My top 5 jobs now would be Duke, UNC, UCLA, Kentucky and Kansas. After that I think you get into the second tier jobs where you have 5-10 teams all grouped together (Mich. St., Florida, Arizona, Indiana, Louisville, UConn, etc.). Still it would be an upgrade for Pearl to go from Tenn. to Indiana.
