As for the FBI in particular, these agents had no legitimate cause to investigate this author, and what they have done does not qualify as an investigation, but instead, a smear campaign being used to cover up the outrageous crimes that these Zionist controlled government rat bastards have been committing against this author for decades.

And one way or another, these miserable excuses for agents are going to learn that if they violate an American citizen's Constitutional rights, they are going to be held accountable, no matter what it takes to do so. A former FBI agent who while in the employ of the FBI committed many of the crimes which he documents in his book, admits that he enjoyed being able to break the law with impunity, while still understanding that what he was doing was wrong. It is a double irony that not only did Wes Swearingen commit crimes while working for the FBI, but that in turning whistle blower against the agency, he's profited from the following book.

Wes Swearingen served as an FBI agent from 1951 until he retired in 1977. During that period he perpetrated or witnessed numerous violations of law by FBI agents and their operatives, heard revealing statements by other agents about their illegal activities, and read files which documented violations of the rights of American citizens.

The activities of FBI agents and their "informers" include warrantless break-ins, theft, fraud, kidnapping, perjury, fabrication of evidence, suborning of witness perjury, and murder. The targets were political dissidents: anyone FBI agents didn't like.

Swearingen details how members of the Black Panthers were murdered by FBI operatives, another was framed for a murder he didn't commit, and still others were prosecuted on trumped up charges.

He does not mention anything about the deaths of John or Robert Kennedy or Martin Luther King, but he describes an agency so deeply involved in criminal activity of every kind as to be capable of causing the deaths of those men and others who have died under mysterious circumstances.

He describes various files on political dissidents, called the "Security Index" and the "Reserve Index", which eventually included about 500,000 names, and which were the persons to be arrested without warrant and taken to detention areas in the event of a national security emergency. For those who are inclined to dismiss such concerns as paranoid, here is supporting evidence, notwithstanding the repeal of authorizing legislation in 1971, which would not stop people like these.

Swearingen provides an insider's view of the COINTELPRO program of suppression of political dissidents, but also tells us that the program continues to this day under another name, apparently without a paper trail.

He paints a picture of an agency riddled with corruption, incompetence, and inefficiency, composed of men who may have once been patriots, but who have been reduced to common criminals, whose crime fighting activities are limited at best and largely for show, with political repression being the primary mission.

Some may suggest that the FBI may have been reformed since Swearingen left the agency in 1977, and no longer does the things he describes. Certainly there have been some reform efforts, particularly during the period Edward Levi was Attorney-General, and we would expect another generation of agents to have taken the place of those Swearingen worked with, but available evidence, including continuing harassment of Wes by his former agency, indicate it has not been reformed at all.

There have been other books by former FBI agents that have told similar tales, such as William Turner, author of _Hoover's FBI: The Men and the Myth_, and books by former agents of the CIA, such as those by Philip Agee, John Stockwell, Victor Marchetti, Frank Snepp, and Ralph McGehee. It seems likely that similar books remain to be written by agents of almost every agency of the U.S. government, revealing them as criminal enterprises and implicating almost every employee as criminal conspirators. Such agents should read this book and begin gathering the evidence they will need to take out with them.

Even Swearingen still speaks with pride of his crimefighting activities, seemingly oblivious to the fact that there is no constitutional authority or federal jurisdiction for statutes against the offenses he was investigating, making enforcement in federal courts itself a criminal violation of the civil rights of the targets, even when they really are bad guys who deserve to be prosecuted under applicable state laws.

The most important thing this book reveals is the mindset of government agents, and the way otherwise good men get corrupted by the system of which they become a part. They are totally ignorant of the principles of constitutional republic government, and willing to do whatever works, regardless of legality. Their arrogance was revealed in a statement by Special Agent Joseph G. Deegan in 1977: "We are the only ones who know what is good for the country, and we are the only ones who can do anything about it." After reading this book and others, it is clear that this statement reflects a dangerous delusion of grandeur.

Anyone who is involved in any kind of politically significant activity, or who is concerned about the future of this country, needs to read this book to learn how government agents operate and how citizens can defend themselves against them, both in court and in the field. These agents are not very effective, and people should not be awed by them. Standing up to them works if one exercises a few simple precautions, such as taping all encounters and having witnesses around at all times. Going armed at all times may not be a bad idea, either.

