I love working at home. There are just so many benefits, the major one for me being the fact that you get to spend so much quality time with your family. I think this recipe is the best because it contains striped bass, which I love. But I would do a couple of things to alter the recipe. Instead of mint, I would use coriander leaves. Also, I would use a bit of garlic. I just lova lova lova garlic!

The best thing I liked about this recipe is that is uses domestic seafood, which is sustainable. It’s fresh, it’s local, and it has a great taste – what more can you ask for? Moreover, sustainable fishing practices not only benefit fishing communities but also ensure the long term health of marine resources.
