Flosstradamus, The Cools Kids, Ricky Blaze and them local playboys The Party. Really looking forward to hearing all the artists on the bill, Floss does their thing with style, The Cool Kids ALWAYS put it down, but Ricky Blaze.... Yo. We've been trying to book this dude in Dallas since November's Blaqstarr and Rye Rye show, and truth be told, we really kinda lucked out being able to add him to the bill for tomorrows Granada show. I first heard this dude on BBC's Young Lion show about a year back when he dropped Jolly My Baby and since then the hit's have just kept coming. Dude has BIG TUNES!!! Kinda hard to wrap your head around genre wise, which is part of what makes his music so fresh. Sort of RnB, sort of dance, sort of reggae, electro tinge, old school hip hop... Flossy for sure though.

I'm linking 5 Ricky Blaze certified BANGERS that you're gonna wanna get familiar with before tomorrows little party. You're gonna see some out of town types in the crowd tomorrow and they won't be there for Floss or TCK, trust. Ricky Blaze in Dallas is straight unheard of!!! Check the tunes.

1. RICKY BLAZE - How Mi Look
This is a new new new joint. Over the last several years the artist has transitioned the work from the streets into the gallery. Although no longer in its original context, the work maintains its impact, but with a more refined immediacy. With the paintings the artist is able to explore formal issues and develop the narrative quality of the work. Tonybones' influences are drawn from early childhood drawings, graffiti, hobo art and urban subcultures. The paintings have an exploratory, freewheeling nature about them, where the subjects are often caught up in thought, heartbreak, loss, triumph and the raucous laughter likened to that of a riverboat gambler.

About the Exhibition
This solo exhibition will be the artist's first with The Public Trust. This exhibition will explore the artist work in a variety of media including, painting, neon, wooden cutouts and the first ever Tonybones print editions.

Above Image: Untitled (artist proof), 12x36 in., neon, edition of 3

-SBRCBhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06845942798579428753noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30580043.post-13627271216527886982008-08-04T22:07:00.000-07:002008-08-04T22:41:57.440-07:00Taxi Fare Mixtape Vol. 1 Dancehall 2007-08<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://bp0.blogger.com/_Regwp8cP0IE/SJfhSvkd_wI/AAAAAAAABHw/E4KMFWydq_E/s400/TaxiCoversp.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5230897204337442562" />

I put together this mixtape a few months back and then never really got around to putting it out until now. The mix highlights some of the bigger records I've been playing for the past year at Taxi Fare, my Wednesday night reggae party at Zubar in Dallas.

Taxi Fare Vol. 1 sort of comes off like a "best of 2007" tape, digging into the Dancehall side of reggae with big riddims like Dark Again, Gang War, Chromium, Tremor, and Big 2007 Artists like Munga, Mavado, Busy Signal, Dr. Evil, and Ricky Blaze.

Keep on the look out for more about Ricky Blaze. He's making BIG noise in Brooklyn right now and he'll be on stage with us here in Dallas on August 21st, longside The Cool Kids, and Flosstradamus so DON'T miss out!!! Show is gonna sell off!!!!

Thanks to everyone that's come out on Wednesdays and helped to make Taxi Fare one of the best nights in Dallas PERIOD!!! It's my favorite night of the week, and if you're a regular then you already know why... Big Night for Dallas!!! Llama a las primas, los vecinos, los gatos, las gatas... <a href="http://www.myspace.com/nacotheque"style="color:lightgreen">Nacotheque is about to mash up the place this Thursday!! Marcelo and Amylu have been hosting a more than killer party in NYC for the last 2 years. This Thursday they're bringing the Nacotheque party to The Loft for their first ever Dallas apperance. Believe me when I say that this is a MUST SEE IT TO BELIEVE IT type of event. We have been going back and forth with Marcelo since March trying to find away to get them down here and FINALLY...

As always we set up a little Q & A with Marcelo and Amylu before they hit the TX. El Jueves va a ser SUMAMENTE HOT!!!

We're all very excited to have the both of you playing at this months Hands Up. We've been hearing great things about the Nacotheque party in NYC for some time now and it's a real treat to be hosting your first Dallas appearance. Could you tell us a little bit about how you two got started as a duo, and for those who haven't been to your NY events, what you might expect to see or hear at a Nacotheque party?
M- We are very excited to play in Dallas! For those who don't know, let me tell ya a bit about us:

The party got started over two years ago in the basement of Cake Shop, a well known indie cafe/bar in the Lower East Side. Amylu used to have a party called "Le One Night Stand" that shared a similar concept and I added the party's profile to my personal myspace account. Amylu took notice of the upcoming Nacotheque listed on my page and decided to check it out. We met, talked, and decided to team up and now this is where we're at.