WASHINGTON (AP) - The Internal Revenue Service plans to start regulating paid tax preparers, requiring them to register with the government, pass competency tests and adhere to ethical standards.

The new regulations, announced Monday, will not be in effect for the current filing season - individual tax returns are due April 15. But IRS Commissioner Doug Shulman said tax preparers will be held to higher standards in future years as the IRS steps up its oversight.

"As tax season begins, most Americans will turn to tax return preparers to help with one of their biggest financial transactions of the year," Shulman said. The new regulations "will help ensure taxpayers receive competent, ethical service from qualified professionals and strengthen the integrity of the nation's tax system."

Existing preparers will be given three years to meet competency requirements.

More than 80 percent of taxpayers use a paid tax preparer or tax software to complete their yearly returns. However, paid tax preparers are unregulated in many states, unless they are also lawyers, certified public accountants or enrolled agents who represent taxpayers before the IRS. Lawyers, certified public accountants and enrolled agents will not be affected by the new regulations.

The IRS announced in June that it wanted to start regulating paid tax preparers. The agency then held a series of public hearings to gather information, leading up to Monday's announcement.

The New FBI COINTELPRO Goes Hi Tech
The FBI's criminal tactics have become far worse since the attacks on 9-11-2001 then they have ever been before. This is an organization whose agents routinely break the law without getting caught. However, on the occasions when the FBI gets caught committing serious crimes regarding an American citizen's Constitutional rights, the FBI will not admit to committing such crimes, but instead wage a smear campaign in which to demonize the person whom they have committed such outrageous crimes against.

This is especially true if the FBI has been colluding with other Intel agencies such as the NSA, in which to subject a citizen to non consensual human experimentation as the FBI and NSA have done with this author.

What's even worse is that the FBI is now spending billions of dollars in cutting edge spy technologies which are only going to serve as an adjunct to the police state mentality propagated by our elected officials. Those who do not represent the will of the American middle class, but instead, the Zionist collective which controls the U.S. Federal Government through the Federal Reserve System's global counterfeiting/money laundering operation.

Moreover, when the FBI's own crimes become outrageous enough that it must demonize those whom it has committed these crimes against, the FBI's penchant for exaggeration becomes as unparallelled as its complete disregard for the Constitutional rule of law. These agents consider it their prerogative to violate the civil rights of any American citizen, while using intimidation tactics in which to frighten off any persons who might be able testify against the FBI and on behalf of such persons in a court of law. Moreover, the only real difference between the FBI and organized crime is that the Bureau has access to far more disposable income, and never holds its agents accountable for the crimes they commit - no matter how horrible - unless those agents become a threat to the FBI's criminal enterprise. Even organized crime families will take appropriate action against members who deliberately violate some code which these families enforce.

As for those people who believe that the FBI does not murder American citizens, these people are extremely naive as to the FBI's modern day COINTELPRO operations. A multibillion dollar a year criminal enterprise without any legitimate oversight from the United States Congress or the Department of Justice. So is it any wonder why the FBI operates by the seat of its pants and without any concern for the crimes which they commit?

These agents know that they are never going to be made accountable for such crimes and they depend on such unnaccountablity which encourages the vigilante attitude of complete lawlessness that has always characterized the FBI. The FBI is also presently attempting to find a plausible way in which to murder this author, and has been attempting to have this blog deleted for the past three and a half years because my allegations against the Bureau are not only true, but illustrative of the most egregious violations of the 4TH Amendment in American History. The FBI is simply making up their own rules and attempting to justify crimes against the Constitutional rule of law that are so outrageous that they can never be tolerated.

Both of which have seriously harmed the American middle class, who are now barely surviving. Any American citizen who has been paying attention to how the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq remain drawn out with no legitmate accomplishments, a likely trillon plus dollar war debt, the abject attack on the United States Constitution, and a political system that refuses to tell them the truth in regard to the attacks on 9-11 being a false flag operation (something millions of American bloggers now acknowledge), must already understand that this war on terror deception is being used to destroy the United States Constitution and any protections they have along with it. Hitler did the same thing with Germany's Weinmar Constitution after he was elected chancellor of Germany in a rigged election, by keeping the Constitution around in name only, while he built his Third Reich into the global power that it became.

