a person the Lord led to give, Candy Sales, Babysitting and such we were able to raise this and $200 towards the $3000 we need to send Heartsent for the payment that is due. We have also been told that a dear friend has sold some items on Ebay for us and has sent a $350 check to heartsent in our name towards Jeremiah's Adoption :) Woohoo God. Also, a few ladies at a local school who are trying to help us are planning to have a booth for Jeremiah to sell Sonic Cards at a local Arts and Crafts Community Event one of the Churches is having. We are praying this will raise a good amount. Between that and our Sam's Candy Bar sales we have scheduled on the 15th, 21st, and 24th of this month we are praying to have above and beyond what is currently due to Heartsent! Then we can start focusing on the Orphanage Donation, travel fees, Jeremiah's Visa Fee, and our Post study fee! God is such a big God! I am so in awe of watching Him show off! :) Just a couple weeks ago we had to jump through hoops to get the $460 Heartsent needed to go forward then and that has been paid and this for our I600A as well and a couple hundred to spare! I can't wait to see how God continues to provide! Praise You Lord my Jehovah Jireh! :) It is amazing to me when the Lord instills a gift of giving in His people and they are obedient what a blessing it is on so many levels! Our Pastor said at Church the other day when we were testifying about what God has done, that when he prays to God for us he says to God, I don't understand these folks and how they can do this, I could not do all they are doing and God said to him I didn't ask you to I asked them too! WOW! That was huge for me! God told our Pastor that He has called us to Jeremiah and to special needs children! Confirmation big time! I mean I knew it but for some reason hearing it spoken from Pastor just was amazing! I already know what God has in store is so much bigger than us and our family we are buidling by adoption. I know the future is huge for the kingdom. You can't look upon the face of babies you are leaving behind in an orphanage and not be changed! Not everyone is called to bring an orphan home, but all are called to help care for the orphans. Not all are called for Special needs kids either. Thank You Father that you trust us and have called us to adopt and to care for orphans globally for life! I can't wait to see what God is gonna do next! :) Please join me in praying for God to show off in a HUGE WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Our adoption of Noah touched so many people along the journey, This is happening now with Jeremiah as well!

Though I would share some pics! Next time I think I am gonna take the camera into fedex with me and take a picture with the clerks! They get so excited each time I come in and ask all about the Journey! Some have been there through fedex's we sent for Noah when we were working on his adoption :)

November 3, 2007 was an amazing day! That was the day we first heard about and laid eyes on our son Noah WesLee Sisemore waiting in Taiwan for us! It was like an amazing whirlwind adventure just beginning! I will NEVER forget that day. I received an email that said we have been told you are interested in Special Needs Adoption and we have a little baby boy that no one wants, would you consider him! Boy howdy we will! We will take him I email back! Almost immediatly I get an email back saying let me send you information and pictures so you can make an informed decision. So they came and we saw his face and we KNEW even more that he was OUR NOAH! We sent back word that YES we want him, what do we do and so it began! We began researching things in the medical report, fundraising, paperwork and a 10 and half month long journey of a ride where God bridged the ocean and took us to our Noah! :)

And here is the FIRST picture we ever saw that we saw November 3, 2007! The picture was actually over a month old. Noah was 6 months old when we first heard about him and 16 and a half months when he was placed in my shaking arms! :) THANK YOU JESUS for making my dreams come true! Thank you that I can TRUST You will work all things for good so that Jeremiah can come home SOON! :)

Today we had a playdate with our playgroup at Jumping Jupiter :) Here are some shots of Noah on this special day!

Look at us climbing! Our pants came unsnapped! LOL I was so impressed the he climbed up there and went down the BIGGEST bouncy slide! One time he slipped once up there and went down HEAD FIRST and Me and a dad who was there took off running to the end of slide but there was a large soft bouncy platform at the bottom and he was grinning from ear to ear rolling on it! :) heehee

It was such a fun morning and then we went to lunch with his friend Drake and his mama! Came home to nap and he slept hard! :) He would not wake up for his first therapy! heehee We tried and tried. I may have to plan make up sessions on days other than Jumping Jupiter field trip day! lol

Jeremiah sweetie, we can't wait to hold you in our arms and bring you home sweet baby boy! Right now I would give anything for new pictures of you! :) I wonder how you are, what you are feeling, thinking, how much you can or can't see, what your smile looks like in person, if your little belly button is an innie or an outie, do you have Irish toes, what does your little neck smell like, and so much more. Pictures are all I have of you at this point but we love you so much! We are doing all we can to get there quickly. While you wait, catch my kisses in the wind sweet boy!

