Since Kris Jr. likes construction equipment so much we bought him a roller to play with. He want to drive by himself but Mom won't allow it. We plan on crushing cars and all sorts of things. Just kidding, this was on of the machines on the jobsite I thought would make a great picture

Here is junior at 8 months. He has 3 teeth and has just discovered his voice. Mom Can make him belly laugh and its the greatest sound you want to hear.

Robyn Gave birth to a Handsome baby Boy on August 13 at 9:15 am. He was 7 lbs 6.6 oz and 19 " long.

Leonard Charles Martin Passed away Sunday July 20,at 2:20 P.M.
There are many ways to describe Len Martin, but the first one that comes to mind is kind.
Len wore many hats, literally, but also as a father, father in law, husband, grandpa, neighbor, brother, son and friend.
The most meaningful and important thing in his life was family. Everything he did and lived by was for the benefit of his family.
Pat, his daughter and Lenny his son were his pride and joy. He would drive them crazy with his stubborn ways and make them laugh at the same time.
Anyone who had the opportunity to be close to him would know his love for eating. His trips to Atlantic City were shared with us from the 3 ½ hour bus ride to the two hours at the buffet. We would know every morsel of food he tried.
His life changed when his wife Eleanor passed away. He was sad on the inside but lived his life to the fullest, as he wanted to.
He traveled to Alaska, Hawaii, Las Vegas, Canada, Atlantic City and he went on a few fishing trips in Cape May with his grandson, Tommy.
Len always wanted to have an RV and go camping. He managed to squeeze that in as well. He purchased one, which sits in his driveway, today.
His days and nights were a little different than most. When we were in bed, he would be getting up. When we were in a middle of a dream at 3 AM, he was watering his garden.
From his hi hi to his ta ta, he will always be remembered.
The memories he left with us will make us cry because he is not here but more importantly we will smile as we remember those wonderful moments with our sweet, loving dad.
In closing I want to say, I was proud to be his daughter in Law, he was a truly good person, family man, dear father, and a friend to all.

Kris proposed to my little girl on December 16th. We were in New York and Terry was going nuts after the call.Terry was as excited as Robyn. It looks like the big day will be August 11th. The Planning has Started and its going to be a challenge.

Riviera Maya

We Just Spent five day in Mexico, what a great trip. We stayed at Aventura Spa palace. This is an all-inclusive resort, and the only way to go. You can eat and drink yourself to death if you want. The food was great and the service was fast and friendly. Our room had a huge jacuzzi but we never got the chance to fill it. There are so many things to do and visit , I think you need a month there. Believe it or not we did buy a premier membership ( time share ).
They still do the standard hook and sell (hard to get out of the room ) deal. They finally made a great offer with some freebies.
The two pictures posted are of the resort and the fish I caught but let Kris pose with it. I didn't want the kid to go home emty handed.

Redskins vs Jets

The Game was great Redskins lost 24 to 14. The lasst 7 points were a gift. Traffic was bad getting there but easy getting out.The seats we had , thanks to a friend were great. 2 deck first row, club seats, the only way to go. At half time I met the redskins cheerleaders.

Shopping for a surround sound system

I had this whole blog done and went to publish it and had an error. So I will start again. Do the research and you will be rewarded with great sound. I first started at the brick and motor stores. They promote Bose as the premium speakers. Gathering information and talking to pro's the statement that got me wondering was - Bose- no highs no lows.
I chose klipsch cinema 10 series. Why you ask ? I wanted great sound that didn't take up a lot of space ; 5- RSX-R satellite 1 -RCX 4 center. The Yamaha receiver I chose has plenty of power to make the house ROCK. The experience of Movies and HD tv with great sound is amazing. Currently the Infinity sub I have is fine but my next purchase will be a Klipsch sub. As expected I spent a little more then the budget.

I hope DirecTV gets their act together and broadcasts more HD channels. They claim to be number 1 in customer satisfaction ( NOT ). If your thinking of subscribing to DTV, there better then digital cable but they still suck. You will lose reception during thunder storms. They screw their existing customers by offering new customers no charge for programming and equipment. Then they screw them after 3 months. I upgraded to HD and paid 200.00 for the receiver. The next bill I got, unknown to me ,I committed to 2 years of DTV. When I called them they could not explain the reason for the 2 year contract. If I got the HD receiver for 00.00 I would understand it.

In My opinion Directv is a huckster,pirate slime ball company.