Nacotheque is about promoting new, old, rare and classic alternative spanish-sung music. We like to point out that alternative doesn't necessarily mean rock or indie, it could be a cumbia, electro or even pop song. It really depends on the tracks content and intent. While we're at it, we like to involve all types of live bands and performers.

A- We met through mutual friends who thought we'd get along because of our similar taste in music and we also met via Myspace when Marcelo befriended my other party profile page and I saw a flyer for the 1st Nacotheque in NY. I was really excited to find someone else with the same kinda interest in that sort of Spanish-sung music. What to expect to hear? hmm, well every song has mostly Spanish or Portuguese lyrics and the styles range from rock n' roll, pop, electropop, indie rock, punk, disco, cumbia, new wave, ye-ye, 80's, etc.

We know your sets are pretty eclectic, musica infantil, new latin rock, central american tunes, musica norteño, 80's, electro... What was the initial reaction from party goers when you first started the night, and how long did it take for NYC to really catch on to what you guys were trying to put out there.
M- Hardly anybody got it, not even us. Some people didn't understand why we would play Babasonicos followed by Veronica Castro and we didn't understand why they didn't understand. I mean, the flyer was pretty clear and both technically qualify as party music. Still, we'd get these really pissed off people asking when we were gonna play salsa and reggaeton (because according to them that's "real latin" music) or get requests for uber played out bands like Heroes Del Silencio, Soda Stereo or El Tri.

It took around a year to really get it off the ground. Next thing we knew the parties were packed and everybody was dancing even the most ridiculous songs in our catalog.

A- The first few parties were in the basement of a small bar in the LES with only a handful of people and only half of them getting the idea of what we were doing. The other half demanded we play commerical reggaeton, salsa, and stuff like Shakira (obviously we told them to beat it).

It took a little over a year for people to start catching on and when they did, they started bringing their friends, cousins, brothers, sisters, etc etc and kept coming back for more!

Congrats on getting nominated "best party in NYC" this past year. We've heard from around the way the Nacotheque 2 year Anniversary w/ Miti Miti was off the chain! Any crazy stories from that night?
M- Thanks! That was a fun night. I remember Telemundo was filming and we had just flown in from Madrid. We basically went from the airport to the club. I had all sorts of brain farts while I was being interviewed. Still, I found that being covered by Telemundo on our two year anniversary was a little ironic since a big part of why I created the event was to evade the horrible "latino" representation within the mainstream media. To my disappointment (and after I felt I was pulling a fast one on them) I saw the interview and noticed Miti Miti had been edited out.

A- Hmm, well, the club surprised us with painting the floor with a brand new coat of black paint. It was all shinny when we arrived in the beginning of the night....by the end of the night the paint was smudged everywhere from people dancing and spilling drinks all over the place! Also, Miti Miti brought out a really cool looking crowd of about 15 girls dressed like they just came out of an 80's MTV hip-hop video.They danced all night.

How, if at all, has the Nacotheque party changed since it's beginning in 2006?
M- God, everything and nothing. Many venues, new people, all sorts of bands/performers, we've event taken it to the road! But at heart the party is still about the same thing; spanish-sung music.

A- The party finally has a homebase club, Fontana's. Marcelo and I now travel to other cities and countries to DJ, which helps promote the party in NY and the bands that we spin. Nacotheque has become more than just a party, we are now a brand and a tastemakers for all the music that we spin.

We see you're heading to Monterrey Mexico shortly after the your Dallas date. We know Mexico has an intense underground rock scene and we've heard their electro scene is pretty slamming too. Could you tell us a bit about your travels in Mexico and how people have responded to what you're doing out there?
M- Mexico has always been good to us but people erroneously assume it's because of the language. We spin stuff in spanish, that's what they speak so it's just gonna work right? Nope. There's a really odd challenge about playing places like Mexico and Spain. Most of the "cool" kids in those countries don't really listen to stuff in spanish, they might know a few bands here and there but they hardly respect them. Cool kids in Mexico City and Barcelona listen to MIA and Justice; they don't wanna know anything about Hidrogenesse or Javiera Mena.

