I love what I do so much, that if I had all the money in the world, I would still coach people to transform their bodies and lives.

One of the most miraculous events I observe as a coach is witnessing the externaland internal transformation people enjoy as they find love for themselves, joy for their shape, and the new found pride for who they are.

In looking at my clients who really seem to thrive, there are three characteristics that they ALL share. These are all things you can employ in your life to make your slimmingefforts even more effective:

1. Transformational self-talk.
Most new clients come to me with a war raging within their minds. A fierce battle of fat thoughts, self-loathing words, and painful messaging that seem to keep them locked in. Not all clients face negative self-talk, but majority do.Shifting negative self-talk to more positive chatter, is a must for my clients and it must be something you start working on. You can’t succeed long-term if your internal world is angry and self-destructive. You’ve got to work on your self-talk immediately. You’ve got to have a plan as to what to do each time you say something negative. Turning your thoughts around is essential or your weight will be regained. With practice, your positive thoughts will help you to transform your body. They go hand in-hand.

2. Dedication
Clients who soar, dedicate their time and focus toward slimming down. It’s not just something they “kinda-sorta” want to do, it’s something they just “Do”. The ultra-successful understand that their extra weight is keeping them from enjoying too many life gifts, which is making a massive impact of their quality of life. This helps them to make slimming down one of their top priorities. Dedication makes for success and avoids disappointment. Where’s your dedication right now. Have you been playing the “I want to slim down” record in your mind, but haven’t really done much about it, or are you focused each and every day to thinking, living and acting thin.

3. Have Fun
Clients seeing slam-dunk results have fun. Together, we laugh, we cry, we share and we create a bond that’s tight and so much fun. It’s fun to have the freedomto eat all the foods you desire, it’s fun to honor your body and it’s fun to get to thebottom of what’s been eating you. It may not be fun every second of your transformation, but by-in-large if you keep a positive attitude alive and well, you will forge ahead like a champ seeing awesome results. Having fun makes this journey one to be enjoyed forever.

If you’d like to get a taste of how fun coaching can be, I’d love to share talkwith you in person about how coaching works. I have a few slots available on Monday and Friday. So if those times work, just fill out this quick form and we can find a time on Friday or Monday to get you in for coaching. My coaching rates are $185 - $320 per month, so they are quite reasonable. Click here to sign up: http://www.thinwithin.com/coaching.htm

If you’d like a less expensive option, I have two additional ways you can receive coaching. If you become a http://www.thinwithinu.com/ member, I offer one group coachingsession each month or you can enjoy a six-hour, six-week audio program at http://www.thinwithin.com/droponesize.htm for $97. And if that’s even more than you’d like to spend, and you’d like to first get a taste of what I do, you can enjoy the 30-Day Blaster Challenge, where you receive 30-instructional emails, where you will be guaranteed to drop a dress size. Enjoy that at: http://www.thinwithin.com/thirtydays.htm.
"In order to change your weight, you must first change your mind."

I enjoyed some weights and then did the elliptical machine and scurried home to watch the Bachelorette, which I taped (Yeah, don't make fun of me for watching it, it's trashy but I'm a sucker for the show).

I had an ah-ha moment that you may be able to relate to...

Sometimes I settle for looking good enough, being successful enough or working out just enough, without really tasting how amazing super sexy feels, super successful is, a super sweaty workout can be. If I'm going to waste my brainpower on having goals, I want to have goals that are spectacular, that are amazing, and that are ridiculously fantastic!!!!!

I found that as I've gone from my mid 20's to mid 30's, I've sometimes been too easy on myself. I've been so lucky to fall into a career I love and find success in my work, yet sometimes I take my life for granted. I don't push beyond my limits. I don't wake up earlier to inspire hundreds of more people each day. I don't offer as many seminars as I could. I workout in comfort versus pushing my body a smidge harder each time - so my results are 'eh...average. I've just allowed moderate success part of who I am...UM, NO!!!!

I don't want my husband and me to be "moderate" or "average". I want us to be spectacular!!! I want us to live this life in a big and magnificent fashion. We deserve to and so do you.

What is spectacular living for you? Share with me, inspire me and let me know! Spectacular living for me is:

*Waking up early - meditating and going for a brisk walk, jog, or hitting the gym with an even stronger workout than the day before. Pushing myself to see all that I am and all that I can be.

*Inspiring thousands more men and women to through tough love to live thin from within, to honor their bodies - and to drop weight by doing the work it takes to think, eat and live thin.