Hallelujah Day

I wanted to share some pictures with yall from Noah's Hallelujah Day Festivities :) I am missing Jeremiah alot today and have not gotten update pics in a while. I wanted to make this Fall Decoration to hang in my house and I did not have an October Picture of Jeremiah this year so I used the one of him last year at the end of October. And Noah's picture is this October. Wow, last year at this time Noah had only been home a little over a month! Anyway, thought I would share this with yall :) And I will edit it when I finally get pics of Jeremiah this October :) I will show you the new one when it gets here :) so what do you think??

What else would Noah be! :) Every time anyone asked him if he was Elmo he would point at his head! heehee

This was the Holy Ghost Weenie Roast at Church. They made a bonfire in the Gym. It was just like a real fire but instead of fire the wood had orange christmas lights through it :)

This candy bucket will have a life way beyond this week. Noah LOVES buckets. He has carried an easter bucket around and put toys in , carry across the room, take toys out and back and forth. The handle broke off last week. So I have a feeling Elmo has work to do now! :) heehee

He was so cute when they would let him get candy. From the beginning he would just take 1. Noone told him to do that, he just did it! Bobby and I thought that was so sweet. Then he played a game where you got points for how you did. He got 2 points so they told him to get 2 candies. From that game on at every place he would take 2! lol :)

He loved this little slide thing. He did this about a zillion and one times!

His therapist would be so proud at how he crawled through this tube! :) Work those arms little buddy! :)

Celeste the Zebra and Millie the convict :) It was cute. I joked on facebook that I was headed out with Elmo, a Zebra, and a convict, and it was a good thing I had State Police with me! heehee For those that don't know, Bobby works for State Police :)

Getting our face painted! They has the neatest thing. They were paint pencils. He actually let her do it. I was shocked :) She asked what he liked and we said a Ball. She misunderstood! heehee

Hugging Poppy today :) Poppy is a fireman! He gave us the heads up that the fire trucks would be at the shopping center up the road from our house and giving out candy to kids and they could climb on the "FIE TUCKS" heehee So of course I took Noah and FORGOT the camera! ugggh! He woudl not get in the trucks but boy did he love seeign them!!!!! :)

My mom, Nannie Carol came home from rehab today :) She was in hospital and then rehab following her hip replacement. She is doing well and got to leave rehab early :) She says she feels better than before her surgery! She is safely sleeping as is Noah and the 4 kiddos we are babysitting tonight for funds for The Jeremiah Fund! :) Seems very peaceful in my house right now :)

I am praying hard for Jeremiah and searching for grant possibilities that may have funding. Praying for cosigners, my fundraisers, you name it! It seems so strange to me that money stands in the way of our son coming home to his family. I KNOW God can use this to teach me. I know that God can use this to touch people. I look at Noah sleeping so peacefully at HOME and I REMEMBER that God bridged the ocean to bring him home! My Father owns the cattle on a thousand hills, this money is NOTHING to Him! :) I feel so honored that He gave me Noah and now our Jeremiah! It is so sweet how Noah is so in love with Jeremiah and carries his picture around and kisses him on the computer :) I can't wait to experience raising these 2 angels together :)

Jeremiah sweet frogie boy. I send you my kisses in the wind this night and some big bear hugs too! As I sit here unable to sleep as I think of you I wonder what you are doing, feeling, thinking, are you cold, hungry, needing to be held and rocked, just to feel the love of arms around you...I so long to do that for you baby boy. Hold on and I will be there as soon as I can!

Thought that some Panda Boy Fans might like some pics of our Fall Fun yesterday! :) This was before the Tornadoes all starting coming one behind the other. I should have gotten pictures of us all piled up in the hall crying and praying that the tornadoes would pass us by but I was a bit to freaked out for that. Thank you Jesus that we are safe and suffered no damage or injury. Please be with those down the road who did suffer much damage and loss and thank you noone was killed! On to the fun pictures!!!!

Here we have a Noah in the box! heehee I have no clue WHY but this little guy LOVES to get in this box!!!!!!!!!!!!! heeheee He is about to get to big to do so! I want him weighed. He is definitly beginning to get thicker! and a bit of a tummy to playfully pinch!