I have a few theories about this but It's a long conversation so I'll stop here but thankfully it always works out for us.

A- Mexico has definitely been giving us good feedback from our DJ tours there. We've been to Mexico City, Guadalajara, Puebla, and TJ so far. Some people traveled from DF to Puebla or LA to TJ to hear us spin. The first time we spun in DF the crowd went crazy and stayed dancing until they got kicked out and there were tons of kids asking for music from Spain as opposed to Mexican stuff.

Anything you'd like to say to Dallas before they get that Nacotheque treatment on Thursday? Shout outs, warnings, saluditos?
M- I think we've covered any sort of warning by now. All I can say is come to the party and be prepared to be offended, wowed and satisfied. All at once!

A-
1. Bring your good vibes
2. Bring your dancing shoes
3. Bring your friends, family, lovers, cousins, brothers, and sisters...Even if they don't speak Spanish!
4. Get ready to get sweaty;-)

Nacotheque has three short mixes that are downloadable via their Myspace pages...

<a href="http://www.myspace.com/impostor"style="color:lightgreen">Marcelo :: Mini DJ Mix 5 :: Mini DJ Mix 6

<a href="http://www.myspace.com/amylulita"style="color:lightgreen">Amylu :: Tacones y Mohawks Sampler Mix

-NATURECBhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06845942798579428753noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30580043.post-87899683431847895362008-07-11T11:41:00.000-07:002008-07-11T12:01:50.493-07:00Centre Yourself<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://bp1.blogger.com/_Regwp8cP0IE/SHerDt6OAcI/AAAAAAAABFw/_XacP0mGUyA/s400/centre_blog.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5221830373311119810" />

This Saturday <a href="http://www.gotocentre.com/"style="color:lightgreen">Centre turns one! Each party gets better and better and this one was no exception. I heard Johnny Moon nominated this one for "best The Party yet" and I think I'm gonna have to go with him on that. Boondocks was mega fucking poppin. Gotta say thanks to our 2 nights in a row crew, EV, Mel Boogie, Johnny Moon and Trent. They drove to Dallas to wild out on Friday at Zu and then turned around and made it back to H-Town for The Party at Boondocks. WE LOVE YOU. Shouts or our man Joe from Premium, gotta say what's up to Alia, Rachel, Gracie Chavez in the place to be and the one called Squincy Jones!!

We will have a Houston link up soon...

-NatureCBhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06845942798579428753noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30580043.post-20579204886474391792008-06-26T14:56:00.000-07:002008-06-27T00:16:55.010-07:00The Party 2 year Anniversary: EXTRA FLY!!!<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://bp1.blogger.com/_Regwp8cP0IE/SGQReFJLBUI/AAAAAAAABDY/YQ5SxMO9hCQ/s400/buildingshot.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5216313476876272962" />

Believe it or not, it's been 2 years since The Party touched the road in Dallas. Take a good look at the "Fashion" sidebar on the right and you'll see just how many things have popped off since the first Zubar show in June of 2006. The numbers, I think there's about 80 events thrown, do alot of talking for themselves. It's been an intense ride.

If anything, the last two years have provided a constant string of pleasant surprises, from new music, to new venues, new friends and new ways of interacting with our respective cities. The Zubar monthly was, in many ways, the starting point for what has become something much larger. Amazing how things work out sometimes. Originally I was turned down by 4 or 5 venues when trying to find a home for The Party. If we weren't playing house or hip hop "nobody wanted it". I had to practically beg Zubar to let us try it. 2 years, 80 parties, and 3 cities later....

Soooooo. THIS FRIDAY, also know as TOMORROW, marks the 2 year Anniversary of The Party @ Zubar. I'm sure you've heard, but if for some reason you haven't... WE ARE PULLING ALL THE STOPS FOR THIS ONE!!! TOMORROW NIGHT WE ARE SHUTTING DOWN GREENVILLE AVE!!!! SHUTTING IT THE FUCK DOWN!!!

This is a FORMAL event, complete with the searchlight, red carpet walkway, Hollywood style red carpet photos provided by Kiddrae254. That means your photo looks are gonna be SPOT ON HOT. And you gotta know G-Squared's gonna be poppin off those CLASSIC party shots all night long so GET YOUR RED CARPET LOOK TOGETHER!!!!!!! We're asking everyone to come looking SHARP!! We know everyone will have their own individual style and twist to this theme, so I think it goes without saying that this is going to be a WILD ASS NIGHT!!!