*To eat in a way that continues to honor my body. Lots of colors, lots of beauty, lots of delicious foods.

*Spending money on beautiful clothes, beautiful makeup, beautiful hair products, taking care of my body and my skin so it glows beyond where I've been.

*Stand tall, walk with confidence and use my mind to explode my success, my body results and my life.

*Stand in gratitude for my continued success, each and every one of you that I hear from each and every day, each client I have the privilege to coach, and all the gifts in my life. What about you?

Where are you just settling? Where are you saying okay is good enough? Share with me!

"In order to change your weight, you must first change your mind."

Another summer came and went where I felt self conscious by the pool.

Yuck!

Do you think my summers were magical after I lost weight? NOPE. Not at all. Once I slimmed down, there’s no question that I felt better in a bikini, enjoyed capris and shorts, and felt better overall, yet my mind still wasn’t happy with how I looked. I still felt self-conscious and I still avoided what I call “thin activities” like tubing down the river in your swimsuit, rafting, biking and whatever else I made up in my mind about what “thin activities” I should avoid because I was still too fat to enjoy them.

Do you think that everything will be better once you fit into a smaller size, wear the bikini you’ve been too embarrassed to wear for the past six years, or finally get down intothat oh-so-desirable pant size? I’m not going to lie, life is better, but it’s not perfect. While working on yourself to slim down, you must also work on your mind. See, if you don’t like yourself very much now, you still won’t like yourself when you’re thinner.

I see this happen thousands of times in my practice. Clients lose 20 pounds and then focus on the next 20. Even though they dropped 2-3 sizes, they want the three sizes below where they are now. Still unhappy, still frustrated, still not practicing self-love.Let me tell you the biggest secrets to permanent weight loss. This is big.Ready?

The biggest secret to permanent weight loss is finding beauty within yourself now. Finding beauty and celebrating how beautiful you are is a practice. Just the way filing your nails is a practice. If you let your nails get too long, they’d look all dirty and ragged and ugly. The same is true with your self esteem and body esteem. If you don’t nurture yourself and your body, your self-esteem gets all ragged, your sense of self gets all ugly.

Here are two things you can begin doing today:

1. Begin wearing a rubber band around your wrist. Every time you think something negative about yourself, slap the rubber band, as if to say “snap out of that kind of talk” and then replace the comment you made with a kinder more loving statement.

2. Write down all the things you think will improve when you slim down. Write a whole list with a new topic on each line. Once you’ve done that, look at your list see what you can powerfully shift right now, without waiting for your “better” you when you slim down. For example: if you think it would be so great to wear tank tops, start wearing them! If you have yet to buy yourself new summer stylish clothes because you don’t want to go shopping until you are 10 pounds lighter. Stop it! You are coming from a lack perspective. It’s as though you’re punishing yourself for who you are today. I guarantee that this won’t create a happy and thin you if you continue thinking in that fashion. Go out and get yourself some wonderful and stylish summer clothes now. It’s a good time too – everything’s on sale after the forth of July.

You deserve the best NOW, please don’t wait. We all know that life is too short, so start living and taking action. Don’t let some extra pounds keep you from living. If it’s keeping you from living a happy and joyous life, you may want to consider hiring me as your coach, so we can blast through any negativity.

Much of what I’ve spoken about can be enjoyed in great length with my 6-hour audio course, Attract a Thin You. Don't think that you can’t slim down by harnessing skills of law of attraction, the be-do-have principle or conquering self-defeating behaviors with the power of your mind.

For access to Attract a Thin You, go to:
http://www.thinwithin.com/attractathinyou.htm
"In order to change your weight, you must first change your mind."

It's pretty amazing what you learn about yourself. You should join me and see what you think about checking in daily and posting how you're doing.

Here are the things I'm learning about myself:

1. I've seen how I love to feel hunger and always eat when I'm hungry.

2. I've noticed that unlike naturally thin people, my eyes usually don't want to stop. I just love food so much and I love eating. I have to definitely make a focused effort to slow down my eating and hang out for a bit to feel satisfied. If I don't, I'll just keep eating.

3. I've noticed that I've been eating out a lot and I like the balance of eating out and also eating at home. I really love a fresh bowl of strawberries or steamed broccoli in my steamer or salmon.