Had it not been for the United States and Russia defeating Hitler and the Third Reich during World War II, the Third Reich would have long ago taken over this entire planet, being directly influenced by the Zionist international banking cartel.

Judi won a posthumous lawsuit against the FBI for $4.4 million dollars. Unfortunately, if that was the jury's intent, they failed in their efforts, because the FBI is just as nasty, and criminal, and unconstitutional as they have ever been.

Moreover, it is this author's opinion that Judi Bari may well have been targeted for directed energy weaponry, and that the FBI's use of such weapons was done with the intent of causing Judi the cancer which eventually took her life. When the murder attempt on Judi failed and she decided to sue the FBI, the Bureau did everything possible in which to prevent Judi's lawsuit against them from going forward.

Would they have gone so far as to attempt to murder her a second time; however this time in a more plausibly deniable way?

In 1990, when Judi's car was blown up, the FBI did not "officially" have access to DEW weaponry. However, by the mid 1990's they did, and it was about this time (and during her lawsuit against the FBI) that Judi developed the cancer which would ultimately kill her. No decision on Sheen charges likely until February

ASPEN, Colo. (AP) - Prosecutors say they probably won't decide until February whether to file charges against actor Charlie Sheen in an alleged domestic violence case in Aspen.

"Sheen was arrested Christmas Day on suspicion of menacing, second-degree assault and criminal mischief. Authorities haven't identified the alleged victim.

Chief Deputy District Attorney Arnold Mordkin said Monday the menacing charge is the most serious, usually carrying a sentence of two to eight years in prison and a fine of $2,000 to $500,000.

Mordkin says Sheen's next court appearance is Feb. 8, and no decision on whether to prosecute him is expected until shortly before that.

The 44-year-old star of "Two and a Half Men" is free on $8,500 bond. His lawyer didn't immediately return a call Monday."

Editor's Notation: This author is presently being subjected to a DEW weaponry attack being used to cause dizziness. Moreover, the other day while plowing the snow from my driveway, I slipped while backing the snow thrower down the driveway. And while it is possible that the fall was not related to DEW weapons, I must still record this situation given *Intel's furtive intent to murder my person, and the fact that I am electronically targeted 24 hours per day for illegal NSA satellite surveillance. Had I hit my head and ended up dead (or in a vegetative state), the "accident" would have served Intel's intent in which to murder my person with plausible deniability.

*The FBI also continues to intimidate this author's Family into taking part in the psychological warfare operation that the Bureau has been aggressively waging against this author for most of this decade. As such, Family members are brainwashed and refuse to listen to the facts regarding this situation, since they are no longer acting of their own free will, and are terrified of what further criminal actions the FBI will perpetrate against them. A situation which has resulted in a federal agency whose agents are never held accountable for their crimes, even when they torture and murder their victims. Even former federal agents have spoken publicly in regard to the FBI's torture and murder of American citizens.

These agents will not commit such acts unless they are certain that they can do so with the type of anonymity that using electromagnetic weapons (DEW) affords them. Moreover, there is no longer any doubt that spy satellite networks like NSA Echelon are being used to covertly perpetrate such murders, while those who do so maintain their anonymity. The perfect crime, since no one can prove that these agents are involved in the torture and murder of their unsuspecting victims, while using various frequencies of the electromagnetic spectrum in which to commit such heinous crimes.

Intel will also seize on anything in which to cause further distress to this author and his Family. Holidays offer the added bonus of giving gifts which are not sent with any beneficence, but instead, for the sole purpose of acting as psychological triggers intended to function as an adjunct to the rest of the ongoing psychological operations conducted by these criminal agencies during the rest of the year.

And as I have stated in the past, this author's Family is not operating under their own free will, but instead being controlled and undermined by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and through the criminal COINTELPRO operation that this treasonous organization has been carrying out against this author for decades.

Once again, there is no rule of law here, since the Intel community does not want to admit to the mind control experimentation which they have subjected this author to for so many years. The American courts clearly want nothing to do with cases that involve some faction of this government's use of classified technology, since these courts are not equipped to deal with such cases, given that this technology has been created in secret, and in which to circumvent the United States Constitution.

Such denial of Constitutional rights to any American citizen by some government agency is a blatant act of treason.

And the use of any citizen for the express purpose of non consensual human experimentation is only a further and egregious abuse of such inherent rights.