Yesterday was pumpkin patch day! Thank Goodness the rain stopped long enough to go but it was quite a muddy day! Perfect for boys I guess. I did a good job being a mama to boys! :)

Look at that face! He LOVED the pumpkin patch! They were all out of these wood palats and I thought they would be more like a patch! But oh well. And it all went to missions :)

Oh how I wish I had my frogie Boy home tonight as we go to the fall fest! The beginning of fall to me is the beginning of holidays and I so think what it will be like when Jeremiah is home too! :) I remember these holidays while waiting for Noah and they were hard then. I know the end will come but I so miss that little angel who I have never touched but oh boy has he touched me! Deep in my heart! I KNOW God is Able. I KNOW God is going to SHOW OFF in a BIG way! I KNOW that God's timing is perfect and God leads the people into our lives who are to help us along! I am so thankful that God is trusting me with Jeremiah to love and raise. To God be the glory! Jeremiah sweet angel, you hold on tight to the fingers of the Nannies until I have you in my arms and feel you grab my finger for the first time! Smile to them baby boy! They are weary and your amazing smile can make their day! Rest safe in their arms until I get there and as you sleep little one dream sweet dreams and catch my kisses in the wind!

Happy Fall All!!!!! I pray this season finds you all well! :) We are some busy beavers around here between our Panda Boy Noah being Mr. Active! :) Celeste in college, Church, Fundriasing left and right for Jeremiah , Playgroup activities, our Exchange student, my mom and her surgery and just living life! :) I thought I would share some pictures of some of the wonderful craziness of life! :) I also wanted to share where we are with Jeremiah's Adoption. FUNDRAISING as always is the majore word of our life. We are in crunch time at this point. We have been at this 6 months and we have to move quicker. Our paperwork is all being authenticated and all that and we have about 3 weeks to raise $3000 agency payment and $1030 to send in our USCIS and fingerprints. Having 4 Adults in the house is really making that fee HIGH! Anyway, PLEASE be in PRAYER for this as we do all we can and PRAY PRAY for God to show off in a big way! We did meet with the principal of a small private school yesterday about doing a Jeans for Jeremiah day where the kids pay $1 to wear jeans instead of their uniform. She has to take it before the board so it may or may not work, BUT it just so happens that the principal is herself an adoptive mother and very good friends with another adoptive mother! God was SOOOO in all this! Well, she calls this other lady at the school into the office because she herself is good at raising money. They are talking about ways to help us. They want to know total how much more we need and so we are like with travel and all bare minimum about $14,000. They are like, to you that is a big number, but its really not! WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!! To me it might as well be a Million! Anyway, they are tossing ideas left and right, asking if they can share with other people. I told them they could brodcast on the news if they wanted. We NEED HELP! Anyway, prayerfully their "contacts" will be able to help like they think they can and we may have some good fundraisers coming with some folks who are willing to walk alongside and help us! I also got good news that a dear friend is selling some items on Ebay for us! What a blessing! It so blesses my heart that she is wanting to help :) I know that God is going to use this journey to touch so many lives, and I believe that Jeremiah will touch hearts and lives! What testimony it will be when he is home! God bridged the ocean to bring Noah home and we KNOW without GOD it would not have happend. I can hold onto that as we journey to Jeremiah! :) Please keep our fundraisers that are going in prayer. The camcorder fundraiser lasts till the 3rd I believe. Contact Amanda about that one :) We also have our Puzzle Fundraiser going which has not done well at all. That makes me sad because I really was looking forward to having the puzzle up in Jeremiah's room with people's names on the back :) Its only $2 per puzzle peice so I had really hoped it would do well. It helps alot to KNOW there are some who care, especially when receiving critque and ugly comments from some. Everybody may not agree with my fundraising to bring home Jeremiah, but I would move heaven and earth, STOMP on my pride, and do just about anything it took to help that baby boy come home to a family! Saturday we literally had someone who had money in hand to buy, ask what it was for, take a look at Jeremiah and WALK OFF. He may have cerebral palsy but that angel deserves a family to love him and a chance to have the best life he can! I feel sorry for anyone who can't understand that. Anyway, on to pictures now!

Noah stole Poppy's heart. He gave Bobby this fire engine for Noah. Poppy had the fire engine for years and it does ALL KINDS of things! He wanted Noah to have it! Poppy is a FIRE MAN! He says when Noah is bigger he can ride on the Fire truck in the Christmas Parade with him!

