Aaron Siebers Got Stabby With Himself To Avoid Going To His Blockbuster Video Job

Edgewater, Colorado (The Weekly Vice) – Aaron Siebers, a 29-year-old Blockbuster Video clerk was jailed for false reporting after he allegedly came into his work stating that he was attacked and stabbed, then later admitted that he stabbed himself because he needed to be off work that evening.

The reason he needed to be off? He ripped his uniform pants while skateboarding and was worried that he would be “written up” for not wearing the appropriate attire.

According to authorities, Siebers walked into his place of employment, Blockbuster Video, Monday around 6:30 p.m. and reported that he had been attacked and stabbed by three men who tried to rob him.

Investigators state that Siebers had several minor cuts on his face and stomach, as well as a deep stab wound in one leg. He was rushed to San Anthony Hospital where he received stitches for the wound on his leg.

Meanwhile, officers from 5 different agencies complete with K-9 units began a large manhunt for the three suspects, who Siebers described as being “skinheads” or “Hispanic” dressed in all black, according to investigators.

After reviewing a surveillance video from a Target nearby, detectives found that no attack had taken place.Investigators questioned Siebers, who admitted that he stabbed himself because he needed an excuse to get off of work that day. He also admitted that the cuts on his face and stomach were a result from his skateboard accident.

Siebers was booked into Jefferson County Jail on charges of false reporting and obstruction of justice. Bond amount was not available.

Ok, so he came in at 6:30 p.m., and Blockbuster closes at 11:00 p.m. at that location, according to their website. This was a pretty elaborate plan for less then five hours of standing around doing nothing! Anyone who has worked at a video store knows that it is one of the easiest jobs you can have! I hope that he now gets more then a write up. I hope he gets fired!

Rachad Strong Couldn’t Have Mom, So He Drugged And Then Raped Her 13-Year-Old Daughter

Indianapolis, Indiana (The Weekly Vice) - Rachad Strong, a 29-year-old Indiana man was arrested Tuesday on charges he repeatedly had sex with the 13-year-old daughter of his former girlfriend.

According to Indianapolis Police, Strong repeatedly molested his ex-girlfriend's 13-year old daughter between July and August of 2009.

Investigators say that although Strong and the child's mother had ended their relationship, the mother continued to allow Strong access to the girl, believing he was a good influence on her.

Police say Strong plied the victim with alcohol and prescription drugs before sexually assaulting her. The alleged sexual contact occurred on at least three occasions, according to court records.

Strong's arrest came after police received a tip through Crime Stoppers, leading authorities to his location across the street from an elementary school. He was booked into jail on five counts of felony child molestation.

Verleen Anglin Is Going To Be Hating Life In The Morning

Panama City, FL (The Weekly Vice) - Verleen Anglin, a 48-year-old Florida woman was arrested Saturday after she drove up to a deputy while drunk, offered to survey his property and then attempted to dance with him during her failed field sobriety test.

According to the Bay County Sheriff's Office, a deputy was parked in a church parking lot completing paperwork alongside three other deputies when Anglin drove up to his vehicle with an offer he "could" refuse.

"She offered to survey my home and any other property I might own," the deputy stated in the arrest affidavit.

After noticing that the woman's eyes were bloodshot and "weeping", the deputy watch as Anglin attempted to back her vehicle into oncoming traffic. Oncoming vehicles were forced to come to a stop or swerve in order to avoid hitting her, according to the Sheriff's Office report.

When the deputy stopped Anglin's vehicle and approached the driver's window, Anglin reportedly told him that she "knew what (he) needed" and then handed him an Outback Steakhouse menu. When the deputy asked for her "real" license, Anglin reportedly handed him a wallet which didn't contain her license.

After she finally found her license, she handed it to the deputy along with an insurance card.... Make that her HEALTH insurance card.

After the deputy found a spilled can of cocktail nuts, a pint of apple mixer and an empty wine glass in the car, he decided it was time for a field sobriety test, which Anglin was about to fail miserably.

Investigators say Anglin exited the vehicle for the test, skipping her way to the back of the vehicle. When she was asked to stand on one leg, she instead opted to "Dance with the stars" twirling herself around the deputy and then rubbing her butt up against his legs.

After refusing to submit to a breath test, Anglin was booked into the Bay County Jail on a charge of driving under the influence.