Thus, the United States Judicial system will refuse to hear any case which involves a government agency's use of classified technology. The best evidence of this is John St. Clair Akwei's lawsuit against the National Security Agency.

This is without a doubt the most damaging lawsuit against the U.S. Federal Government ever filed, since it alleges that the National Security Agency can electrically target and track the unique bioelectromagnetic field which surrounds the human body, and use this field as a tracking device.

And such lawsuits continue to be conveniently dismissed as being frivolous, simply because they are extremely damaging to the Intelligence community's use of classified technology in which to destroy the protections guaranteed to all American citizens under the United States Constitution and its Bill of Rights.

John Akwei's lawsuit was filed in a Washington D.C. Federal Court in 1991, and has never been heard, simply because no judge wants their career destroyed by the Intel community for helping to expose this outrageous and treasonous violation of the American people's right to a physical sense of privacy. Moreover, a nation of citizens who have been illegally electronically brain fingerprinted by a federal spy agency that has no authority within its charter to spy domestically, is indicative of a gigantic and treasonous conspiracy in which to secretly destroy the United States Constitution. Editor's Note: Street theatrics continue. A short time ago, blaring sirens announced the arrival of * "3" "THREE" three fire department SUV's at the house next door. The woman in the home is terminally ill and from time to time requires hospitalization. Moreover, she was hospitalized a few weeks ago (at the time the same "THREE" SUV's were present in front of her home when an ambulance arrived to take her to the hospital).

This means that the 16TH Amendment was never legally ratified, and that every person who has ever been arrested and convicted of tax evasion was subjected to a criminal conspiracy in which to defraud them of their property. Dear Congressman Johnson

I am Sherry Peel Jackson, your former CPA. I am writing you because I am concerned about my health and my life. Prior to becoming a political prisoner I was the picture of health. In late June, 2009 I started experiencing a rapid heart beat on an irregular basis.

Since this had happened infrequently in the past I did not think much of it. However, in Mid July it started happening on a regular basis and I became concerned. I went to the medical staff twice in Mid July only to be given a one-minute EKG test and powerful meds without proper diagnosis. I did not take them because I had not been seen by a specialist. One week later, on July 21 at 12:45am I left the dorm in flip flops to go tell the officers that I was having a heart attack. The officers on duty called the ambulance and the ambulance checked my heart on their portable EKG machine. It was beating at 150 beats per minute. They took me to Leesberg (spelling) hospital where I remained until Friday, July 24th at 11:30pm. During the hospital stay it was determined that my heart was healthy but my thyroid was producing too much hormone, thus speeding up my heart.

This is called hyperthyroidism or Graves disease. I was given two medications by the hospital - Methimazole, which is an anti-thyroid agent used to reduce the amount of thyroid hormone produced by the body and Metoprolol, which is a beta blocker used to slow the heart.

The hospital doctor told me that in four weeks (approximately August 21) the prison medical unit was to do blood tests to determine how the thyroid medication was affecting my body.

The blood test was taken in late August and I was told that I would be placed on the appointment schedule to come over and review the results. I was never called. I went over in early September and inquired of Dr. DeLeon as to how to get blood test results. He told me to put in a request to staff, so I did that on September 15th. It simply asked to see the results of the tests.

Sometime after September 23rd I received a response in writing, from Ms. Marich, that stated that I could either make a sick call (come over early in the morning wait in line and fill out forms) or come to Open House to see the results. Open house is held only on Thursdays from 3:00pm to 3:30pm. I went to Open House Thursday September 30th and was told by Ms. Marich that she could not find the results! I watched her look through and around several piles of folders in her office but at no time did she look on a computer for them. She told me to check back later. On Wednesday October 28th I passed out around 4pm and was taken to medical and cleared.

On Friday October 30th my lips started turning black as if I had been a lifelong smoker. By Sunday November 1st my lips were fully black.

My boss, the Chaplain, called medical and a male nurse was sent over from the medium security men's prison on this complex (there are two maximum security, one medium security and one low security men's prisons on this complex with the women's camp). He took my blood pressure and oxygen and said there was nothing else he could do. He told me to go to sick call Monday morning, which I did.

I showed Mr. Coucho my lips and told him that something was wrong with my blood, I could tell. (I am leaving out gross details here).