PLEASE pray for our newest fundraising venture. One of Noah's Therepist came up with an idea to try and get schools to hold Jeans Days. I thought OH we can call it JEANS FOR JEREMIAH! I LOVE IT! So we set off calling schools. Well, what sounds like a great idea to us not so much to others at least so far on the public school front, BUT I have a friend whose son attends a private school not far from here so we called them. Well, God was definitly in on that decision because the Principal is an adoptive mama herself! We have an appointment Tuesday morning to meet with her all about POSSIBLY doint a Jeans for Jeremiah Day! We meet with her and she goes to the school board and they have to agree to it. PLEASE keep in prayer this meeting and approval. I feel like if we can get this school on board it will help to get others! :) Then we could call and say such and such academy is helping us out with a Jeans for Jeremiah and we were hoping yall might like to help too or something like that! :) Here is the LOGO thingy I made , what do you think???

Please keep little Jeremiah in your prayers. I feel so bad that he sits in Taiwan waiting for us to get our acts together and come get him. We have to have about $3000 in about 3 or 4 weeks so that our case can go to court. PLEASE pray for favor and that we can raise the money quickly. We have a candy sale this saturday at Sam's Club. Please pray it will do above and beyond what we have ever done. Also we are going to talk to walmart about letting us have a day there. PRAYING they will. When we did a day there with our Church kids we raised over $1000 in one day! That was a few years ago before the economy was so bad and folks seemd to buy much more! Also please keep the Camcorder for Jeremiah fundraiser my friend Amanada is running for Jeremiah! And we are still running our $50 Target Gift Card Giveawy till Thanksgiving! That would sure be fun for someone as a Christmas gift!

Please continue as always to pray for Jeremiah and against seizures and that he will receive the BEST medical care possible while he waits. Please keep St. Lucy Center in your prayers as well. I know the Typhoon affected them in some ways and they have so many little ones, so many cases to be working on while lovin these angels till they come home! :) Taiwan as a whole I am sure could use prayer as well! Praying against anymore typhoons. Think they have had enough!

Hospital waiting, Road trip, Mamaw and Papaw etc :)

Friday we had to take my mother to the hospital to have some heart testing done. Praise God these tests came out GREAT and she does NOT need a heart cath or further heart testing or surgery for heart. She does have to have some more testing of other kinds done to be cleared for hip replacement surgery on the 21st of October. Anyway, here are some pics of Noah and I as we waited in the waiting room! This is what comes from FORGETTING you cleaned out the bottom of the stroller and FORGOT to put new toys in there and didn't bring anything with you! LOL

Luckily we had Elmo who rides in the car alot and of course we played with a package of peanut butter ritz bitz! heehee then opened them and made a huge mess playing and eating. That took a good bit of time :) heehee

The next day Noah, Celeste, Millie and I traveled to Mississippi to meet My Uncle Harold/Noah's Papaw and my Aunt Dorothy/Noah's Mamaw. Aunt Dorothy is my mother's sister and she is comin to stay with us until my mother's surgery. She wanted to spend time with mama before and during the surgery. Uncle Harold gave me away and sometimes I call him Uncle Daddy :) heehee They are like grandparents to Noah so he calls them Mamaw and Papaw :) Uncle Daddy is also who Jeremiah is named for Jeremiah Harold Sisemore! I can't WAIT for them to meet! :)

I so wish I had new pics to post of Jeremiah but I don't :( I did get a mini update on him. He has 8 teeth on top and 6 on bottom! Wow! He may have all his teeth by the time I get him. They have lowered to dosage of one of his medicines which is good for that medicine to be as little as possible. They said they are using some support devices to put him in different positions which is good too! I had to post at least one picture of him so I am posting the header to the fundraising blog :)

PLEASE pray for us as we prepare for a benfit concert. If you are local or willing to travel to LA to donate your performance please let me know :) We are praying for Christian singers, bands, signers, dancers, comics, etc. :)

