The "combat troops" qualifier must go. ALL the foriegn forces in Iraq must leave. Even the US Embassy will have to relocate to Jordan to end the rocket and mortar attacks on the Green Zone.<BR/><BR/>The US media has been working overtime to stress that once in the WH, Obama will have no choice but to adopt the Establishment's plan of the enduring presence in Iraq.
