We really learned a lot about the caves in Arizona from reading this book! We also love the fact that there was a glossary in the back, so we were able to find the meanings of a few unfamiliar words. Throughout the book you will experience adventure, as well as humor! I also LOVE how the author includes positive family values which is hard to find in today's children's literature. We highly recommend that you check out this great new series!

Ethan and I both look forward to reading more books in this series!! Fifty books are planned, one for each state :)

Kellogg's Froot Loops and Apple Jacks with FIBER

Like adults, 9 out of 10 kids lack enough fiber in their diets. Since, Fiber helps control weight, keep the digestive system working well, plays a role in the health of your heart and can even reduce the risk of diabetes, it is super important to include in our daily diet. Kellogg knows how tough of a time Moms have finding ways to increase their child's intake, and they came up with a great solution by adding a boost of fiber to some of their most popular kids' cereals. They started with two kids' favorites: Apple Jacks and Froot Loops cereals, which now have three grams of fiber per serving and are currently available on grocery shelves. Kellogg Company plans to extend the added fiber benefits to their other cereal lines over the next year.

Our family was really excited to conduct a taste test to see if Froot Loops and Apple Jacks cereals with added fiber were able maintain the same great taste. We were sent boxes of each kind of cereal to see if we could tell the difference between the regular cereals and the new fiber enhanced ones. We were pleasantly surprised with the SAME great taste, and honestly couldn't tell the difference between the cereal with fiber and the cereal without fiber! Honestly, the taste has not changed one bit! We found no difference at all in the taste or texture of these cereals with the added Fiber.

We were also introduced to Nicky the Pepper, the first new Veggie Tales character in five years, during this DVD.
