Well, a week (seems longer) and 2 of those days (ie the weekend) I did not have SF.<br />Lost 2 lbs this week (yippeee), am going to continue with the SF till what I have in the cupboard has gone (3 tins I think?) Yes, good old Slim Fast that has been going for MANY years. It's a bit difficult to do in work as people keep saying "Oh you're not doing that are you, you should eat proper food" and other such comments.
