I'm probably going to get this book the same way I got the last one, downloading the audio version and listening at work. I know, it's not the same as reading, but I would seriously get nothing else done if I tried to sit down and read this one.Jasonhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17601863377056165200noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3442230.post-65366195886573328292007-07-20T16:07:00.000-07:002007-07-20T16:07:00.000-07:00I had no idea you were a Potter fan, too. I was most bummed to see Bellatrix give Sirius an Avada Kedavera before he went through the Veil, because that wasn't in the book and seemed a bit overwrought to me. But still, overall v. v. good.

Going to get the last book tonight at midnight (I'm already spoiled, though.)

--KylaKJhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08819551018958753244noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3442230.post-29935733425730800372007-07-19T12:12:00.000-07:002007-07-19T12:12:00.000-07:00Anon, that's a great strip! Though I didn't read any of the books, I...I agree. Though I didn't read any of the books, I felt there were lots of details that just weren't being told.
The third film is my favorite, because I think it works the best as a movie, whereas I felt the first moved rather slowly and the last two have felt like things were left out.
I also love Rickman and Thompson and hoped for more from them. Both roles easily could have been expanded in this one.
I'm not sure on the run time compared to the others, but this definitely felt the shortest, so maybe there was a little room for more story.Political Realmhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00108991698118103726noreply@blogger.com