He said I would be put on the schedule. However, the very next day, Tuesday morning, November 3rd, I found blood in my stool and rushed over to medical because I am smart enough to know that this is a major problem. I was chewed out for coming over to medical without a staff member telling me to come. I told Charlie, the female nurse and Mr. Coucho the PA that I was in the hospital in July, never got the blood work results and something was terribly wrong.

I am 46 years old and I know my body! I finally convinced them that I was not playing and was not stupid, so they 'treated' me with a packet for a stool sample test. Mr. Coucho looked on the computer for the blood test results from August and found them there!

The blood test showed a problem with the thyroid way back then!

He said I would be put on the schedule for new blood work later that week because these results were too old. He had a short conversation with Dr. DeLeon in Spanish and then said the thyroid count was off.

This was November 3rd. I administered the stool tests and returned them to Nurse Charlie on Friday November 6th.

Today is November 26th, Thanksgiving. I have not received the results of the stool test. I have not been given any new blood test.

My neck is swelling up like a blow fish and I am having trouble talking. I have been feeling very ill for the last two weeks.

Congressman, I don't want them to kill me in here. As you well know, I am being punished for exposing government fraud. However, millions of people don't file tax returns and I was just used as an example by the DOJ for their new program called the Tax Defiers Initiative.

I have a wonderful husband and two beautiful children. I have already spent 21 months in prison for a non crime, and I refuse to come out dead or maimed for life. I have not caused these people any problems. This is no threat but just for your information.
I also wrote the warden today. Things can't go on this way as I languish in here for someone's political gain. God doesn't like ugly and He is the ultimate judge and vindicator.

The FBI & Plausible Deniability
For the past decade the FBI has routinely interfered with this author's business transactions, getting orders cancelled, intercepting packages and damaging goods that have been shipped to my person, or electronically interfering with my online purchases. The latest occurred yesterday, when I was called by a seller who claimed that the credit card CVV number that I had listed on a purchase order was incorrect.

I gave the person the number again, only to later receive an E-mail stating that they could not process the order. There was no problem with the credit card being used and this is simply another example of how the FBI uses the Patriot Act in which to interfere with the lives of those whom it cannot legally prosecute.

The FBI commits these crimes with plausible deniability, knowing that because the Bureau's agents have never identified themselves to this author, that they can deny having anything to do with this subterfuge. However, when one documents such interference occurring every time they attempt to conduct business, the element of an Intel orchestrated criminal conspiracy against that person can no longer be ignored.

FBI BLACKMAIL
Under the Patriot Act, the FBI will also force any American citizen to aid and abet its criminal activities regarding the Bureau's violations of the Constitutionally protected rights of another American citizen. Even the books that you take out from the library are no longer private from the prying eyes of this Americanized Gestapo, given that the your local library must furnish this information to the FBI.

Moreover, once the Bureau uses these people in the commission of such crimes, the FBI can then intimidate them into cooperating in the future, while using the fact that they once committed crimes against a targeted citizen as an additional form of blackmail used to control these people; this, even though it was the FBI who coerced these people into taking part in these crimes in the first place, while denying them their Constitutionally protected rights - the definitive sign of the police state which now defines the Zionist dictatorship which furtively controls the United States Federal Government. Criminal acts which many of these people would clearly have avoided taking part in, if they had not been coerced by the FBI to participate in them.

Moreover, the FBI is using the Patriot Act in order to criminalize an entire society of citizens who for the most part have no criminal records, and would have preferred not to get involved with the FBI and its Gestapo tactics. Further "evidence" that these people are being coerced into surrendering their civil rights because of the fraudulent war on terror, and under the guise of spying on "terrorists" who in reality have no connection to terrorist groups, have no criminal records, and who are being denied their inherent rights as American citizens.

The Constitutional rule of law continues to be absent in such attacks on these men, women and children.

And now the FBI is trying to justify illegal satellite surveillance of Americans which can last for years on end - and without a court order! This is absolutely unbelievable!

And these so called federal police will use their intimidation tactics in which to blackmail any elected official who stands up to their criminal activities. This is why most of our politicians will never take the FBI on in any meaningful situation, since they themselves don't want to end up targeted for a COINTELPRO sting.