4. Mixing food up is so fun. I like thinking about food in colors. I like to have a fun variety of colors. I notice when I eat out - well at least the food that I eat, doesn't have the same vibrant colors as whel I eat at home. I like a lot of colors. For example, if I have a bagel and cream cheese and go out and have a hamburger or pizza, it's all kind of the same color. If, on the other hand I go and have a bagel and creem cheese and then later make some broccoli, strawberries and grilled salmon....so much color!

5. I notice I really get hooked on coffee quickly and I love it. I usually don't have more than a half cup or cup every day or every other day. It seems however that when I have coffee, my skin seems to break out more. Do you notice that? I heard lemon and apple cider vinegar is supposed to be great for you skin. The vinegar can be stinky if you use it and go to bed with someone else...ha!

6. I notice that when I track my hunger, I'm so much more aware. Come track with me on ThinWithinU.

7. I notice I'm the happiest when I'm working with clients and doing this work. That's just a side note, but something I've definitely noticed. I love us all working together to slim down, feel beautiful and love our bodies.
"In order to change your weight, you must first change your mind."

As you stand there you wonder, "How in the world did I get here?"

It is possible that you totally missed what I share in Secret #6 of my book, Nautrally Thin Secrets (which is now on sale by the way).

To illustrate this, I want to share a video with you. As a fellow hypnotherapist, let's
recharge your brain to begin naturally eating mindfully, so you can avoid spending diving
into half a tub of ice cream without even enjoying the taste.

View this video and let me know how you feel. Take some time, relax and let mindful eating trance video work for you.

"In order to change your weight, you must first change your mind."

She will discuss the following topics in person during a ninety minute interactive presentation. If you are not located in San Diego or close by and don't want to fly her out, then she'll do this presentation by phone focusing on:

* Why most people’s weight loss/weight maintenance efforts do not work
* The importance of intuitive eating. Understanding your hunger and fullness cues
* How to stop overeating and minimize emotional eating
* How to get and stay motivated to lose or maintain weight
* How to attain naturally thin weight loss results
* Body acceptance at any weight
* How to track your naturally thin weight loss success
* How to set inspiring goals

Then compes part #2: For an entire eight weeks you will receive audio and emails sent right to your email at work! Each week you will receive a weight loss audio to sent to you so you don't have to do a thing, plus naturally thin weight loss tips throughout the week. We know how hard it is to keep motivated, so that's why we are sending both emails audios and emails out to keep you on track and engaged!

Part#3: The third component is coaching. Each month, Kim and I will offer you non-diet weight loss coaching focused on answering your questions, concerns, or challenges. You get us live and get your questions answered.

and finally....

Part #4: We know that questions come up out of nowhere and we want to make sure that you have the support you need, so we will be offering you email coaching support so when your brain is bursting with needing support, you don't have to wait until next week - write it out and press "send". Marna and Kim will get back in touch with you fast! This is just another way to rockin' results so you can have a rockin' bod. Yep, that's soon to be you!

Our program is rediculously reasonable - especially if your company pays for it! It would then be FREE to you. If you are interested in signing your company up please click here. We would LOVE the opportunity to see you and your fellow co-workers de-flubbify and look fantastic!

When you click on the above link to host an event - even if you are not sure if you can, it's okay. By filling this form out you will ensure that Kim or myself will call you back and we can get moving on seeing your company shrink down!
"In order to change your weight, you must first change your mind."

Most of this article was boring and depressing, but what I really liked about it is the notion that when your mind starts to become hyperfocused on a certain food item, fighting it does absolutely no good.

In this article called Fat-Salt-Sugar Fix Impossible to Resist, Gabriella Boston of The Washington Times states "Our brains start encoding everything about the hyperpalatable food - say a chocolate-chip cookie - so that the next time we see or think about a chocolate-chip cookie, we almost can hear the crinkle of the cellophane wrap, feel the crunch of the first bite between our teeth and taste the intense explosion of chocolate, fat and sugar. The easiest way to get rid of the anxiety is just to give in and eat the cookie, because if we don't, the multisensory anticipation probably will linger and fester, although giving in has its own set of negative consequences, including feelings of failure."

When you focus on what you desire in combination with paying attention to your hunger
and satisfaction cues, you never have to go through the highs and lows of eating. There's never a sense that you should "go on" a diet or calorie restriction program.

Remember, listen to your body. It's what the thin do, and it's what you should do too! It's biological not accidental that the naturally thin stay connected and honor their bodies during
summer picnics, during sad times and during celebrations. Stay connected and you stay thin!
"In order to change your weight, you must first change your mind."