I'm telling you right now, GET THERE EARLY. We even wrapped up a $2 REDSTRIPE special from 10-11pm that should help you start the night off right. After 11:30, you already know. Line out the door. For real.

So look. It's Friday. It's The Party. Nature, Select, and Sober. It's hosted by Picnic. G-Squared on the photos. Kiddrae on the photos. We got the red carpet. We doing it very fucking Hollywood. It's The fucking Party.

-NatureCBhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06845942798579428753noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30580043.post-11458352028909841342008-06-22T23:56:00.001-07:002008-06-23T00:15:16.246-07:00Hands Up :: Proofs Here<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://bp3.blogger.com/_Regwp8cP0IE/SF9J0T2V8uI/AAAAAAAABDQ/mUYCStXl63k/s400/double_myra.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5214968056548553442" />
<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://bp0.blogger.com/_Regwp8cP0IE/SF9JvLAXDJI/AAAAAAAABDI/YZuCWRKLEbg/s400/dylan.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5214967968275303570" />
<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://bp1.blogger.com/_Regwp8cP0IE/SF9JovY-ufI/AAAAAAAABDA/zw5Ping8mts/s400/double_funkytown.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5214967857783159282" />
<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://bp2.blogger.com/_Regwp8cP0IE/SF9JiB1plWI/AAAAAAAABC4/aapwdczOtwI/s400/egypt_group.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5214967742476162402" />

Yo! With 10 years behind the decks, fresh off the RockBox gig and already mixing it up with her Ruff Cut monthly, this girl is obviously a seasoned OG!! The YO! Mami mix that scored 10,000 downloads in a day kinda spoke for itself alittle something too... Gracie's got the city hot!

We got together earlier this week for a little back and forth. Here's what she had to say about Rock Box, Htown, being a mom, and whatever else came to mind...

So we're all very excited to have you playing with us at Hands Up. Can you tell us a bit about yourself, where you live now, where you grew up, what crews or affiliates you are part of?
Gracie Chavez: I've been DJing for almost 10 years now, representin' Hustletown to the fullest. I grew up in the 5th Ward area in Northside Houston so I guess I've got a little bit of that 'round the way girl in me.

We know you've been doing your thing behind the tables for sometime, abit of a Houston legend so to speak. How did you get started in the DJ game? Who were you're "hometown heros" or influences?
GC: I've been a music writer covering shows and reviewing music for URB magazine, XLR8R, Mixer, Feedback and Tha Pride drum & bass zine at the time. I guess I was around DJing enoughback in the day, it seemed only inevitable that I'd pick up some skills.

My now hubby DJ G.Wizz and friend DZ were d&b DJs and are my DJ foundation. I learned a lot from them--and still do--but I went on to play house. Sista Stroke ushered me thru that era with lots of love for a girl.

But most recently, after I made the switch from strictly vinyl to Serato and the opportunity to play a wider range of music opened up, Witnes brought me on to his wildly successful Rock Box nights. We'd been working here and there since the Reprogram hip hop days and finally we reconnected. He, too, has been super supportive.

And as far as influences, I gotta give it up to my DIRB! boys. In fact we're trying to jump in Squincy Jones at the moment!

The Yo Mami mix is pretty bangin!! Great song selection, crazy drops. How has Houston reacted to it?
GC: Ah, yeah, thanks! It really wouldn't have happened without Squincy spranklin his gold dust on it! It took forever it seems to finish, but I'm so happy with the results. It's a lot of my classic mixes with a lil' bit of some woo-woo-wop. The first day I uploaded it I got over 9500 hits--I was fokin' amazed!

We know that you we're a big part of Houston's Rock Box weekly with Witnes and Dayta. And a intregal part of Les Femmes in the mid 2000s. Can you tell us abit about those nights, what made them special, what types of things you were adding to those nights?
Rock Box helped me come into my own, seria! I'd been doin house and got to a point where I wasn't feelin' it; honestly, I longed to get back to some break beats. Rock Box was a tough crowd, I ain't gonna lie. But I stuck with it and it helped me be a better DJ, IMO. After taggin' with Tonio for a spell, he split to Seattle, so I was armed with my laptop and library of tunes to play--old school, new school, up/down tempo, rap, big beats, electro, house, but B-more and Baile really told my story the best. I finally feel like I can play how I feel and you know exactly what I'm all about. This catharsis is what I found so special...OH, and did I mention it was just a blast to play with the boys!