Kayla Pisha Left Her Three Kids Alone In A Stinkhole

Appleton, Wisconsin (The Weekly Vice) - Kayla Pisha, a 25-year-old mother of three young children was arrested Thursday after she allegedly left her children alone in a filthy, stinky, garbage strewn home.

According to Oneida police, officers were dispatched to Pisha's home after receiving an anonymous report stating that children had been left alone in her home.

When officers arrived on the scene, they found three children (ages 19 months, 4 and 6-years-old) alone, living in filth.

Investigators say the home was strewn with garbage, dirty clothes and trash that filled every room. Officers also discovered an open electrical box that was accessible to children, lewd graffiti on the walls and a strong odor of urine. The bathroom sink was filled with garbage and the the refrigerator door had been padlocked so the children could not remove food from it.

Pisha arrived at the home about a half hour after police had arrived, stating that she left the children behind to get gas and food. Police were unimpressed however, as they had been out to the home the prior day on a similar complaint.

Pisha was booked into jail on three counts of child neglect and child abandonment. She was released after posting bond and has been ordered to appear in court on the charges Nov 13.

Rascell Williams - Jailed After Hanging Kitten With Belt, Then Video Taping Animal As It Struggled For It’s Life

Syracuse, New York (The Weekly Vice) - Rascell Williams, a 22-year-old New York man was arrested after he allegedly hung a cat and then video taped the animal struggling for it's life.

According to Syracuse police, Williams had stayed home with the 4-month-old cat Halloween night while his live-in girlfriend, Joanne Cichy was out. When she got home, she was unable to find her cat.

Investigators say the woman found a video the next day in her digital camera that showed her kitten hanging with a belt around it's neck. The video showed the cat struggling before it eventually went limp.

Williams was reportedly seen on the video and could be identified as the person making adjustments to the camera to bring the image into focus. The kitten was later found alive under an outside under the home's porch. Injuries sustained by the animal were reportedly consistent with the abuse seen in the video.

Williams was booked into jail on a misdemeanor charge of unjustifiable animal cruelty.

James Miller Fished His Wish For Halloween - Gets DUI Charges While Wearing Breathalyzer Costume

Oxford, OH (The Weekly Vice) – We at the Vice take drunk driving pretty seriously. But we’re pretty sure James Miller, 18, elicited quite a few chuckles when he was arrested on Halloween…dressed as a breathalyzer test.

According to officers with the Oxford Police Department, Miller was pulled over for a moving violation on Halloween night and was subsequently found to be intoxicated. The college student was still wearing his breathalyzer costume at the time of his arrest.

Authorities say the college student was spotted driving the wrong way on a one-way street when he was pulled over. When officers searched his vehicle, they found an open beer in the center console, as well as the remains of a case of Bud Light both in the passenger seat and the trunk. When Miller was tested by a real breathalyzer, he blew .158, almost twice the legal limit.

Police stated they also discovered multiple Ohio state IDs in his wallet.

Miller was booked on charges of OVI, offenses involving underage persons, certain acts prohibited, open container, and one way street violation. He was later released to his girlfriend.

Steven Doepker Was All Trick And No Treat

Bartlesville, OK (The Weekly Vice) - Steven Henry Doepker, a 58-year-old Oklahoma man was arrested Monday after chasing down a boy on Halloween and then threatening to have sex with him.

According to Bartlesville police, an underage boy's Halloween became true nightmare when Doepker attacked him as he rode through a nearby field on his bike.

Investigators say Doepker attempted to "tear" the boy off his bike before challenging the him to a fight. The boy was able to break free and flee the scene on his bike.

Police say Doepker approached the boy and his younger brother about 30 minutes later as they sat on the front porch of their home. That's when Doepker allegedly grabbed the boy and threatened to have sex with him, according to the arrest report.

When the boy told Doepker to go away, Doepker reportedly pulled out a pocket knife, placed it next to the boy's throat and threatened to kill him if he didn't have sex with him.

When the boy's younger brother screamed, Doepker released the boy and fled the scene.

Police caught up to Doepker about 11:30 p.m. across the street from the boy's home. Officers described him as being intoxicated and in possession of the pocket knife described by the two boys. Police also found prescription drugs in Doepker's possession that did not belong to him.