You want to see results so what would success hold you back. Well, hundreds of people I’ve seen over the years worry how looking amazing will impact their marriage or the reactions they will receive from others when they begin to look drop-dead-gorgeous. Staying with the known is far less intimidating then the potential to be the gorgeous person you desire.

But the reality is: When you begin to change your body, most people notice and make a comment and then move on with their day. Most people are so busy doing what they're doing that they don't really give it too much thought. Your partner may feel a bit shaken up to your new routine, but he’ll get used to it and the sex will be incredible. When you walk into a room at a party you’ll fee confident, sexy and powerful. Oh, and your work life will change too. When you feel fantastic about yourself, you better believe you’ll be more successful and work – and more success means more money!

Regardless of how fearful you are of making your body beautiful - the most important concept you must understand is that if you can be thin AND feel safe and comfortable in your skin. If you choose to move toward living thin, I have a fun new treat. I just created a guided meditation and hypnotherapy audio focused on inputting positive and naturally messages into your brain. Since thoughts create actions – working to get your thoughts to shift, will shift your actions. Fear of success will no longer be an option when you keep listening to this audio.

If you don't care about making a change then keep on doing the same ‘ol thing. If you do, this audio will be on sale for the next week. Just $14.99.

http://www.thinwithin.com/thinyouwithinyou.htm

Choose thin thoughts this summer and you’ll be choosing to move past our fears. I once was fearful that people wouldn’t think I was thin enough because I wasn’t a size 2. I don't limit myself because of someone else's opinion. Neither should YOU.

If you want to attain a thinner body, if you want an improved your physique or figure, if you want to go for a walk, start running hills or shifting your self talk - this is what YOU want. Who would of thought that the same characteristics needed to make a marriage stick is the same that keeps you slim? The proof is in the research. Social Psychologists have shown time and time again the three key ingredients to a long-lasting joyful marriage. My research shows that these three success traits are linked to shedding pounds and living thin.

Emotional Intimacy
A marriage thrives on emotional intimacy. A study by University of Virginia sociologists W. Bradford Wilcox and Steven L. Nock found that the single most important factor in women's marital happiness is the level of their husbands' emotional engagement -- not money, the division of household chores or other factors.

The more a couple shares and feels heard regarding their wants and needs, the greater the chance that the couple will sustain a strong marital relationship. In a similar vein, when a couple shows vulnerability within the relationship, it deepens the connection and increases the chance of the couple staying together.

Similarly, in my practice, the men and women who communicate openly and honestly with how their added weight is impacting their life and fully feel this impact, the greater the chance of slimming down. By being vulnerable and sharing this impact, their vulnerability has a direct impact on their ability to lose weight. True success begins to take shape out of the raw and open desire to change. In essence, this emotional vulnerability allows men and women to get real with themselves and opens up a space for healing and long-term weight loss to occur.

Commitment
Commitment in marriage relationships is the second determining success factor to a happy and healthy long-term marriage. Wilcox and Nock found that when couples share a strong commitment to lifelong marriage; for instance, think that marriage is a "lifetime relationship and should never be ended except under extreme circumstances" -- are more likely to report happy marriages, compared to couples who do not have such a commitment to marriage. Shared commitment seems to generate mutual trust and higher levels of emotional investment on the part of couple -- both factors which promote marital happiness among couples, and women in particular.

For years I’ve preached the negative psychological and physical impact dieting has on people. I’ve provided 12 years of evidence as to why dieting is monumentally destructive. The research continues to prove this point. Frank M. Sacks, MD, a professor of medicine at Harvard University, and lead author on this study states, “We thought that the higher protein diet would be more satiating and lead to better weight loss long run, but we didn’t find that at all, says Dr. Sacks. “We found that protein content really didn’t matter.” In fact, the protein, fat or carbohydrate content of the diets did not predict who would lose the most weight, but you know what did? Commitment did. Participants who attended more group counseling sessions lost more weight – about half a pound for every session they attended. Those who stuck most closely to their assigned commitment also got better results.

The study, which was published in the Feb. 26, 2009 issue of The New England Journal of Medicine, is one of the largest and longest studies to measure the effect of macronutrient balance on weight loss.

Physical Passion
Physical passion is the third indicator social psychologists have shown to indicate a long-term successful marriage. Physical passion is an important part of any marriage. Physical passion comes in many forms. The most fundamental form of physical passion are things such as hugging, prolonged kisses, a touch on the shoulder or mid back, or running your hand through your partner’s hair. Passionate touch can lead all the way to a sexual relationship, but sex is not the actual indicator for a successful marriage to thrive. Success relies heavily on constant physical passion.

