They have no basis for understanding what or who God is.<br /><br />Sometimes I feel like a true failure...but I realize as their Youth Pastor, I'm not the single most influential person my students spend their week with. Every youth pastor dreams of having a large church, large youth group, but I realized something in these past couple of weeks. I'm a teacher now. Recently I took a job as Information Systems Technology instructor for CCC here in town. I love it.<br /><br />Why didn't I do this years ago. It just fits for me. Not because I want to, but because I need to for the money.</div> <div> </div> <div>The Bible says we have not because we ask not. Meaning, I don't have enough money from one job because I don't ask for more money...at least that's what I've been thinking lately.</div> <div> </div> <div>Working three jobs is pretty tiring, not to mention the toll it's taking on my family. I'm sure my wife didn't intend to be a single parent, but often times, that's exactly what she is because I'm at work all the time. </div> <div> </div> <div>I'm torn, because I just got a raise from my main job in March. I need more so I can quit working at the store during the weeknights though.