Jeremiah honey, we are working sooo hard to come up with anything we can that will help raise funds to get you home quicker! We love you more than you can possibly know. This is soooo hard knowin you are across the ocean and aching so hard to hold you, work with you, massage your muscles, and care for your every need and not being able to do that. Panda Boy is sick and I took him to the pediatrician today. It has been awhile since we have been in and since Noah has been home just over a year now they height and weight and I KNEW that Boy was gettin big! He was 27 pounds 7 ounces and 35 inches tall! I am not sure if she measured him right or not because that is a HUGE jump from the last time he was measured so WOW! But it is the official weigh in so to speak so we are goin with it! I do know that height wise he is startin to grow out of some of his 18 months clothes and I am needin to find 24 month and 2T things! He can still wear some 12 month bottoms and 18 month tops, but if its 1 peice the 18 months are not fitting! We just had Noah's yearly evaluation on Monday for the Early Steps program to see if he still qualifies for servies and if so which ones. I am praying they continue everything and maybe add stuff, but not take away. He is doing so well and I say lets NOT mess with it! He is tryin so hard to talk and it is so cute when he babbles away :) Sometimes you know what he is sayin and sometimes he could be talkin to Mars for all I know! heehee The other day he saw a zebra print fur pillow in a store and said what sounded like "AW SWEET!" I proceeded to bop 21 year old big sis Celeste on the head with said pillow! heehee Here are some pics of my Panda Boy Noah I thought you might like to see :) He is so cute :)

This was tonight and he was sittin with me in my recliner and I was fixin to upload a few things on to computer and he wanted me to take his picture :) You can kinda see he doesn't have quite as much spark in those eyes cuz of feelin bad. He is now sleeping beside me in my chair as I type!

I am praying I can get some things donated to do an online yard sale that someone mentioned to me. Someone else mentioned doing an auction where I had a reserve price that I would not take less than and folks could bid on items. Not sure I can figure out how to do something like that, or if I can get anything donated to use for that but I am praying about it. We put Noah on the saddle we saw but he did NOT think it was near as cute an idea as we did! He would NOT stay on it!

This past Saturday our Exchange Student/daughter for a year Millie went to the local High School Homecoming Dance! It was an American Experience and nothing she has experienced before. In Taiwan they do not date till Colllege. Though this "date" was his parents picking her up and taking them out to eat all together and then dropping them and the school dance and then picking them up, but still way more than anything she was use too! She looked very pretty, don't you think??

Celeste got to experience the little sister thing :) Millie asked her to do her hair and makeup! Course with our heat and humidity her hair was totally straight again by end of the night!

This was so cute :) We were babysitting that night and Noah and his friends are watching Millie and her date and his parents leaving! It was just so cute watchin them that I had to get a picture!!! :)

I have been sick, and on top of that have been kinda down because of Money for the adoption of Jeremiah and TRYING not to worry how we are gonna raise all we need and quicker cuz he is waiting and waiting. He is 17 months old now! I can't believe it has been 5 months since I first laid eyes on his face! Today I got on because I knew we should be getting pictures SOON and I wanted to just check IN CASE! Well, sure enough I got the golden email! :) pics and an update :) WOOHOOO :) I also have some pics of my Noah to share as well :) I am one blessed mama to call these 2 beautiful angels my sons! I can't wait for the day I can post a picture with BOTH of them in the picture together :)

I thought I would share some pics from our 1 year Gotcha Day Anniversary Celebration Party:)

The Cake!! I LOVED the cake! They did such a good job! :)

These were our gifts to him :) I LOVED these bags :) They are earth friendly bags from Toys R Us but I loved them and what better gift bags for Panda Boy :) I must say I did have trouble getting the dump truck in that bag :)

Doesn't he look BIG! heehee He is 26 lbs, 34 inches tall and shoes are a 6 but he is growin out of them so I think it is bout time to go up. The sandles are the ONLY shoes he likes. Those were the ones like were in his coming home outfit, but were a 5. I had found a deal and got a 5 and a 6 at that time because I did not know how big his feet were. They were a 4 when we got him so the 5's were big the first day. When it gets cooler I am gonna have a fight on my hands to get non sandles on his feet.

