It made us think maybe it's worth a try?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This wasn't just the mattress topper that he was talking about, it was the full mattress. We've heard they are significantly more expensive than regular mattresses, but when you consider that you spend about one third of your life in bed, maybe it's worth it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Other people we know use the memory foam pillows and love those too. Perhaps the presence of your desk reminds you of the work that you have to wake up to do tomorrow.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ideally, your bedroom should be meant for just sleeping (or relaxing). Please remember that if you have continued trouble sleeping, you should check with your doctor for any more serious problems.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sleeping in the correct position can help you have a comfortable sleep, but also prevent waking with backaches or stiffness.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Sleeping on your side&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If you find sleeping on your side comfortable, the best way to ensure maximum comfort is to bend your legs slightly and to have a pillow between your legs, or even a full length body pillow. This position can help keep your skips level and reduce any pain you might have there.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Sleeping on your back&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sleeping on your back can be very good if you have lower back pain. The best position to be in is to put a pillow under your knees to remove the strain from your lower back.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Sleeping on your stomach&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It is generally not good for your back to sleep on your stomach, but if you need to for some specific reason, then it will help reduce back strain if you put a pillow under your pelvis and abdomen.