He was booked into jail early Sunday morning and then charged Monday on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon, assault and batter and possession of a dangerous substance without a prescription. His bond was set at $30,000.

According to the Pasco County Sheriff's Office, Ballough was on his porch masturbating in front of a 3-year-old boy who was in his driveway.

Deputies were dispatched to Ballough's home after the child's mother witnessed the alleged act and called 911. The boy's mother told deputies Ballough waved at her son while masturbating.... and her son waved back.

Ballough was booked into the Pasco County Jail on a charge of committing a lewd and lascivious act. His bond was set at $10,000.

Bradenton, FL (The Weekly Vice) - Pedro Flores-Marquez, a 27-year-old Florida man was arrested Sunday after he allegedly molested a 7-year-old boy after luring him away with a BB gun.

According to the Manatee County Sheriff's Office, Flores-Marquez lured a 7-year-old neighbor boy into his home by offering to show the child a BB gun.

Investigators say Flores-Marquez then squeezed the boy's genitals from outside his clothing. The arrest came at the conclusion of a 2-month-long investigation that began after the incident occurred in August.

Flores-Marquez was booked into the Manatee County Jail on a charge of molestation of a child under 12 years of age. Bond has not yet been set in the case.

Mary Strey Complained About A Drunk Driver - Herself

Granton, WI (The Weekly Vice) - Mary Strey, a 49-year-old Granton woman was jailed for a DWI after she called 911 on herself for drunk driving.

According to a Clark County deputy, 911 dispatchers received a call from Stray Saturday, Oct. 24th around 11:30 p.m. .

Investigators state that Strey called 911 to report a drunk driver. When the dispatcher asked her if she was driving behind the suspect, she stated that she actually was the drunken suspect.

Stray admitted to the dispatcher that she had been drinking all night long and that she didn’t want to hurt anyone because she was drunk.. She followed the dispatcher’s advice to pull over and turn on her hazards until police arrived.

Officers conducted a breathalyzer test, which showed Strey’s blood alcohol level to be at least twice the legal limit. Officers state that she had slurred speech, was stumbling around, swaying back and forth, and could not correctly perform the tests.

Strey was booked into jail on charges of drunk driving. Bond amount was not available.

Patricia Reynolds Is A Head Banger - Jailed After Leaving 4-Year-Old Daughter Home Alone To Go On Crack-Cocaine Binge

Deland, FL (The Weekly Vice) - Patricia Reynolds, a 39-year-old Florida woman was arrested Saturday after she allegedly left her 4-year-old daughter home alone all night to go on a crack-cocaine binge.

According to the Volusia County Sheriff's Office, a 4-year-old girl dressed in pajamas appeared on her neighbor's doorstep crying about 5:45 a.m. telling the neighbor that she had awaken to find her mother gone.

Investigators say the woman took the child inside, calmed her down and then walked over to the girl's apartment, but no one was home. That's when she called 911, asking deputies to look into the matter.

The little girl told deputies that her mother was home when she went to sleep, but was gone when she awoke.

Deputies searched the neighborhood and then expanded their search to surrounding areas - eventually finding Reynolds later that morning at a gas station known to be a hot spot for drug activity.

After deputies apprehended Reynolds and placed her in the back of a patrol car, she reportedly became violent, banging her head against the partition in the back seat of a patrol car. She then slipped out of her handcuffs and attempted to flee, however deputies caught her. She repeatedly banged her head against the ground as deputies re-handcuffed her.

Reynolds was treated at a local hospital for lacerations to her hard head when she reportedly told a hospital worker that she had been out all night using crack-cocaine.

She was booked into the Volusia County Jail on charges of child neglect, prisoner escape and resisting an officer with violence.

The child was placed in the care of a relative.

Mitchel Stewart Made An Unwelcome House Call - Charged With Jacking Off In Front Of Elderly Woman Before Forcing Her To Fix Him A Sandwich

Fort Worth ,TX (The Weekly Vice) - Mitchel Wayne Stewart, a 39-year-old Fort Worth man was jailed Monday after he broke into an elderly woman’s home, forced her to watch him perform sexual acts on himself and then demanded that she make him a sandwich.

According to police spokesman Sgt. Pedro Criado, the 77-year-old woman was awakened around 1:30 a.m. early Monday morning to the sound of the doorbell.

