The event was a big success.<br /><br />The event was named to honor 2 legends - Coach Tom Berg and Coach Ruth Seeger.<br /><br />USADTF wishes to thank Hawk Relay for their wonderful support of the event and organization. Also, other great sponsors were CSD, CSDVRS, Texas Association for the Deaf (TAD) and TSD Booster Club.<br /><br />The DeafNation.com sent a cameraman to film the event and interviews by the former Deaflympians, including Coach Ruth and Coach Tom. USADTF thanks the Texas School for the Deaf for hosting the special event.<br /><br />At this moment, we have 9 teams coming to compete along with 3 mainstreamed athletes. We should see some real exciting competition this Saturday. <br /><br />Some 40 former Track/Field Deaflympians will be attending the meet and to visit with Coach Tom Berg and Coach Ruth Seeger. Coach Tom and Coach Ruth live close to TSD. <br /><br />Results will be posted on our website, www.usadtf.org after the meeting.<br /><br />USADTF wishes to thank Hawk Relay for their generous support.
