Hurling that word around at people who disagree with you about Israel and then using it more broadly for everyone who has even the most loose political allegiance to those who you first inaccurately label cheapens the debate and waters down the word. Remember the boy who cried wolf? Perhaps not one person noticed because your argument is empty and the further you go with it, the more ridiculous it sounds. I tell you this as a brutally honest friend. Give up on Moby Heathlander. You're embarrassing yourself with your obsession. There's got to be a real deal Jew-hater out there that you could set your sites on and keep some credibility.Jasonhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17601863377056165200noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3442230.post-58165887866671460672007-10-16T09:06:00.000-07:002007-10-16T09:06:00.000-07:00Jason,This is what I mean by Left Anti-semitism ge...Jason,

This is what I mean by Left Anti-semitism gets minimized. How long was I questioning the Left about the Heatlander's pro-hamas, anti-Israeli stance being allowed on the Daily Kos? Not one person noticed.

Somehow Bill O'Reilly noticed the post, but Left Anti-semitism does not ever, ever get called on.

It is because the "Rightness of the Cause" that the Left can get away with calling folks on the Right to be killed or die or used racism against (Clarence Thomas), should I continue?

When I was noting the anti-semitism on the Left, who stood up and said, this is wrong? No one.JSFhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04112671583392607007noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3442230.post-63634185373657334642007-10-16T08:09:00.000-07:002007-10-16T08:09:00.000-07:00JSF, first off that is a classic joke. Thanks. Now...JSF, first off that is a classic joke. Thanks. Now to the meat and potatoes... my point is that I see far more outrage over trumped up false claims of antisemitism toward critics of Israel than REAL antisemitism that comes out of extremists like Coulter. Even you should be able to tell the difference between criticizing the actions of a government and saying that an entire religion should be "perfected." Your use of the word really waters it down.Jasonhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17601863377056165200noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3442230.post-22520713815610753082007-10-16T07:50:00.000-07:002007-10-16T07:50:00.000-07:00Jason,There are many, many orginizations that moni...Jason,

There are many, many orginizations that moniter for Anti-semitism on the Right. The folks who opposed the League of Nations (Isolationist Republicans) were also the country club crowd. They were also anti-semites (hence the rise of John Birchers till Ike kicked them out of the party).

But there are very few places that note Anti-semitism on the Left. And when it is noticed, it is blown off. Somehow it is easier for the Right to be tinged with this -- the Left never have to explain themselves.

An aside:

A Priest, A Rabbi and a Duck walk into a bar. The Bartender goes, "What is this? Some kind of joke?"JSFhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04112671583392607007noreply@blogger.com