When the woman answered the door, Stewart grabbed her by the arm and forced her into a chair in her living room. He then committed a sex act in front of her, then forced her to make him a sandwich afterward.

The woman complied, then asked Stewart to leave. He did so, taking her cell phone in the process.

A police detective working security at a local Wal-Mart stopped Stewart around 11:00 a.m. on Monday for suspicion of theft. Stewart still had the woman’s cell phone at the time of his arrest, according to police.

Investigators say Stewart confessed to the early morning invasion during questioning. Police believe he is responsible for a similar crime that happened back in August. That case is still pending charges.

Stewart was charged with burglary of a habitation with intent to commit sexual assault and theft of property. His bond was set at $5,000 for the burglary charge. No bond was listed for the theft charge, according to jail records.

I bet this poor lady was so scared! This looks like a very large man! Thank God nothing worse happened. I hope that from now on she will not go answering the doorbell at 1:30 in the morning!

Rodney Bolton Had A “Special Weapon” In His Pants

Jacksonville Beach, FL (The Weekly Vice) - Rodney Bolton, a 38-year-old Florida man was arrested Friday after he attempted to steal a Ferret from a pet shop by shoving the animal down his pants.

According to Jacksonville Beach police, Bolton was inside a Pet Supermarket pet store when he placed a ferret down his pants and promptly exited the store.

Investigators say a 17-year-old boy who was a witness to the theft confronted Bolton out in the store's parking lot. The Ferret bit the teen after Bolton squeezed the animal and then shoved it in the teen's face.

Bolton was booked into the Duval County Jail on charges of retail theft and simple battery with a "special weapon." Bolton, who is listed as being homeless, remains incarcerated in lieu of an undisclosed bond amount.

Christopher Walls To The Rescue - Charged With Disabling Customer’s Vehicles Before Pretending To Repair Them

Johnson City, TN (The Weekly Vice) - Christopher Walls, a 41-year-old Tennessee man was arrested Thursday on allegations he disabled customer's vehicles before offering to fix them.

According to Johnson City police, Walls intentionally damaged vehicles, waited for the vehicle's owner to appear, and then offered to fix those vehicles on the spot - for a price.

Investigators first learned of the alleged scheme after Walls' repair of a North Carolina woman's vehicle seemed suspicious to her.

Police say the woman and her husband exited a restaurant to discover her vehicle would not start. A short time later Walls appeared in a pickup truck with an amber light, claiming to be a mobile mechanic who could fix her car.

After looking at the couple's car, Walls diagnosed the problem as a defective starter and quoted them a price to fix it. When the couple told him they didn't have enough for the repair, Walls claimed that he could probably repair the starter by cleaning the starter brushes. Walls then charged the couple $109.

The woman called police and reported Walls' activity as suspicious.

Police caught up with Walls as he was finishing up a purported "repair" of a Virginia man's vehicle as it sat in a Red Lobster parking lot. Walls had appeared on the scene about 45 minutes after the man discovered his vehicle wouldn't start.

When the man didn't have enough money for the repair, he was forced to go to an ATM machine and withdraw money to cover the cost.

Investigators say Walls had $341 in cash with him that he could not account for, had pieces of cut wire and an invoice book that logged numerous "repairs" that he had done.

Walls was booked into jail on two counts of theft and driving on a revoked license. He remains jailed in lieu of $10,000 bond.

Kristy Sanchez-Trujillo - Teacher - Was Looking For An Experienced 13-Year-Old

Albuquerque, New Mexico (The Weekly Vice) - Kristy Sanchez-Trujillo, a 33-year-old 7th grade social studies teacher at Jimmy Carter Middle School was arrested Wednesday on charges of having a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old student.

According to Albuquerque police, Sanchez-Trujillo repeatedly had sex with a 13 year old boy that she described as being "more experienced than any man she's had sex with."

Investigators say Sanchez-Trujillo took the teen to the movies, before things turned sexual. Sanchez-Trujillo then took the teen to the Petroglyph National Monument where the two had sexual intercourse on multiple occasions.

During questioning, Sanchez-Trujillo reportedly told detectives that the student was "more experienced than any man she's had sex with" and described him as a "25-year-old in a 13-year-old's body."

The relationship between the teacher and student began to unravel when the victim's older brother spotted the pair together.

