The 100,000 dollars she spent on updating the SCADA controls were supposed to Fine Tune the chlorine use, but from what I understand the operators still have to dose very high to get the desired results, just like before. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, makes you wonder if the money was well spent. Oh, by the way, the people hired to spend this much money were friends of Vickie.
