It is kinda cool to have folks who don't know that I am on the Plan notice that I am losing weight.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;How much this week? Another 4.5 lbs. That makes 19.5 pounds in 20 days, near a pound a day. I am pretty pumped.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I got to thinking earlier today and I can remember the very first time that I was getting heavy, it was while I was shopping for "designer" jeans to wear out to meet womenz. I was a youngin, 20 or so and in the Navy on a Submarine. The jeans I found that fit were a size 32 / 32. I made the comment to my friend that I was turning into a bowling ball. Here it is a quarter century later and I've added more than a foot of material to the jeans that will button around my waist these days.