In the same way, physical movement not only helps men and women slim down, but most importantly, it helps to align your physical with your mental world; increasing the speed to natural weight loss and increases weight loss motivation. When you move your body you feel hot and sweaty. You literally can’t help but feel what is occurring within your body. In order for fast weight loss to occur, men and women who desire a naturally thin weight loss approach, first have to begin feeling what their bodies need. It’s crucial. When my clients exercise, it helps them to feel within their body not just during meal times but also when experiencing physical movement. The more they get in their bodies and feel, the faster the weight loss results. I see it every day, and so can you.

WANT TO USE THIS ARTICLE IN YOUR E-ZINE, BLOG OR WEB SITE? Give yourself permission to eat all these delicious goodies. It's sort of a basic fact of human nature – if we think we can't have something, we want it even more. If you have it when you are hungry, the excitement and energy around this food loses some of its appeal. You have to eat right? You mine as well eat all the foods you love. I think it’s a really wonderful thing that we live in a place where people have the talent and the skill to make beautiful and delicious foods for our enjoyment. What a gift. Even though today's popular diets tell us we need to cut out carbohydrates, white flower, sugar and pretty much everything else from our diet, I’m telling you—there are a lot of thin people eating holiday foods that contain all the “bad stuff.”

2. Eat mindfully. Stay in touch with how your body feels and how the food tastes as you eat it. Do you love the food you’re eating or is the food just so-so? If it’s so-so, throw it away and get something delicious. By staying mindful you will prevent massive holiday overeating; you'll know when you've had enough. The food will lose some of its taste and appeal. If you go too far beyond that point when it doesn't taste as good, you'll likely begin to feel like full and uncomfortable.

3. Take some longs walks or play with the family. Your body and mind are connected, so make sure you're taking good care of your body too. Enjoy some play time with your friends and family this weekend. You’ll be left walking taller and feeling beautiful.

4. Think of yourself as a snob this weekend. Check in and see if you are in fact hungry before attending a meal. If not, just grab some water and walk around socializing, it's what the thin do. Once you do in fact get hungry, be selective of the foods you put in your body and eat the very best foods-like a snob (but in a good way).

Have a wonderful weekend!
"In order to change your weight, you must first change your mind."

To make it easier, I thought I would provide you with several mindful eating tips:

1. Gratitude. Whether you are swinging by Taco Bell or preparing a decadent dinner, appreciate the food you are about to eat. When you appreciate, you focus attention on yourself and the food, and it makes what you are about to eat all the more special. Taking a moment to look at your food and give thanks, will also focus your attention in a positive way, helping you to stay mindful all the way through.

2. Taste. Now that you see that it doesn't take all that many bites to go from hungry to satisfied, make sure to taste each and every bite. Swirl it around your mouth and notice all the yummy tastes and textures. Don't let this bite get away from you without tasting it! What fun is that? It's not, so taste each and every bite of your meal.

3. Stop Being a Busy Bee. If you are used to eating and watching t.v., eating and working, eating and doing 14 other things at the same time, knock it off. We all have a million things to get done, but there's no reason to bring your busy life into your meals. You will be sure to take off some unwanted pounds if you make a new rule for yourself and stop doing other things while eating.

4. Sit Down. One simple way of helping yourself to eat mindfully is to eat while you are sitting. Never eat while standing in front of the fridge or preparing a meal. When you eat while standing up, whether you are cooking, snacking, or picking, you won't feel satisfied. Put your food on a plate, sit down and enjoy.

5. Slow Down. I know that you are extremely busy. Yet, I also know you love to eat. So why not pamper yourself during a meal. There's no reason to eat everything on your plate in two-minutes flat, when you could slowly enjoy eat bite of food and have a relaxing and enjoyable meal. By focusing more on the conversation between bites, the atmosphere around you, the aftertaste of each bite, and the effect each bite has on your body, you are sure to fill up on less food, having greater enjoyment at each meal.

6. Chew. You can taste each bite of food in your mouth if you chew it all the way, not to mention you will digest your food better as well.

7. Play This Game. Sometimes, we like to see if we can be the last one at the table to finish our meal. By doing this, it makes eating slow fun and mindful, all in one package. If you are the first to usually finish a meal, see if you can be the last. This is a fun way to make mindful eating part or your life daily.

