Never fly First Class on a No Class airline.

If ever there was a commercial airline that deserved to be broke, bankrupt and out of business it's Delta Airlines. I hope and pray that every last employee of that sorry airline is out of a job and out on their ass in the coming months. Delta Airlines is the most thieving bunch of assholes I have ever come across.

I'll make it short. I bought two First Class round trip tickets from Delta Airlines. The first half of the trip went without a hitch. But on the way back they canceled my flight leaving me to check in to a hotel overnight at my own expense. They booked me on the next flight out in the morning. It was coach. No problem there. But when I went back to Delta Airlines to get a refund for the difference between first class and coach all they gave me was a bunch of bullshit. And not one penny was refunded. Boils down to thievery. Outright thievery. And on top of all that - they even lost a piece of my luggage. Been back 24 hours and still no word on that.

Watch'em folks. Delta Airlines is no good. They bite the hand that feeds them. I raise my glass to the demise of Delta Airlines. Let them go broke and let every sorry employee suffer the consequences of working for that slimy organization, Delta Airlines. They Suck! They Suck! They Suck!

I watched Ms. McCabe on CNN tonight talking about how aggressive the EPA is when it comes to enforcing the clean up and getting the owners to pay. Well, I don't believe she cares one way or the other whether anyone other than the taxpayers pick up the tab for cleaning up these hazardous waste sites. For example I complained about a n abandoned property in El Paso, Texas last year that needed cleaning up. The address is 4313 Rosa, El Paso, Texas. My complaint is well documented with Eileen McMahon and Richard E. Greene. This property was cleaned up and then turned over to the owner to be sold without the owner paying one penny for cleaning it up. It amounts to nothing more than a gift from the EPA to the owner of that property. The property was worthless and had over $9000.00 in unpaid property taxes and was about to be taken over by the city of El Paso when the EPA came in and gifted the owner with the clean up. The owner rushed to pay the property taxes, the suit was dropped and the property was sold. I'd like to get Ms. McCabe's explanation for that. It's just a waste of taxpayer money and you cannot say that it just slipped thru the cracks. Richard E. Greene and his bunch knew about it - and let it happen. No wonder this country is going down the toilet.

Cardpayment Solutions aka iPayment Inc., and Payjunction Suck

It never ceases to amaze me how thieving and greedy the American banks and credit card companies really are. The following is a true story about Cardpayment Solutions aka iPayment, Inc. out of Calabasas, California. If you are in business and accept credit cards, this story will make you want to throw up.

About a month ago I sold some piping components to a company in West Virginia. I took their credit card as I had done several times in the past. The amount this time was $5839.51. The sale was approved and I began getting their order ready to ship. Two days later on a Saturday afternoon, I was enjoying time with my family when I received a phone call from Cardpayment Solutions informing me that the payment for that sale was being held pending verification because I was over my limit. They told me the verification process would take longer than a week. So what I did was just credit the sale back to the buyer and make other payment arrangements. No problem, right? Well, that's what I thought until I got my statement today from Card Payment Solutions. What I read on that statement made me sick. Cardpayment Solutions charged me $128.47 for charging the card in the first place, then when I credited the card back, they charged me another 128.47 plus all their nickel and dime fees. Over $256.00 in charges and fees for money I never got. That's a fact.

When I called to inquire about it they just told me that's the deal. I'm sure it's in the "contract" somewhere. I'll admit that I never read the contract in it's entirety. As I recall it was about 8 or 9 pages and the print was about a font size 1. The fellow at Payjunction who originally sold me on the deal just highlighted the "important" stuff and told me to sign it and fax it in.

It didn't take long after I signed the contract before I realized I had been hustled by Payjunction and Cardpayment Solutions. The first thing they did was hit me up for an annual service fee. That was a change they made to the contract right after I signed it. You see, Cardpayment Solutions can change the contract any time they want, for any reason. But, if I refuse to pay them, they'll just report me to the credit agencies - which can only result in bad credit history for me.

So, I just lay down and take it. In May, my contract with Payjunction and Cardpayment Solutions finally expires and I will be out and free again. In the meantime I am not using them. If you are considering doing business with either one of these companies, I strongly recommend that you NOT.

Cardpayment Solutions, iPayment, Inc., and Payjunction are, without a doubt, the sleaziest corporate con artists I have ever come across and should be avoided like bottled water from China.

Since this incident I have gone back to using Paypal, and have just recently signed up with Google Checkout. I've never had a single problem with Paypal, and Google is a name that I trust - certainly more than Payjunction, Card Payment Solutions, and Wells Fargo (who is somehow affiliated with iPayment, Inc. and Cardpayment Solutions).