"She believed the jig was up," said police spokesperson, Nadine Hamby. "and that she was going to get busted at that point, so the next day she confides in (another) teacher, her friend."

Sanchez-Trujillo, who was recently divorced with 3 children, was booked into jail on three counts of rape. She was released shortly after posting bond.

Meet The Focklers - Now Serving Long Jail Terms For Having Sex With 12-Year-Old Relative

Bowling Green, Missouri (The Weekly Vice) - William Fockler, 41, and wife Erin Fockler, 30, were sentenced to jail terms after pleading guilty to forcing Erin Fockler's 12-year-old daughter to perform sexual acts on the couple back in March.

According to court records, William and Erin Fockler pleaded guilty to forcing Fockler's 12-year-old daughter to participate in sexual acts as both adults watched a pornographic movie.

Investigators say each spouse accused the other of forcing the girl to perform sex acts last March while the couple sat nude on either side of the girl. William Fockler also admitted to having sex with the victim two more times in the girl's bedroom.

William Fockler pleaded guilty to three counts of first-degree sodomy and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Judge Dan Dildine sentenced him to a 20 year jail term and a 7 year jail term - which will run concurrently.

Erin Fockler pleaded guilty to 1st-degree sodomy and endangering the welfare of of a child. She was sentenced to serve terms of 12 years and 7 years in jail - which will also run concurrently.

The couple was immediately incarcerated at the Missouri Department of Corrections. The victim and the couple's 8-year-old son have been placed in foster care.

The Weekly Vice Opinion:

Normally we don't identify victims in our reports. Unfortunately, every news report I could find on this story listed the victim's relationship to the couple, as it was an open detail of the court proceedings... This being the case, we're going to follow suit, only on the basis that this couple be known for the sick, twisted and perverted bastards that they are.

While we honestly believe this couple should have been jailed for life.... we're at least glad to see the judge sentence them to lengthy jail terms.

Now say goodbye to the Focklers..... we truly hope they have a Focking good time in prison.

Old MacConnell Had A Farm - And It Was Right Behind City Hall

Mint Hill, NC (The Weekly Vice) - Michael MacConnell, a 40-year-old Mint Hill man was arrested late Wednesday after police found a massive pot farm inside his home......which was within a short walk of the city's town hall and police station.

According to Mint Hill police, officers were called to the MacConnell's home after a man came into the station and complained he was assaulted at MacConnell’s residence.

Investigators searched MacConnell’s home as a standard procedure for the assault complaint, finding a massive pot farm that contained more than 300 marijuana plants.

Police also recovered 30 pounds of processed marijuana and a number of chemicals known for manufacturing methamphetamine. Mint Hill Police Chief, Tim Ledford, called it “The largest operation I have seen in my career”.

Investigators at the scene said the chemicals found inside the residence could have caused an explosion strong enough to take out the entire neighborhood.

MacConnell was booked into the Mecklenburg County Jail on charges of trafficking, possession of drug paraphernalia and manufacturing controlled substances. His bond was set at $36,000.

Police never saw any traffic going in and out of MacConnell's house? It seems like an investigation should have been opened long before this, instead of just stumbling upon it the way they did. You know, since this was "the largest operation they have ever seen" and all........

If you're going to have a 300 plant pot farm, perhaps it's not such a great idea attract police attention by assaulting people.

Donna Powell Left Something Valuable Behind - Charged With Abandoning Son Who Was Found Living In A Shed

Pensacola, FL (The Weekly Vice) – Donna Powell, 40, was arrested Monday when authorities discovered one of her abandoned children living in a shed on the property of her ex-boyfriend, Jerry “Tom” Gray.

The Escambia County Sheriff’s office received a call from Gray’s father regarding the teen that was residing in the virtually uninhabitable shed.

Upon arriving at the scene, they discovered a hungry, upset 17-year-old who had been left there when his mother moved out. Her other son, 13, had also been abandoned but was living inside the residence.

Authorities say Gray’s father contacted them on September 8th stating that he wanted the teenager off of his property. Deputies responded to the complaint and found the teenager living inside a shed with no electricity, running water, air conditioning, or heat.

The teen told officers that he had been living in the shed for approximately one month because he did not get along with her mother’s ex-boyfriend. He could not remember when his last meal was and authorities described him as “visibly upset,” claiming that he wanted to be where his mother was.