8. Pause Between Bites: After every or every few bites, pause. This is a good time to check in ask yourself if you are still hungry. If you are still hungry, go ahead and eat, if not, you will know exactly when your body has had enough food.

NOTE: Sometimes you have to eat in the car, eat at your desk, or grab some food and take it with you. Once in awhile, this is fine, just don't make it a habit. If you find yourself getting caught in this situation, just take a bite of food, then focus on what it is you need to do. Take another bite - focus - then work, drive, etc.

Put these tips to great use and you will certainly see your waistline benefit from these tips.

If you would like to use this article, please feel free. The main factors related to weight loss failure included these six areas:

1. A high number of recent dieting attempts
2. More stringent weight outcome evaluations
3. A higher perceived negative impact of weight on quality of life
4. Lower self-motivation
5. Higher body size dissatisfaction
6. Lower self-esteem

The proof is in the pudding: in order to change your weight you must first change your mind. The people who struggled to lose weight insisted on beating themselves up for falling off the wagon, they bounced from one diet to another or started off with a horrible body-image, and who saw their body as ugly, horrible and something to avoid at all cost.

Further, when participants didn’t see immediate results and bounced from diet to diet over the four month period, most found themselves in the exact same spot as when they started. What this study proved is that having stringent expectations for quick weight loss, is actually detrimental on your weight loss results compared to successful participants.

So what’s the secret to seeing permanent weight loss results?

If you want to win the weight loss game, you’ve got to start with learning to think thin.

How do you do that? The first thing to begin doing is to begin by celebrating you today. Finding positive thoughts about who you are, focusing on the beautiful parts of your body as well as falling in love with not just how you look on the outside, but the incredible gifts you bring to this world is at the forefront of seeing weight loss success; and this study proves it. Remember, your self-esteem is hinged on this fact and the more loving compassion you bring to your daily weight loss efforts, the faster your weight loss results.

The work begins with your mind. You can manage your positive mental thoughts and actions each and every day, but you can’t predict that you will see a five pound weight loss by the end of the day, nor should you set your mind and emotions up for that type of letdown. Set yourself up for being successful by being in the moment, and positive results will come naturally. By developing your brain to think loving, to think thin, and to honor your self, the better the weight loss results you will have.

Many people who desire to lose weight have not sufficiently learned to think thin. I can help! Join me for a special mind transformation 4-week workshop that begins April 20th: ttp://www.thinwithin.com/positivelybeautiful.htm
"In order to change your weight, you must first change your mind."

Stevens, in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine found that keeping a "food diary" doubled weight loss results.

I think that keeping a "food diary" sounds like hell and is such a diet way of being, and I would never recommend it, so I came up with a better way of helping you to double your results.

In his study, after 20 weeks, the total average loss was about 13 pounds, but the food recording habit predicted success.

After 20 weeks, the average weight loss was 13 pounds per person. Researchers discovered something else; the more participants recorded what they ate, the more weight they lost in the end. Participants who did not keep a food diary lost about 9 pounds over the course of the study, while those who recorded their food intake six or more days per week lost 18 pounds--twice as much as those who didn't track any food!

http://www.thinwithin.com/tracking.htm

Similar weight loss results occur for thousands of men and women who learn to live thin with me, but what if I could get you results even faster?

So here's what I have in store...

I have focused my entire slimming efforts on the naturally thin. I've taken dozens of these efforts and came up with the top four secrets that get people results every time.
On Monday, I'm going to go through each one of these four areas, for four consecutive weeks.
In addition, I will provide you tracking forms to help you track, not your food consumption...blah, but how you are aligning with the naturally thin.

The more you track, the better your results...the proof is in this study.

Join me Monday evening as I take you on a four-week naturally thin tracking journey, where you will slim down, you will see results and I'm even going to join you for the ride. This led them to create a unique one-day workshop, “Become Who You’re Meant To Be“, geared towards helping those struggling to slim down or find their purpose in life. This special event will take place in the DTC area on Sunday, February 22nd from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

Having recently completed an intensive training in San Diego, California, local resident, Connie Suson, says a simple test has transformed the way she looks at the world.

Citing a Harris Interactive study that found 80% of Americans are not passionate about what they do, Connie says: “Everyone knows that passion is the key to success, but for people who don’t know what their passions are, finding that passion can be a huge mystery.”
Connie Suson tells people that The Passion Test is a simple, yet powerful way to get clear about the five things that matter most to them and then a process to make those the priority in their lives.