Final words, stay away from Cardpayment Solutions, iPayment, Inc., and Payjunction. They all suck, and they'll all rip you off.

RECENTLY, I had the opportunity to exchange a few emails with a fellow by the name of Mr. Bai who claimed to be from Communist Red China. The emails from Mr. Bai seemed friendly enough at first. But I noticed right off the bat that he was full of shit and completely inaccurate about the history of the United States and Chinese relations. As I began to challenge Mr. Bai on his facts I started to sense his frustration and fear, and he became belligerent and hateful in his remarks toward me and the people of the United States of America. The last line from the last email I received from Mr. Bai stated the following, "Anyway, thanks for your concerns about our environment. I think we handle this problem much much better than you did when USA experienced the industrial infancy period." Of course anyone with any common sense would know that over the last 175 years the United States has learned much about dealing with air pollution, water pollution, and toxic waste. New technologies and equipment are constantly being developed to deal with these problems. All of this new technology and equipment has been available to Communist Red China but they refuse to use it. Why? Because the cost is too high. Clean burning coal is not cheap. Water treatment is not cheap. Proper disposal of toxic waste just adds to the cost of the crap they make in Communist Red China and that would hurt their export business....so they don't do it. And that is why I continue to beat the drum. Just say NO to crap made in Communist Red China.

I'm sick and tired of all the badmouthing and putting down of Russian President Vladimir Putin. Mr. Putin is not an enemy of the United States. He could be one of our best friends if we’d give him some space and quit dogging him out for every little thing. Most of the people in Russia are pretty happy with the job Putin has done. Unlike here in the the United States where toilet water is more popular than George Bush.

Keep in mind now that Russia doesn’t send us deadly products or poison food. You don’t read about Russia hacking into the pentagon or pirating American products. They don’t need our money and they damned sure don’t need lip service from the Bush Administration. Russia is not our enemy. Communist Red China is the enemy here. They’re pigs. Greedy fricking pigs. And they’ve got their eye’s keenly focused on Russia and it's declining population.

"Keep your friends close and your enemies closer". Right now it looks like Red China and Russia are joined at the hip. But Russia's got all the resources while Red China is nothing more than a toxic dump. Russia makes up about 30% of Eurasia in size but only has about 145 million citizens, and declining. If there’s going be a third world war it’s going to be started by Communist Red China in Russia. Red China's hunger for oil and gas and every other thing this world has to offer is growing by leaps and bounds and as resource rich Russia tightens the supply and raises the prices Red China will become frustrated and scared. That’s when they'll make their move against Russia and that’s when hell comes to dinner. At that point Russia and the United States will come together to slaughter the greedy communist pigs of Red China. And in my opinion, today wouldn't be too soon.

Doctor Cell Phone Sucks

If you are searching for a review or reference on Dr. Cell Phone out of Dallas, Texas, you have come to the right place. I give Doctor Cell Phone a failing grade when it comes to quality work and customer service. Oh, they have a pretty website and all, but that and $1.75 will get you a cup of coffee at Starbucks.

I sent my Palm Treo in to Doctor Cell Phone to be repaired a couple weeks ago. It was not charging. The part of the phone where the charging plug is inserted was damaged or loose and a proper charging connection could not be made. Dr Cell Phone called me up and said they could fix it for $64.99 plus shipping and tax. Sounded like a good deal considering the phone cost me $500.00.

After I paid them and got the phone back it charged up once and then quit again. I sent the phone back and a couple days later I received a call from Dr. Cell Phone. The "technician" asked me why I had sent it back and I told him about the charging problem again. He told me it was probably my charger that was bad. Well, I told him I had three chargers and asked him what the odds were of all three chargers going bad at the same time. Of course his answer was "well, it works perfectly now". I realized right then that I had just been taken for more than $80.00. They sent the phone back by Fedex Ground - to a Post Office Box. The phone was eventually delivered to the wrong address.

I would not recommend using Dr. Cell Phone. Based on my experience with Doctor Cell Phone the chances are pretty good that you will just be throwing your money away. I think they are liars and cheats and will say anything to get your money.

I have since bought a new phone and am paying the $7.00 monthly insurance for it now. I hope that doesn't turn out to be a scam too.

Eileen McMahon of the EPA Office of Inspector General (OIG) is just another example of the lazy, useless, and morally bankrupt bureaucrats running the Environmental Protection Agency. Eileen McMahon is so lazy she doesn't even sign her own correspondence. For all I know she doesn't even do the correspondence. It makes me wonder if Eileen McMahon does anything at the EPA.

