For my contribution, I Core-<span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0">ified</span> my <a href="http://andreaswwrecipes.blogspot.com/2007/03/breakfast-casserole-3-pts.html">breakfast <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1">hashbrown</span> casserole</a> by using fat free cheese, fat free milk and Canadian bacon. I also used my new <a href="http://www.misto.com/"><span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2">MISTO</span></a> to lightly spritz a bit of olive oil over the potatoes. I have to admit that it sliced really well. The convenience was nice but why buy something for $3.99 when I could make it for around $0.50?<br /></span></p><span style="font-size:85%;"></span><p></p><ul><li><span style="font-size:85%;">Spinach salad with julienned Canadian bacon and loads of veggies</span></li><li><span style="font-size:85%;"><span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_6">Polenta</span> chips with dip made from FF Greek yogurt and dried veggies</span></li><li><span style="font-size:85%;">Apple wedges<br /></span></li></ul><span style="font-weight: bold;">H20: 96 oz</span><p><strong>Summary<br /></strong><span style="font-size:85%;">I am going to continue on with Core for the time being. I need to get a game plan together, though, for making the program work better for my daily life. I'm getting there, I promise!