Investigators were not immediately able to locate Powell, and both children were turned over to their grandmother Patricia Monroe, who is Powell’s mother.

Powell was booked in to Escambia County Jail and charged with felony child neglect. She was released on $25,000 bond.

Julie Hubbard Got “Wee Weed” Up In The Back Of A Patrol Car

Deland, Fla (The Weekly Vice) - Julie Hubbard, a 44-year-old Florida woman was arrested Wednesday after using racial slurs against a black deputy and then urinating in the back of his patrol cruiser - all resulting from a simple traffic stop for an illegal left turn.

According to the Volusia County Sheriff's Office, Hubbard was stopped by Sgt. George Maddox just after midnight Wednesday when she reportedly made an illegal left turn.

When the deputy approached the vehicle, Hubbard immediately became "belligerent and unruly" toward him, according to the Sheriff's Office arrest report.

Investigators say the deputy was running a check on Hubbard when she reportedly made several verbal threats while banging her head against the partition that divides the front and back seats of the patrol cruiser.

She reportedly used several racial slurs and derogatory names to describe the deputy while spitting on his leg and stomach. She then threatened the deputy, stating "her father was a member of the KKK" and that he (the deputy) would "Get his."

Finally, Hubbard concluded the night's tirade by purposely urinating inside the deputy's car.

Hubbard was booked into the Volusia County Branch Jail (Indian Lake Jail) on charges of battery on a law enforcement officer, corruption of a public servant or family threat and obstructing an officer without violence. Bond was set at $21,000.

Mariah Shaffer - Charged With Disrobing And Then Fondling 14-Year-Old Boy In Her Care

Bristol, Tennessee (The Weekly Vice) - Mariah Shaffer, a 27-year-old Tennessee woman was arrested Oct 23 after she allegedly stripped and then fondled a 14-year-old boy in her care.

According to Kingsport police, Shaffer was arrested on allegations she repeatedly engaged in sexual activity with a 14-year-old boy she was a guardian of.

In one such incident, investigators say Shaffer walked out of a shower, disrobed and then climbed on top of the boy while nude. She then reportedly fondled the boy through his clothing.

Investigators say the alleged incident occurred Nov. 14, 2008 and isn't the only time Shaffer exposed herself to the teen. The teen also said Shaffer exposed her breasts to him on one occasion.

Shaffer responded by telling police the boy "repeatedly walked in on her in the shower" and that she discussed the incidents with her husband - a point the husband denied when questioned by police.

The alleged incidents came to light when the boy went to a school guidance counselor and disclosed the alleged incidents.

Shaffer was booked into jail on a charge of sexual battery by an authority figure. She was released after posting bond. A hearing on the case is scheduled for Dec. 8.

Andrea Billingsley Couldn’t Have Just One - Teacher’s Aid Charged With Having Sex With Two 15-Year-Old Students

West Jordan, Utah (The Weekly Vice) - Andrea Billingsley, a 31-year-old teacher's aid at West Jordan Middle School was arrested Tuesday on allegations of having sex with two 15-year-old students.

According to West Jordan police, Billingsley had sex with two underage boys between May and July of this year. The alleged sexual encounters reportedly occurred at an undisclosed location inside the school and off school grounds as well.

Billingsley met the boys while overseeing an in-school detention class. Police believe the trio continued to meet after the 2008-2009 school year had ended.

Investigators say Billingsley picked up the two boys at school July 20, took them to an undisclosed location where she showed them pornographic material and then engaged in sexual acts with them, according police spokesperson, Dan Roberts.

The sexual incidents came to light when the students were reportedly heard talking to other students about the encounters.

Billingsley was booked into the Salt Lake County Jail on two counts of felony sodomy, three counts of sexual abuse of a minor and 2 counts of distribution of harmful materials to minors.

Matthew McNelly And Joey Miller Are The Sharpie Marker Bandits

Carroll, Iowa (The Weekly Vice) – Matthew McNelly, 23, and Joey Miller, 20, were arrested Friday when their disguises failed to fool their potential victim or authorities. Probably because their disguises consisted of Sharpie scribbled masks that graced their rather vacant-looking faces.

