And I may be wrong since as I have said I don't keep up with the politics in our home state, but wasn't it his job as AG to go after Hevesi for corruption? I'm not too familiar with the case other than what I've heard on Howard Stern, but that is my understanding of it. Attorneys General are supposed to be above partisanship. But were they running a primary battle against each other at the time for governor? That could definitely be a conflict of interest in the same scale of Alberto Gonzalez' politicization of the Justice Department.<BR/><BR/>People, I just can't get too worked up over a simple sex scandal. Was it sleazy? Absolutely. Does where a guy puts his dick have anything to do with how he does his job? Not so much. That's why I only really revel in the sex scandals when it involves somebody who actively crusades for puritanical sexual morality and then gets caught being up to some torrid shenanigans. One point you bring up which definitely begs for a closer look is just what kind of quality piece of ass he was getting for $4000.