Even many former agents of the FBI who've reported criminal activities within the Bureau, have been subjected to the destruction of their careers and reputations. So the FBI will not hesitate to destroy the life of an *elected official or private citizen, should they attempt to expose some criminal aspect of the FBI.

*As we've seen in the instances of myriad politicians, including former New Jersey Senator, Robert Torricelli, whose career the FBI destroyed as punishment for his demand that a formal investigation into the CIA take place regarding the agency's failure to prevent the 9-11-2001 terrorist attacks.

The FBI Honey Trapper/The Bureau's Entrapment Schemes
Many targets of COINTELPRO have at one time or another been setup by the FBI in a honey trapper scheme. This usually occurs when the FBI has the targeted person under illegal satellite surveillance, while videotaping that person. If the target is a male, he will be approached by a female provocateur who feigns interest in him, only to become reproachful if the target returns the interest.

This is done to make the target appear as the aggressor, while the FBI edits out the portion of the video in which the honey trapper approached the targeted person. Imagine a video which depends on such editing in which to carry out such a despicable fraud, and you can begin to understand how deceptive the FBI's agents are.

The FBI will also utilize children as part of such an entrapment scheme. The targeted person, whether he or she is a parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle or cousin will be approached by a child who is a family relative. The child will then suddenly move away from the target, even though the target has done nothing to harm the child. The FBI will then edit out the portion of the tape which shows how the child approached the targeted person, and only show the portion where the child is moving away from the target. This is typical of the type of deception that FBI agents are capable of of perpetrating.

What is even more despicable is that these agents will find some means in which to coerce the Family members of a target to use their children in such entrapment schemes. The children will be told to misbehave so that when the targeted person tells them to stop behaving badly, the TI will be portrayed in a negative way.

The children of complete strangers can also be used in such ways, which has been documented by many other targets of organized stalking and non consensual human experimentation.

Many targets of organized stalking have documented that those who take part in this terrible crime use their own children as part of the street theater they orchestrate in waging psychological warfare on these victims. One TI reported that when walking on the street he witnessed an adult shoving a young child. He crossed the street to confront the man only to find a short time later that the man and the child were smiling at one another and looking at the TI as though they had fooled him. Typical of the myriad types of street theater that individuals targeted for organized stalking take part in.

The lies being told by the FBI in regard to many of these TI's are absolutely vicious and done out of complete spite because the Bureau has failed to entrap these people in any type of criminal activity. So they are now being subjected to the FBI's psychological warfare operations in efforts to drive them to a state of mental instability and violence.

Not only are these federal agents liars and criminals, they are also outright frauds in the ways in which they attempt to portray themselves as legitimate law enforcement, while violating virtually every aspect of the Constitutional rule of law.

Is The FBI Spying On Former Associates Of This Author?
First there was the unexpected retirement of a former physician of this author; a doctor who had fought for years and spent tens of thousands of dollars to successfully defend his medical practice against unjust claims of wrongdoing, who then quite suddenly closed his medical practice shortly after this author reported that this doctor had been used by the FBI as part of a COINTELPRO entrapment scheme which I have alleged the FBI has conducted against my person for decades.

Then there was a former cardiologist of this author's who now stands accused of placing a hidden camera in the changing room of a bathroom within his medical practice, which the police say was used to spy on patients undressing. This doctor maintains his innocence. Is he guilty of the allegations or was he setup in some type of entrapment scheme orchestrated by Intel?

Now, a former college professor of this author's who at present works as the "top aide to Westchester County board Chairman William Ryan" is being accused of misappropriating funds.

It must be noted here that the coincidence of former acquaintances of this author finding themselves under recent investigations is uncanny.

Especially when considering my allegations regarding collusion between the FBI and NSA that involve *illegally spying upon my person for decades, the result of an FBI agent who decided to use his position within the Bureau to violate my civil rights by committing myriad crimes under the color of law.

In a day and age where any person living within the United States can be unwittingly subjected to the remote neural monitoring of their brainwaves via a remote form of computer to brain interface (The NSA's Signals Intelligence EMF Scanning Network), one can only imagine how many American citizens are being denied their Constitutionally protected rights, by being subjected to illegal interrogations via such spy satellite predation?