The process was created by Janet Bray Attwood and Chris Attwood and described in their NY Times bestseller, The Passion Test – The Effortless Path to Discovering Your Life Purpose (paperback: Plume, September, 2008). Connie, who was personally trained by the Attwoods as a Passion Test facilitator, says, “When you are clear, what you choose to have show up in your life will, and only to the extent you’re clear. The Passion Test is a simple, powerful process to get that clarity.”

Connie Suson is the founder of Awaken Your Passion, facilitating individuals, groups and people in the corporate world to uncover and live happier, more productive and fulfilling lives.
Out-of-control trigger eating, bingeing on comfort foods, feeling like a slave to food – none of these reactive experiences are foreign to Non-Diet Diva Marna Goldstein Thall.

The average American gains 7-10 pounds during the holiday season, but according to Thall, you can release extra weight fast by understanding how the thin think, act and live. Some 14 years ago, Thall thought, “If I wanted to become wealthy, I would study the rich. I want to get thin, so I’m going to start studying the thin.” After numerous interviews, Thall began to see her body slim down as she began implementing these naturally thin findings. Since that time, she has built a strong business focused on helping men and women around the globe slim down naturally without dieting, without deprivation, without counting calories – “those are just silly things dieters do, the thin would never think about engaging in such mind-numbing activities.” Weight gain is typically never about food, but about much, much more! Once you know how to interact with food like the thin, you then need to find your passion and find the underlying reasons why you may be eating so you can curb your out-of-control eating for once and for all, explains Thall.

That’s why this pair has teamed up to teach this interactive and powerful course to assist participants’ understanding the powerful teachings of the naturally thin and discovering their passions so they can look to their inner strength to soar through their life and in their body.

“Whether you are feeling stuck in your job, are an empty-nester looking to rekindle your passion for life, or are struggling to determine how to match your dreams with your skills, you will gain insight into your natural gifts and talents” says passion specialist Connie Suson.

The “Become Who You’re Meant To Be” experience differs from any kind of 12-step program or traditional diet in that it focuses on how the naturally thin eat, think and live. Further, it is seldom necessary for deprivation or avoidance to be the primary tactic for management. In fact, Thall admits to enjoying cheese regularly, but says, “I no longer have to have it – I can now choose when I want it, and there is a remarkable freedom in that.”

For more information on this dynamic duo’s all-day “Become Who You’re Meant To Be” course, call 303-618-0370 or register online at: http://thinwithin.com/beyourbest.htm
"In order to change your weight, you must first change your mind."

You innately knew the difference between head hunger – which is when you “think” yourself into being hungry, versus having the physiological huger which shows up as a stomach nudge from within. As a baby, food’s only purpose was to satisfy your body’s need for more fuel. This is why babies start crying and then scream, because hunger is a physical sensation, that gets stronger and stronger and is actually painful. You knew with precision, the exact foods you liked. And those foods which you hated – you indicated by spitting it out, turning your head, or wearing a sour expression on your face in sheer disgust.

There are two main reasons (85%) I see in my practice for why people begin to gaining weight and lose this natural sensation: (1) Control issues with a parent – most typically being a mom, but can also come in the form of a judgmental father and (2) Abuse of any kind – meaning physical, mental, emotional, verbal and/or sexual abuse. These two often instantly create a barrier or protection layer within the body and this intuitive instinct is overridden by the need for comfort, protection or safety. Sadly and often commonly, individuals seek out this emotional need and it comes out in addictive behaviors. Either people seek out cigarettes, drugs and alcohol, sex, or food.

When the connection with food takes on an emotional relationship, the physiological connection is often lost and disrupted. When you begin listening to your head to determine food quantity or quality weight gain occurs and dieting or diet programs become commonplace to help you slim down. But once you begin listening to other people’s advice regarding what you should or should not eat, this adds to the confusion and ultimately takes you further away from your body and your body’s needs. If you’re like me, I used to think that someone else had the answers, knew more than I – but this was so wrong – but I was desperate! I was lucky to discover early on in my life that it’s actually about getting back to the basics of listening to your body and honoring your body like you did when you were a child instead of listening to what the diet industry says you should and should not do.

When I stop honoring my body, my body quickly puts on weight. When I listen, it quickly sheds weight – and the same has been true for thousands of others I’ve worked with. I have hundreds of testimonials from people who saw a difference, and saw it fast!

