That way if you miss a week or a month you know what we have been talking about. FORUM is a weekly prayer and discussion group that is the foundation of the High School Youth Ministry program at St. Patrick Catholic Church im St. Charles, Illinois. We meet year round on Thursday evenings from 7-9 pm, in the Fr. Carse Center, at the Downtown Church located at 408 Cedar Street. <br /><br />Come check us out.
