Moving Day

In July, Rebecca and her husband moved to New York. Rebecca has been without a studio during that time as they have been in temporary housing, thus creating the slow down in posts and new available paintings. This week, Rebecca and Ben will move into their new home, and will begin some renovations and the process of settling in.

Be sure to look for new paintings come February,

and a look into Rebecca's new studio.

It was in the low 30's, yet armed with loads of hot chocolate, a space heater, and warmers in my shoes, the evening was enjoyable. Thank you to everyone who stopped by, talked with me, and looked at the artwork. Your kind comments were very encouraging, and I hope to see you again.

December Group Show at the Workerman Gallery

A selection of paintings and photographic prints by Rebecca Finch will be showing at the Workerman Gallery in Manayunk, PA during a group show taking place through the duration of December. Among some of her most recent work, Rebecca will be showing some never before exhibited pieces.

The Workerman Gallery is a beautiful space filled with pottery, wood carvings, handmade furniture and, of course ample wallspace for a large selection of original paintings.

Artwork in Burlington, NJ

Look for Rebecca Finch's art inside Cafe Gallery located in Burlington, New Jersey. Located on the Delaware River, Cafe Gallery is a lovely place to enjoy a relaxing meal while surrounded by art from a variety of local artists. Enjoy their separate art gallery and beautiful courtyard with central fountain. Pieces will remain until the New Year.

Paintout at Princeton Academy

The Princeton Academy hosted a paintout on Saturday October 21st. Rebecca was one of 84 artists who arrived on the beautiful campus and painted until 4pm. From 4:30-5:30, a silent auction took place on all paintings completed during the day.

The campus was absolutley beautiful and full of inspiration.

Artists could be found set up all over the lovely propery. What a sight!

Young artists got in on the action. There was something for everyone.

At the end of the day, a silent auction was held on paintings that had been completed.

Sandra is the woman behind the paintout. She had not only the vision for the event, but worked very hard to bring it about. Thank you , Sandra!!!

"Quiet Ascent" was graciously purchased by the Academy during the silent auction.

Fall Festival