Authorities with the Carroll Police Department received a tip that two suspicious men that appeared to be in black face were attempting to break into an apartment. What appeared at first glance to be black face was soon discovered to be permanent marker.

Police say they found the two suspects shortly after receiving the report when they pulled over a car that matched the description of the suspects’ vehicle a couple blocks from the apartment complex. Both of their faces had been haphazardly scribbled in with black marker, resulting in what appeared to be a…Batman…scruffy beard face…raccoon…I’m not sure what the hell they were going for, but clearly, it didn’t work.

Authorities were originally advised that the suspects were wearing holsters and thus the two were arrested at gunpoint. However, the men had neither weapons nor holsters and were arrested without incident.

Both Miller and McNelly were booked in to Carroll County jail on charges of 2nd degree attempted robbery. McNelly was additionally charged with DUI. Both were released on $7,500 bond.

Jason Marshall Attacked His Wife With An Ax

Mountain Home, AR (The Weekly Vice) - Jason Marshall, a 29-year-old Mountain Home man is facing multiple charges after he allegedly attacked his wife with an axe, after abusing her and their son in a fit of rage.

According to Baxter County deputies, Marshall attacked his wife on Monday with his fists, causing injuries to her back, head, arms, and pelvic area.

When her 9-year-old son tried to intervene, Marshall picked him up and slammed his head against the wall.

Investigators say Marshall’s wife, son, and 16-year-old daughter managed to get away from the deranged man. As they were driving away, Marshall reportedly picked up an axe and swung it at his wife, barely missing her. He hit the vehicle instead.

An ambulance was called to the scene and transported 41-year-old Elizabeth Ann Marshall, and her 9-year-old son to the Baxter Region Medical Center, where they were treated and released.

When deputies tried to arrest Marshall, he allegedly resisted arrest, forcing deputies to subdue him with a Taser.

Marshall was taken to the Baxter County Detention Center where deputies say he continued to be combative and caused damage to the booking area. He was placed in a holding cell in restraints.

Marshall was charged with domestic battery, aggravated assault and resisting arrest. He was ordered held in lieu of $250,000 bond.

Incidentally Marshall was on parole at the time of the attack because of another conviction. Investigators say that he spent time in the Arkansas Department of Corrections for attacking the same woman with a knife.

This is one angry, ugly man! His wife should have gotten away from him the first time when he attacked her with a knife! He was in prison, that made it easy. Oh, well, love is blind, I guess.

Hopefully this time she will be a bit wiser, for her son’s sake!

Ian Baker Is Just Smart Enough To Be Dangerous - Tells Court Officials A Jack Daniels Steak Made Him Drunk

Sheboygan, WI (The Weekly Vice) - Ian Baker, a 23-year-old Wisconsin man facing a fourth drunk driving charge had an interesting excuse for being intoxicated yet again....

According to court records, Baker was enrolled in the Intoxicated Driver Intervention Program after he was arrested in July for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. The arrest marks the fourth time Baker has been arrested on OWI charges.

Investigators say Baker attended the program Monday morning where he was given a blood alcohol test. The test resulted in a 0.07% blood alcohol level which is prohibited by the program.

When the caseworker asked why he violated the court-ordered mandate to not drink alcohol, Baker reportedly claimed he became intoxicated after eating a Jack Daniels steak the night before.

The caseworker clearly was not buying Baker's excuse.

Baker was booked into jail and charged Tuesday with misdemeanor bail jumping - a charge that carries a penalty of up to 9 months in jail.

Shela Heights Branded Her 14-Month -Old Baby - Jailed For Burning Child With Clothes Iron

Kileen, Texas (The Weekly Vice) - Shela Heights, a 22-year-old Texas woman has been arrested after she allegedly used a clothes iron to burn her 14-month-old daughter.

According to Killeen police, officers were dispatched to Metroplex Hospital after doctors reported a case of possible child abuse.

When officers arrived, hospital staff told them that the child had burns in the shape of an iron across her chest and abdomen - and that the story given to them by the child's mother didn't add up.

Investigators say they spoke with Heights, who told them the child fell on the iron by herself. After examining the iron's shape and the burn impressions left on the child's body, it was determined that the iron had been pressed against the child's skin intentionally.

Heights was booked into jail on charges of reckless injury to a child causing bodily injury. She is being held in lieu of $100,000 bond.