Les Femmes ("Ladies of the Night") I co-founded a few years ago after realizing that there weren't that many lady DJs around. Stroke just left for Chicago and I knew there were more girls with skills out no place to play. Vocalist Karina Nistal and I started booking female talent on a montly basis from all over Texas, no matter what they played, and the response was incredible. We wrapped up Les Femmes last month, which was bitter sweet. By now around these parts you've heard of Jessica Lozano, Jessica Partin, Candice Elliot and Amanda Robinson. Our job was done. My only request is that these girls get Les Femmes events going again if lady DJs become scarce again!

Got any crazy stories from either of those nights? Celeb appearences, shootings, stabbings, uprooting baby trees?
GC: Well, our Faux Femmes night was always crazy. For one night, we somehow got guys to dress in drag and DJ! You should see the photos! LOL. Enough said!!

As far as celebs, I just had Sean Penn saunter into one of my gigs and when it was All-Star weekend, Snoop also dipped thru.

Rock Box was always a free-for-all fun time...shit, girls fighting, 40s flyin' and the occasional hometown rapper done good comin' thru! Don't get me reminiscin'!

I see you repping Ruff Cutt. That's a label? Crew?
RUFF CUTT is every 2nd SAT at Dean's (Downtown Houston) and we've got big talent and up-and-commers cued up to heat up your summer. I also guest DJ at The Flat for Jukebot the last SAT of each month. Check the DustyCrates blog or my myspace page for more info and dates.

How has your experience been being a mother and being an active part of Houston's nightlife scene?
GC: I feel like I go hard all day, e'ry day. But my girls (Jazmin & Cassie) and Chris inspire me to live--and love--life. When you find something you love doing, you put the work into it, no joke. There's no time for bullshit, right?

I'm happy that I'm being tapped to do more high-profile gigs at museums, fashion shows and events like that. I want my girls to grow up knowing that if you work hard you can do what you love. Hey, my Mami, did it, I can too.

How about a little Gracie Chavez "current top 5". We know you got tunes!!!

GC: All right, then, here goes:
1. "Bigger Than Hip Hop Ghetto House Refix" - Flufftronix
2. "Day N NIght" (Crookers First Remix) - Kid Cudi
3. "Control" (LA Riots) - Kid Sister
4. "Poison" - Tittsworth remix
5. "Phat Bottom Girls" - Dave Nada [I'm a huge Queen fan, can you tell?!]

OH, and how about a "top five house tracks that i wish i would hear, but nobody plays when i go out...."

GC: It's very rare that I hear these out...but big ups to those that have these on VINYL!

1. "French Kiss" - Lil Louis [can we ever really get enough?]
2. "Pump Up the Volume" - M/A/R/R/S
3. "I Sit on Acid" - Lords of Acid
4. We have some of the best rap, hip hop, soul, and r&b artists that could ever be on a mic. But most of them are underground. You've got to come to Philly and grab some mixtapes.

Tell us how you got started and who you roll with. How did you get involved with Diplo and Mad Decent?
I was always kind of a collector of music my whole life because my dad's a DJ. He's the type of DJ that plays classical soul, old school rap, funk, etc. So, I have an older mindset for the music I listened to. My mom's also a music lover. She spoiled me with Teddy Riley produced tracks, maxi-singles of borderline hip hop/house and Classical Soul music. Eventually I grew up and heard DJs producing what I remember as "Megamix" songs, i.e. Fatman Scoop, DJ Kool, Crooklyn Clan, and the Baltimore Club Kingz. This all inspired me to make music of my own to listen to. It was a hobby. It felt therapeutic. But then my friends would listen to my tracks and start pushing me to do more. I started rolling with a close friend, who did most of the pushing, Angel aka Captain Dirt Dirt. Eventually I linked up with DJ Dee Square who had me producing tracks and mixtapes that had all the kids going crazy. I kept on networking until I found my Manager, Dirty South Joe. He was always helping Diplo out on little ideas. All of us linking up was obviously a REAL GOOD idea. I now do production with Diplo under Mad Decent, as well as from my label through Mad Decent "Ol' Head Records"

What is the difference between Philly Club and Baltimore Club?
Baltimore Club is club music made strictly for the club...some horns, breaks, and more of the recent ones contain a lot of lil john samples. Philly Club, while greatly inspired by Baltimore Club, has a different groove to the music. Philly Club is like the type of remixes that could appear on a maxi-single. It has no limits to genre. I've done remixes of some rock music to show anybody who likes Da Shop Boyz "Party Like A Rockstar" how to REALLY party like a ROCKSTAR!!! Check out my snocap on the myspace page.