I have found that the industry that I’m loosely connected with (just because I help people slim down), actually does more harm than good. Slimming down doesn’t have to cost a dime – you don’t have to pop pills, pound raw eggs, or buy expensive fat burning products and powdersto see results. it’s just about turning inward, quieting your body and listening.

The education available to you from ThinWithin.com returns you back to your natural state, where you existed when you were a child– it’s still there. It’s still part of you. Living Thin Within is your natural birthright.

Naturally thin people have retained this ability, which they inherited from birth. These thin individuals you see walking around make being skinny look easy is because their physical system for hunger is still in tact. The good news is that you can relearn to have it too. You are fully capable of learning new behaviors around reconnecting to your own body, because you learned new behaviors from the diet industry that took you away from listening to your own body. They just gave you the wrong information which created behaviors causing you to gain weight instead of losing it. If you are heavier now than before you went on your first diet, that’s all the evidence you need to convince you that diets don’t work and never will, long term.

To get back to the way your body is designed to look and feel, I strongly encourage you to find the support to get your body and life feeling whole again.

1. Busy with home, work and family. I respect your time that's why I'm going to get right to the point.

My Friend, Nanette Geiger, has written a book called, *Create the Love of Your Dreams*, and I feel compelled to tell you about it. This book is about how Nanette used the Law of Attraction to create a personal *Relationship* *Breakthrough*. Nanette shows you, *Step-by-Step*, how you can Create the relationship of Your Dreams, too.

Nanette was tired of running her life as a solo act and deeply desired a love that she could share her life with unreservedly. Her true desire was to have a powerful partner to team up with.
Especially with the uncertain economic conditions, having someone who backs you up completely is what most of us want.

If you're among my single friends who dearly *want a fulfilling love relationship*, then what I'm about to share with you is for you! If not, I invite you to pass this along to one of your single friends, who will thank you dearly for passing it along. In fact, your single friends will thank you when you pass this email offering along to them.

My friend, Nanette did what most single men and women would love to do -- she *created the love* of *her dreams*. Now, she's teaching others how to do it for themselves. She created a huge breakthrough for herself around relationships by *blasting through her barriers*. She'll teach you how you can too. Learn more by going here:
http://createtheloveofyourdreams.com/

Nanette met and was *engaged* to the man of her dreams 6 *weeks later*! They've now been blissfully married for 3 years. Well, as you can imagine, her friends and family were thrilled for her.

Nanette's Friends kept asking her "what did you do?" "How'd you do it?"
She told them.

Then they said, "You need to write a book!"

So Nanette wrote *Create the Love of Your Dreams*, *The Essential How To Relationship Book* *Using the Law of Attraction*.

I'm supporting Nanette in getting her inspiration out there so that you, too, can:
*Be fulfilled in your relationships
*Breakthrough any barriers in love and intimacy
*Learn how to leverage the power of the Universe to have it all and *Create the Love of Your Dreams*.

Say goodbye to facing another holiday season *alone and lonely*. You can check that concern right off your list.

Nanette shows you how to identify your blocks, *step-by-step*. At the end of each chapter you'll find clarifying exercises that have you lining up your blocks and picking them off.
"You don't even know what's blocking you if you haven't asked yourself some of these clarifying questions," Nanette told me.

Get your copy of "Create the Love of Your Dreams" and get over $2000 in goodies by way of F*ree bonuses delivered to your email inbox in minutes. She spoke candidly today regarding her challenge with her weight this past year.

Feeling completely defeated by having not only an added 40 pounds, but being diagnosed with a thyroid challenge and facing potential depression or “dullness” made her 53rd year quite a challenge. Further, she shared that when her engine gets run down, she eats.

Can you relate to Oprah?

I hope you know by now that weight gain is NEVER about food but about what is occurring on a cellular and emotional level.

****What are you hungry for? I don’t mean superficially hungry for, but what are you needing from an emotional realm.

****Do you even have a sense of what freedom with your body would look like?

****Are you putting yourself back on your priority list in 2009?

If you need some added support, I am taking ten people on an advanced three month journey to creating A NEW YOU. As you make your first appearance into 2009, I would love to guide you toward finding your inner strength, your deeper purpose, your inner joy to honor yourself so you can feel joyous and harmonious with your life and your body.

I'm taking 10 of you.

If you are interested, please click on the link below to sign up. http://www.thinwithin.com/anewyou.htm

Are you ready?

You deserve it!
"In order to change your weight, you must first change your mind."