Conservatively speaking, there must be millions of Americans subjugated to such egregious satellite tracking & spying, while never knowing that virtually every move they make and every thought they have is being electronically vacuumed up by the NSA for the purpose of extrapolation, while the inherent rights of these citizens is completely destroyed. This author must also now wonder if Mr. Gary Kriss has been under illegal NSA satellite surveillance for decades as the result of once being a college professor of this authors?

If the NSA has been spying upon me since around 1980 this is certainly possible, since I was still a college student at the time and taking courses being taught by this professor. I should also add that in this author's opinion, Kriss was an excellent professor who did not cater to his students, but instead taught them to rely on their own ability to research their interests and to report on this research in a professional manner.

He was not the type of professor whose course one would take to obtain an "easy A," but instead, one who would demand the best from his students, and nothing less. When I had spoken with a friend who had taken one of Kriss' advertising classes a semester earlier and asked how the course was, he said that Gary was an extremely tough professor and that most of the students had had a difficult time in earning more than a C+ in the course. In understanding this, this author made certain to follow Kriss' lectures very carefully in the three courses which I took with him, which resulted in earning two A's and a B+. I cite this simply to prove that Kriss was a very tough professor, however, fair to those students who understood his demanding expectations and who dedicated the requisite time needed in studying his course material.

The main issue that this author continues to focus upon regarding the Intel community in the United States involves the egregious violations of privacy that are supposed to be protected under the 4TH Amendment to the United States Bill Of Rights, which U.S. Intel agencies (including but not limited to like the NSA, CIA, FBI & DHS) are in the commission of violating in the most abject of ways. Americans cannot allow these federal agencies to continue to commit such outrageous violations of our privacy, without making these agents accountable for their actions. Such violations are an open provocation to Americans to defend their rights as citizens of this country, and to dissolve those agencies that do not operate within the parameters of the United States Constitution.

The intent of such agencies remains clear: to destroy our inherent rights as Americans by disregarding the very legislation which was created by our founding fathers in order to protect us from an overbearing government. Therefore, our agenda must be to enforce these inherent and inalienable rights and to hold accountable any agent operating within federal, state, or local government who willfully violates these rights under the color and cover of law.

Such agents are criminals who must be prosecuted. For such prosecutions will send a clear message to those agents who believe that they are above the U.S. Constitutional rule of law, that they will be held accountable for the crimes which they commit under the color of law, regardless of their excuses for having done so. Until such time as these rules of law are enforced, those of us who are exposing these *crimes will continue to be subjected to such egregious spying, slanderous smear campaigns, and torture via satellite deployed directed energy weapons, while our legislators take the easy way out by simply ignoring the crimes that these agencies continue to commit against us.

The FBI/NSA Campaign To Murder This Author Continues
Over the past several years, the NSA and FBI have aggressively attacked this author through their use of satellite deployed directed energy weapons and myriad psychological warfare operations which continue in the present day.

Their intent is to cover up the fact that for decades, these agencies have illegally used this author for non consensual human experimentation via the NSA's EMF Scanning Network; a covert spy satellite network which tracks citizens by way of the unique frequencies which the electromagnetic fields around their bodies emanate. Microsoft denies that Windows 7 has a back door

MICROSOFT SPOKESVOLE has denied fears that the US National Security Agency (NSA) placed surveillance technology into Windows 7.

"Microsoft has not and will not put 'backdoors' into Windows," a company spokeswoman said in a statement to Computerworld.

A NSA official told a Senate subcommittee on Terrorism and Homeland Security on Monday that it had worked with the Vole during its creation of Windows 7 "to enhance Microsoft's operating system security."

The worry is that if the NSA was involved with the development of Windows 7 it might have put "backdoors" into Microsoft's code that would help it track users and intercept users' communications.

Since no one outside Microsoft except a few secretive government agencies and very large corporate customers can review its Windows 7 source code, most people simply have to take the Vole's word that there are no intentionally built-in security holes in it.

The executive director of the Electronics Privacy Information Center (EPIC), Marc Rotenberg said that he was concerned that Microsoft might not have been able to turn the agency's assistance down, as the US federal government is an important customer.

He questioned whether the NSA should participate in OS development at all. "The key problem is that NSA has a dual mission, COMPUSEC, computer security, now called cyber security, and SIGINT, signals intelligence, in other words surveillance," Rotenberg said in an email.

But Microsoft claims that there is no cause for concern. The spokeswoman went on to say that the NSA's contribution was purely in conjunction with the Security Compliance Management Toolkit, which was rolled out last month.