Eileen McMahon was supposed to investigate another "good for nothing" at the EPA, Richard E. Greene, for malfeasance in his duties as EPA Region Six Director. I don't think she did anything but cover his sorry ass though. That's what they do best in Washington isn't it, cover up. While neither one of these two pukes may be an actual thief, either one of them could have stopped a taxpayer fleecing here in El Paso. It's sickening.

Eileen McMahon and Richard Greene of the EPA are two of a kind. Typical bureaucratic slugs. Dead from the neck up, marking time and drawing a paycheck from the people. Review Pear Tree Apartments, El Paso, Texas

Greetings from El Paso, Texas. If you're looking for an apartment on the west side of El Paso chances are you will come across The Pear Tree Apartments. Don't be fooled by the brochure or the fancy write up in your apartment guide though. Unless no one else will take you because you have animals - you definitely won't want to live at The Pear Tree Apartments.

The Pear Tree Apartments is located at 222 Bartlett - just off of Interstate 10 at Exit 11 in El Paso, Texas 79912. The location is convenient enough. Beyond that, BEWARE.

On a scale of 1 - 10, The Pear Tree Apartments gets no more than a 1. The Management is lazy and insensitive to "quality of life". The Pear Tree Apartments is "pet friendly". Their specialty is Stray Cats. You see them running wild at all hours of the day and night. Some of them are sickly and aggressive. Be careful taking your trash out to the garbage dumpster. If the rotten, putrid smell doesn't get you - the 4 or 5 cats that live in these dumpsters will. You'll need to watch your step at The Pear Tree Apartments too. There's plenty of Dog and Cat feces around the property too. Nothing says "Welcome Home" like a steaming pile of dog shit.

Cleanliness is not high on The Pear Tree Apartments' list of priorities. In fact, I'm not sure there is a list of priorities at The Pear Tree Apartments. Take the laundry room for example. Most of the time it's filthy. Take a look inside one of the washing machines and you are likely to find a lot of Dog and Cat hair. Same goes for the dryers and the floors. The place is filthy.

Another thing that is particularly disturbing at The Pear Tree Apartments is the condition of the air conditioning and heating ducts. I highly recommend you go out and get yourself some filters for the vents. Many of the ducts are rusted out and every time you turn the blower on - you get a load of rust and dirt in your eyes.

The Pear Tree Apartments is also "Chain Smoker" friendly. Before you sign that lease be sure to give your apartment a good going over. If you should be unlucky enough to live above a chain smoking animal like Mark Lysinger, your life at The Pear Tree Apartments will be miserable. As you well know, smoke rises and at The Pear Tree Apartments there are many entry points in your upstairs apartment where the smoke can come in. The Pear Tree Apartments' construction is "Shoddy" at best. The compartment where your water heater and furnace is kept will probably have to be taped off if you find yourself living above a chain smoking animal like Mark Lysinger. The washing machine box is another entry point for cigarette smoke. An open window, unsealed pipes, and even an electrical outlet are all delivery devices for second hand smoke at the Pear Tree Apartments.

If you are considering a downstairs unit at The Pear Tree Apartments, be sure to check out the balcony above your unit. Many of the upstairs balconies at The Pear Tree Apartments are detaching from the building and are beginning to look like they might give way at any moment. You wouldn't want to be out on the balcony or outside your lower unit when a balcony collapses.

In the summer of 2006 El Paso experienced an unusually high amount of rainfall. Many of the building roofs were leaking. They claim to have repaired the roofs but be sure to check out your ceiling before you rent. Look for a wavy or sagging ceiling. You might be able to see the stains on the ceiling where the water leaked in. Sure, they painted over the stains but they're too cheap to fix the waves and sagging.

Like I stated before, unless you are a chain smoker or enjoy living around a chain smoker, or if you have pets and a no other apartment complex in El Paso will take you - The Pear Tree Apartments should be your last resort.

US Navy Rejects "Humanitarian Aid" From Communist Red China

The communist pigs in Red China gave permission for the USS Kitty Hawk and her escorts to make a port visit in Hong Kong over Thanksgiving but then denied permission at the last minute just as the group showed up. Then after they were pressed by officials they changed their mind and approved the visit again, but on "humanitarian grounds".

I feel sorry for the families of those sailors who were waiting in Hong Kong for their loved ones who they have not seen in months. But I believe the Captain did the right thing by pulling anchor and going home. The United States Navy does not need humanitarian aid from Communist Red China. Nor will it be manipulated by communist propaganda just for the sake of liberty. Especially in a shithole like Hong Kong.

