Born and raised in Southern Illinois, Mr. Simmons served in the United States Army. He graduated college and law school where he spent his first two years as a lawyer in Atlanta, Georgia. He returned to Illinois to establish his own firm, The Simmons Firm, PC. A year later he was invited to join a local firm where he was soon appointed head of asbestos litigation. The First Annual YTB Open Golf Tournament was a rousing success! A sunny Florida day, a beautiful golf course, great friends and colleagues - a perfect combination for the kick-off event for the Funshine Travel Trade Show in Orlando. Kari Stone, YTB Marketing Services Coordinator, registered players and handed out golf goody bags that contained YTB logo golf balls, a YTB cap, a certificate for a golf club, and other gifts.

YTB Travel Network President J. Kim Sorensen sent the golfers on their way at 1 pm and visited with each foursome all through the afternoon. YTB Guarantees Your Success Agreement:

YTB IMR
$6,000 GUARANTEE AGREEMENT

I, the undersigned, an Independent Marketing Representative (IMR) in good standing with YourTravelBiz.com, Inc. (YTB), agree that I will purchase Success From Home Magazines and that I will distribute said magazines to Referring Travel Agent (RTA) and IMR prospects, using my best efforts to recruit such prospects as RTAs and IMRs.

$6,000 COMMISSION GUARANTEE

YTB guarantees that IMR will earn not less than $6,000 in commissions during a maximum 24 month period, subject to the following terms and conditions:

IMR will purchase from YTB, (on monthly autoship @ $99.00 per 25 magazines; non-autoship $99 plus shipping and handling) and distribute, a minimum of 300 Success From Home Magazines to IMR/RTA prospects for 12 qualifying months.
A qualifying month is a calendar month in which 25 or more prospects receive a Success From Home Magazine are registered by IMR, and are followed up by IMR, on or before the last business day of the calendar month.
IMR has 24 months in which to achieve 12 qualifying months of 25 or more prospect registrations and prospect follow ups per month.
IMR shall register his/her RTA and IMR prospects, to whom a Success From Home Magazine has been distributed, in the back office of IMR by name, phone number and email address.
IMR agrees to continue Success From Home Magazine distribution and prospect registrations for a total of 12 qualifying calendar months, but may cancel at any time without loss of IMR status. Cancellation voids the commission guarantee provisions of this agreement.
IMR must, unless already a CRTA, complete an RTA Certification Class (CRTA), at no cost to IMR, within 90 days of enrolling in the Success From Home Magazine Distribution Program, by registering online in back office.
YTB maintains financial reserves to ensure its ability to fulfill payments which may become due to participants under the $6,000 Guarantee program.
The term of this agreement is twenty four (24) months commencing on the 1st day of the month in which IMR makes their first magazine order from YTB.

NO LOSS REFUND GUARANTEE

For a period of one year (GA no time limitation) after any magazine purchase order YTB will refund $6,000 Commission Guarantee program participants $4.00 per non-distributed magazine returned to YTB at IMR’s expense and in resalable condition. The number of returnable non-distributed magazines is determined by the total number of magazines purchased from YTB less magazine recipients listed in the back office of IMR. Contact IMR support at YTB for addresses of magazine return locations. A request for refund voids participation in the $6,000 Income Guarantee program.

CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACK REQUESTS

Credit card chargeback requests relating to the purchase of magazines void participation in the $6,000 Income Guarantee program and, if made in excess of YTB’s refund liability under the terms of this agreement, will be considered fraudulent and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

COMMISSION PAYMENT

When IMR has fulfilled the terms and conditions of this agreement, YTB shall pay to IMR a sum equal to $6,000 less commissions earned by IMR since IMR’s first magazine purchase from YTB.