Centuries ago, one of the earliest members of the Illuminati, Nathan Mayer Rothschild, devised a brilliant and equally insidious plan in which to create an organization that would manufacture its own worthless currency, and a devious propaganda campaign in which to convince the public that this worthless currency was actually based on something of intrinsic value (when it was not).

What Baron Rothschild created would eventually become a cartel of central banks which would establish themselves in countries whose economies were robust, in order to create wars between these countries, in which to indebt their governments and citizens to these Rothschild controlled central banks. To hear your average financial analyst speak of America's emergence from the terrible recession of 2008-2009, one would think that the U.S. economy is beginning to improve and that in the near future the job market will begin to rebound from its recent quarter of a Century lows.

However, the only reason that the quarterly earnings of many companies have improved significantly is that they have fired thousands of their employees, outsourced for cheaper labor, and are automating any positions that they can.

The end result is an economy which has permanently contracted and will no longer be able to support the number of workers that it did only 24 months ago. This means record unemployment in the future, as more businesses close due to a dramatically reduced number of consumers. This while the ultra class picks up bargains like Detroit's Silverdome Stadium, which may sell for under $600,000, when the replacement value of this facility should be in the area of roughly $220 million!

As in the case of the last Great Depression of the 1930's, the ultra class is prospering at the expense of an American middle class that is being driven into bankruptcy and a "new" feudal system - courtesy of the House Of Rothschild's Federal Reserve central banking cartel. There is also no doubt that these agents will attempt to fabricate information as well as witnesses if they believe that they are in serious jeopardy of being prosecuted for their crimes against this author and his Family, and will attempt to corrupt anyone whom they can use for such illicit purposes, through their use of the very coercive tactics (blackmail) which they use to victimize our society.

Furthermore, the FBI's aggressive organized stalking campaign against this author is now well into its sixth year, and as is always the case around the turn of the "new year," the psychological warfare campaign which Intel wages against this author becomes even more aggressive and outrageous than it is during the rest of the year. Another Electronic Attack By Intel Against This Author
Another sexual assault by way of NSA satellite deployed weaponry. Early this morning this author was sexually assaulted via electronic means, via NSA satellite and electromagnetic weapons. This author has experienced a myriad of such DEW (directed energy weapons) attacks against my person for the past two decades, which include everything from the sexual assaults to interference with my ability to breathe; as well as heart arrhythmia's being created via such remote means. The NSA can access any part of the body, including every portion of the human brain. The sexual aspect of these attacks (which is tantamount to a remote form of electronic rape) has been documented by a myriad of men, women and children being targeted for government sanctioned non consensual human experimentation.

Many adults targeted for non consensual human experimentation experience an artificial form of sexual arousal as a result of having the portion of their brains which controls libido remotely influenced. Given that an agency like the NSA has the ability to use its satellite array in which to electronically attack the mind of any person being targeted by such Orwellian technology, these organizations are capable of committing a myriad of crimes via the infrared portion of the electromagnetic spectrum with complete impunity. So is it any wonder why they would demonize those of us whom they have committed such outrageous crimes against?

The end result is that the government denies that such atrocities are taking place, and instead attempts to paint those being targeted for such outrageous crimes as being mentally ill. Oftentimes these targets will also be portrayed by Intel as being criminals, when in fact they have no criminal records to speak of. What is clear here is that it is these government agencies who are operating criminally, and seeking to demonize those whom they commit such terrible crimes against.

Especially when federal agents use the classified technology available to their own agencies in which to commit these crimes under the color of law. Crimes which Intel agencies like the FBI, CIA and NSA are notorious for perpetrating clandestinely against the American people.

There is no rule of law in what these agencies are doing. Unless one refers to the law of the jungle.

Moreover, the agents involved in these hideous crimes must be brought to justice no matter what the cost involved in doing so, for any government agent who believes that it is within their authority to electronically enter and interfere with the thoughts of any citizen is not just criminal in such activities, but inherently EVIL.

This is not about formalized religion or the implicit fear of some God; this is about the Constitutional rule of law having been completely disregarded by those who have been appointed to enforce this rule of law, while using religion as yet another angle in which to brainwash the public. This while demonizing those whom these agents have committed the most serious violations of human rights against.