What are working on at the moment?
I'm doing official remixes through Mad Decent. I can't really say much, but I'm working with "Truth AD" on a remix for one of their commercials. Be on the look out for that. I'm working with a few artists: Mz. Streamz, Rye Rye, Blaqstarr, It's definitely goin down!!!
I have some plans already as far as my own releases. I have some of my music untagged and unmixed available through Snocap. I've released my "Rockstars VS Clubheadz" mixtape through Flaming Hots and Hollertronix 8 is an collabo release with Blaqstarr through Diplo.I already have an idea for some future EP and CD releases.

Tell us a little about Philly and scene there.
Like I said, there is a lot of talent here. We have a lot of rappers who are quick with metaphors and punchlines. I know of one for sure that's a ghostwriter for industry rappers. He knows he's the king of Philly because the streets call him the king of Philly. That's like the DJs in Philly too. There's a lotta DJs claiming there number one in whatever they play, whether it be hip hop, reggae or what they call club music here in philly, "Party Music" but at the end of the day it's the streets that call you what you are seen as. So everybody's battling everybody else. I never had to battle because I have nothing to prove. I do what I do, it's just so happens people like it.

I couldnt help but notice the interesting samples you chose on the Hollertronix vol 8 joint, mostly the Papa Roach sample. Are you influenced by rock music or was that something you did special for the release?
Well like I said, that was around the time everybody wanted to be on some rockstar shit. I used to listen to everything growing up, including all kinds of rock music. When I was in middle and some high school, I used to vent by listening to some heavy metal. About 6 years later the "rockstar" image came back in style. Everybody wanted to either dress like nerds or rockstarz. I kinda felt insulted...half these people aren't nerds and don't party like "rockstarz". The "rockstar" style is not just about the clothes you wear. It's a mindset thing. It's about the energy you have to give to others. I wanted my music to hit real people with the rockstar mindset. It's kind of a way to expose the fools, fakes, and the real people on some real rockstar shit.

Where does the name Sega come from? Where you a huge Sonic fan back in the day?
I was a huge fan of video games, not just Sega games. Shit, I love playing mario 3. My godbrother actually started calling me that, once in a blue because I always wanted the cheat codes to the original Mortal Kombat on Genesis. It kinda stuck with me.

Speaking of games, I just got the old school Double Dribble for my Nintendo. We should have a one on one game and post a video about that shit.
I remember that game, but it doesn't compare to NBA JAM. Grab that, then holla at me. Oh yea, I'm not a very bug fan of regulation video games; i.e. madden, live. If I'm playing a video game I wanna see some outrageous shit that people can't really do, like a triple alley oop with crazy flips or some shit. NBA JAM that's my shit!!!!

-PRINCE KLASSENCBhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06845942798579428753noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30580043.post-47637108165729240772008-06-10T01:30:00.000-07:002008-06-11T10:39:14.369-07:00Smalltown Sweatbox<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://bp1.blogger.com/_Regwp8cP0IE/SExsDWOqtAI/AAAAAAAABCQ/dWFNVmJcZLc/s400/pete_katrina.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5209657673723327490" />
<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://bp1.blogger.com/_Regwp8cP0IE/SExr--nQy_I/AAAAAAAABCI/GR8ZPYFJSqg/s400/brion.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5209657598664559602" />
<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://bp3.blogger.com/_Regwp8cP0IE/SExr6292xHI/AAAAAAAABCA/AtDXoCXQga8/s400/double_up.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5209657527892362354" />
<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://bp0.blogger.com/_Regwp8cP0IE/SExr2H4S8gI/AAAAAAAABB4/N7J3HxlXTUY/s400/grime.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5209657446533100034" />

Beauty Bar was a hot mess on Friday. <a href=" http://www.myspace.com/smalltowndjs "style="color:lightgreen">Smalltown Djs came through and wrecked it!