Why would anyone want to visit this shithole in the first place?

United States Senator John Cornyn of Texas is a useless politician. And Richard E. Greene, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 6 Administrator is just another lazy, overpaid, good for nothing, lying bureaucrat. They're both worthless as tits on a boar hog.

Just over a year ago I complained to the EPA about a property here in El Paso that needed cleaning up. It was full of rusted out containers that had been leaking dangerous chemicals and solvents into the ground and atmosphere for years while Richard E. Greene and the EPA stood by and did nothing. Well, finally they cleaned it up. And they did a great job. Such a great job that the owner was able to sell the property for a healthy profit.

Aurora Weston, widow of the late Clark Weston (may he rot in Hell) got the property after that scumbag Clark died. She didn't do anything with it though. She didn't care that the containers were leaking hazardous chemicals and solvents into the ground. She didn't care that the neighbors had to breath that crap and watch those rusty containers getting worse day by day. She didn't try to clean it up. She didn't ask for help. She did none of that. The old bag didn't even bother to pay the property taxes. Aurora Weston is as much to blame for the contamination and environmental damage to that property at 4313 Rosa as her dead husband.

But finally, under the pathetic leadership of Chief Moron Richard E. Greene, the EPA went in and cleaned it up at a huge cost to the Taxpayers. Costs that any reasonable person would think could be recovered through a sale of the property. I guess I underestimated the stupidity and laziness of Richard E. Greene though.

They cleaned it up alright, but never left a bill. Meanwhile, Aurora Weston couldn't get to the tax office fast enough to pay those back taxes. You see, the local government had filed a lawsuit against the old bag for unpaid taxes. As soon as she got those taxes paid though, you better believe she sold that property. What a deal. What a gift from Richard E. Greene. Did Aurora Weston sleep with Richard Greene to get a deal like that? I don't know the answer to that one. It's a disgusting thought though.

So like the good citizen that I am, I complained. First I complained to the EPA in Dallas. What a monumental waste of time that was. Have you ever tried to deal with a lazy bureaucrat? They're useless government lifers marking time and doing as little as possible. And Richard Greene seems to be a master at being useless and lazy.

After getting nowhere with those losers I decided to write my Congressman, Silvestre Reyes and my Senator, John Cornyn. Reyes, being a fat loser and retired bureaucrat himself, never responded. I pretty much expected that. When he's not feeding his fat face at the local taco stand, he's hanging out at the prostitute bars over in Juarez, so I hear. Cornyn, or one of his lackies, did write me back though. He told me he'd check into it. Well, all that lazy bastard did was send a copy of my complaint to none other than Richard E. Greene. That's kinda like sending the fox into the hen house for a head count. It's just stupid.

If Senator Cornyn had any brains he would have turned this over to the Government Accounting Office or some house oversight committee for investigation. Because if this kind of taxpayer fleecing has happened once, it's happened a million times.

Are these two characters corrupt? Probably. You know John Cornyn is for sure. Who ever heard of a politician that couldn't be bought? As far as Richard Greene, well, you don't get to his pay grade without doing a good deal of lying and back stabbing. And at his pay grade, it's pretty much politics anyway. Kissing ass, back stabbing, and yes, even taking bribes.

Our government is broke - our country is broke. The United States of America is in trouble because of the careless leadership of people like John Cornyn and lazy overpaid bums like Richard E. Greene. I wouldn't want to carry their baggage when I leave this earth.

I called them up today and asked for Braxton Harris himself. I thought Mr. Harris, a man so proud of himself, he named his business the Braxton Harris Company, would be easy to talk with. I was totally surprised when Mr. Harris's secretary asked me "who may I say is calling?". When I told her my name, she told me to hold on. When she finally came back on the line she asked me "what is this in regards to?". I told her it was in regards to plumbing supplies. Well, she must not have believed me. She probably thought I was a bill collector, a lawyer, or someone chasing Mr. Harris down for money owed. Sadly, I never got to talk with Braxton Harris.

The way I figure it, if you're gonna do business under your own name, you damned well better like talking to people. There are men and women out there running businesses a hundred times bigger and more successful than Braxton Harris who never hesitate to pick up the phone.

Braxton Harris, on the other hand, hides behind a secretary keen on shielding her boss from a brush with anyone unfamiliar. Had Mr. Harris picked up that phone today he might have made a new friend who buys a lot of stuff and pays for it fast. Instead, he goes on, believing he's God's gift to the industry.