This is a shot of the table we decorated with Asian items. Some were ours we have acquired, some were ones that Millie gave me from Taiwan, some were borrowed from friends :) The poster was made my Celeste and my friend Liane! It has Happy Got You Day written in Chinese :)

Samuel and Noah playing while we were rearranging tables. The banquet room was accidentally double booked. I checked the booking THREE times and so I was quite shocked when told we could not have it because it is booked EVERY whatever by these other people. I literally cried and the owner showed me another area of the restraunt where we could have the party but we had to rearrange tables so we had a long table for everyone. I had wanted 2 long tables but was not room in this area so they other long table had to run another dircetion and we weren't all as close but it was ok I guess. We had a blast and that is what matters :)

Looking at Noah and all God did to bring Noah home REMINDS me and gives me HOPE that Jeremiah's funds will come and he will be here soon with his big brother :)

Jeremiah my sweet frogie boy! I LOVE YOU SO MUCH! I ache to rock you and sing to you and tell you how much we love you, how much Jesus loves you. I can just picture you and your brother together and I can't wait for it to be reality. I love you baby boy and we are working hard and will be there as soon as we can. Be sweet for the Nannies and while you wait catch my kisses in the wind!

We had our Gotcha Day ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY Celebration last night! :) What a wonderful time we had and were so blessed to have 36 people there! :) I will be posting pictures and all of that later or tomorow as we have a busy day but this is the video I showed at the party. I have been trying so hard to get it up on the net. Thoughts, Feelings, and planning for Gotcha day Anniversary

Tuesday, September 8, 2009 will be ONE YEAR since we were blessed by having our son placed in our arms!!!! Was that day easy? no not at all. Was not easy to get to or go through. As happy and joyfilled as we were to FINALLY be in Taiwan and meet our baby face to face, Noah was petrified and his entire world came crashing down and changed. He had no clue that it was the beginning of a life with his forever family, all he knew was he was loosing everything he had ever known to go with these crazy people who he couldn't understand. It is hard to explain how one of the most wonderful and long anticipated days of my life could also at the same time be one of the most painful, gutwrenching days. I guess it is truly like a day of giving birth biologically because you have the labor and delivery that are so painful, but the joy of the baby in your arms!! When I look at my son I so admire him! I cannot begin to imagine what I would be like if almost a year ago someone came in and took me away from every person, thing, sight, smell, and taste I had ever known. I am amazed at how well Noah has done and is doing! I mean even what his clothes are washed in changed so I am sure they had a different smell and feel to them! Yes, it was to give him a family, and more love and attention than he could have known with having so many babies and so few people. BUT, he did NOT know that. He cried, he grieved. I can't even fathom the fear he felt and for how long, probably longer than I even know. I wonder at times if he still remembers or not. I think about the fear I felt taking planes for the first time ever, the fear I felt when on the way back holding my baby boy the plane began to quickly desend during what we guess to be the typhoon weather. That petrifying fear was probably NOTHING compared to the fear that my sweet Panda boy was going through on our Gotcha day and for who knows how long after. I can't even put into words the pain I felt for him, how hard I grieved over his grief. My worries about IF I would feel like his mom were put to rest as soon as he began screaming and his fear and pain tore my heart out. I was emotionally bonded to him at that moment. My worries about could I love in real life the baby in the pictures I had clung to for 10 and half months were gone. I knew I loved this, MY SON, this gift from God and the country of Taiwan. But even with that the GUILT began. If I love him WHY am I putting him through this. Is it fair to him for me to come in and take him away from everything he knows, to frighten him? There are still days from time to time I worry. When someone warns me about RAD or says something about Noah being adopted and "That's because he is adopted!" or "Maybe its because you are not his real mother" I worry but then I think WHAT, I am his REAL mother. I am the mother God chose of Noah. I KNOW that Noah would not have come home without the help of the LORD! If the Father of the Universe trusts me to be Noah's Mother then how can I even worry. I want so much to be the best mother I can be for Noah. I want him to have the world. When I look back on our Gotcha Day and the first days with Noah I TREASURE that time. I received a wonderful gift that day. And in the long run I pray that the day will come that Noah will feel that he received a wonderful gift that day too!

We prayed about how to celebrate our first Gotcha day and decided that we will have a celebration party at Noah's favorite restraunt! It is a local Chinese Restraunt! :) If you are local PLEASE PLEASE take your family to supper at Chef Lee's Tuesday Night and come join us in the Banquet Room for a celebration! Here is a picture of the invitation I made!

We will celebrate 1 year since we were gifted with Noah! It is a celebration of the beginning of a new life, a future, a family growing. I know that Noah was born April 19, 2007 but for me I gave birth to my son September 8, 2008! A nurse did not place him in my arms, but his Nanny through the power of God moving during our paper pregnancy did! I am not sure if this post makes ANY sense to anybody but I wanted to share. To those who have your babies home, Celebrate! :) For those still waiting, as we are again, just know that though it may be a hard day, it is still a wonderful day.

