My mother was given one and didn't know what to do with it, so she stewed it and presented us with a mound of steaming gelatinous goo on our plates. I ended up in a stand off with my parents, protesting (completely truthfully) that I would be sick if I had to eat another mouthful. After half an hour of stalemate, they gave in and we never ate marrow ever again. But to this day the mere mention of the stuff makes me queasy.<BR/><BR/>Mighty fine looking specimen though.