I want to thank each and every person reading this blog who has helped in ANY way to bring Noah home, or Jeremiah. To those who prayed, gave, listened, CALLED me at just the right time, shared in anyway I give you thanks from the bottom of my heart! To Jackie and Jeff McDougall who shared this amazing day with us, Yall will ALWAYS hold a special place in our hearts, as will Miss Lucy who I had the JOY of witnessing join her forever family! I TREASURE the time we shared in Taiwan. I can't wait for the day we travel to CA and share breakfast again with yall! :) I will be forever grateful to Noah's birth mother for the gift she gave, to Taiwan, to St. Lucy's for the love, care, time, energy, and for approving our family and allowing us to even go to court to adopt Noah, and to Liza and Val and everyone over at Heartsent Adoptions! Y'all are my Hero's! :)

I have succeeded in crying my eyes out as I typed this post. Tears of joy, tears of sadness, tears of grief for what my Panda Boy went through, and tears of grattitude that he lays here by me in my chair and sleeps as I share my heart with yall!

We had a long day today. We went to the hospital this morning while my neice Paula had a heart cath and PRAISE GOD she did very well and the news from it is much better than it could have been! We got home in enough time to take a babysitting job for the afternoon and that was very good for the baby fund! :) Well, we normally nap after lunch but when you have alot of extra kiddos sometimes things don't always run as smoothly. I am exhausted from a few nights with no sleep so I was REALLY hoping that I would get a little time to just vedge today. Well, between my amazing 21 year old daughter Celeste and I we managed to get ALL SIX KIDS down and alseep at ONE TIME! :) Actually it lasted for about an hour to boot! :) Here is EVIDENCE :)

Went through her and 3 younger brothers and now Noah and whatever kiddos come through my house between babysitting, playgroup etc! heehee It is made GOOD!

I ran by biglots today and as I am looking for what I need a song comes on the radio that is in my video for Jeremiah! It was so strange but I heard it and the next thing I know I am pushing Noah along in the cart singing along and BAWLING my eyes out! It overwhelmed me with how much I can miss a baby I have never held or even touched physically but boy has he touched my heart! I was overwhelmed thinking how fundraising is so much slower and harder this time than it was for Noah. How it feels like we will never get enough rasied so we can get to the point of our case getting to the judge. It is kinda of embarrasing to by bawlin your eyes out in the big lots :( I KNOW that my God is Able! I KNOW that SOMEHOW we will raise what we need and Jeremiah will come home! I guess this is just the beginning of having to work hard and fight to get Jeremiah what he needs. I know with children with special needs that goes with the territory to have to fight insurance company or whatever to get their needs met. RIght now I am fighting to get Jeremiah what he needs most. His mommy, his family, therapists, doctors, and on and on it goes. Please if you have a minute lift up a prayer for my sweet frogie boy!

First off I wanted to share a PRAISE on the bake sale!!!!!

We had our bake Sale at Beautiful Bowtique on Saturday and raised $120 towards Jeremiah's Adoption! THANK YOU JESUS! We had a BUNCH of baked goods left so Bobby asked Pastor if we could put the leftover's out after Church Sunday with the donation jar if folks wanted anything and he said YES! :) Sooo, after an AMAZING servicce Bobby set everything out and our Church Family was so wonderful and we raised $243.98! Then I had an online friend donate $20 towards the bake sale for a CYBER key lime pie! :) She said if she was here she would have come to the sale so she decided to go ahead and send it through our chip in! :) Also a man at Church took a few things and said he would donate next service so possibly more will be coming! We still have baked goods!!! Anyway, we were so blessed to be loved on so good by our Church!

Now on to pics :) I have a collection of some pictures taken at some play group activities this summer that I snagged off our meetup website :)

Sometimes it feels like we will never raise the money and get to pick you up and I have to remind myself that GOD IS ABLE! and GOD did it with your brother so I KNOW it will happen! God moved on people's hearts this weekend to donate to the bake sale to help bring your home and that was such a blessing! :) Someday I will tell you all about this journey and all the Lord is teaching me through the waiting! I love you frogie boy and until I get there catch my kisses in the wind!

Well, I am covered in flour! I am baking like crazy! It is funny how much harder it is to bake on this level with Noah around than it was when we were baking to sell things to bring him home! heehee :) The mega blocks now have flour in them! Sorry no pics as camera battery had the nerve to die. I will try to get some pics tomorow! Anyway, Please be in prayer for us as we try to bake our hearts out and come pu with ideas of things to bake, good prices to ask and get ready for the sale. Pray that I can do a good job of all this and keep Noah entertained and close by though not close to the oven! Also please pray that I can do it with the house not getting too messed up. A lady is coming tomorow night to meet me. My friend keeps this lady's baby but my friend wont be able to because of medical reasons for a couple months and she thought I might want to keep the baby for money for the adoption. Sooo, we will see what tomorow night brings when I meet baby and his mom! Please be in prayer for us for this:

Eating and Wedding and such

I wanted to share some pictures with yall today :) I got Noah and Little Tykes table and chairs and so the other day Sam and Noah had lunch their together for the first time out of high chair and booser seat :) Noah still sits in high chair at the table when we eat supper as a family but for lunches with Samuel they are eating here now. Also we can use the table for play-do, and other fun things :)

I am gonna be baking alot this week and thinking of you and praying for you with ever item I bake. Sweet forgie boy hold on tight and mama will be there as SOON as she can! So I have pictures I was going to post today and then got a GLORIOUS email from Heartsent! So now I have even more to post! :) I love it when I get an email from them and see the picture attached symbol next to it! I can't get it open fast enough then! :) And then the LONG wait for it to download and open! But oh then you look upon the face of your baby! :) Since I do not have pictures as often to post of my youngest since he is all the way in Taiwan I will start with Jeremiah! :)

PLEASE keep Jeremiah in your prayers for his health and all. Every time I see him I want to get him home quicker and quicker! The doctors and therapist here are anxious too. I have it all lined up and when they see his pics and video's they can't wait to get their hands on him and work with him and such! :) PLEASE be in prayer for our fundraisers! We have a Bake Sale coming up here locally on August 29th! PRAYING it does really well! We are also working on some other ideas and praying we can find a grant that is actually still funded at this point. :)

Here is one of the flyers for the Bake Sale we are having on August 29th for Jeremiah! I know you can't see it too good. We are blessed that a business close to a really busy place has offered us to do this. The last time one was done there they raised $700. Alot of folks donated to the sale for that family, so please pray folks will donate baked goods to ours, and others will come and buy!

As I come to a close of this picture sharing post I am sad to not have pictures of my Jeremiah to share as I do of my other kiddos! My life in ways feels so full and joyful with Celeste, Noah, Millie and my sweet hubby Bobby, my mom, friends, Church, etc. and it is, BUT a part of me is missing. My Jeremiah waits a world away and each day it aches more and more that he is there and I can't hold him, touch him, smell him, comfort him, give him his medicine, talk to his therapist and learn what I can do daily to help him. Find the best docs, the best everything to give him the best I can. It is amazing to me how quickly I forogt how HARD this is, waiting, this being a mama to a baby across the ocean. Fundraising is so overwhelming at times, I look at how much we need, I look at uscis paperwork that NEEDS to be filed and KNOW I dont have the money to file it NOW and it needed to already be gone, I loook at it all with earthly eyes and I feel like I just dont know what to do, but then I remember as I was led to share with someone else today, we see through a glass but dimly, the Lord sees all! HE KNOWS where EVERY penny is coming from. He is moving on Jeremiah's behalf in areas I have no clue! I KNOW this! I KNOW he cares. So as long as I can hold onto more of what I KNOW and less of what I SEE then I should be ok, right?!

Jeremiah my sweet frogie boy. Mama soooooo loves you. I so want to come and pick you up this instant and rock you and sing to you and tell you how much you are loved and adored. Honey boy we are working so hard and praying so hard and we will be to you as soon as we possilby can. Hang tight little man and catch my kisses in the wind!

Sometimes I just love to watch Noah play and move and dance and spin. He is so entertaining :) He and sam were playing yesterday and I decided to record them. Nothing fancy here just a few minutes of my seet little man and his buddy :) HOpe you enjoy half as much as I do!

Jeremiah sweetie pie. Mama loves you so much, we all love you baby boy. We can't wait for all this waiting and all to be over and for us to be with you and bring you to your forever home! I know that Jesus holds you safe in His arms and He and your family love on you through the Nanny's who are caring for you until we can.
