These 5 fragments, directed by Peter Brook at the splendid “ <strong>Theatre des Bouffes du Nord</strong>” is a very nice example. The actors are fantastic and the pure production and without decor, the theatre is self-sufficient, emphasizes the text’s vividness (in English subtitled) and the actors performance. The actress passes in some seconds from being a young woman to an old grandmother by a simple smile and a head movement. It is amazing. The Modern Art Museum of Pompidou is exhibiting a large number of paintings until August 10th. This helps us to follow the artistic itinerary of this great painter.<br />After a beginning with the figurative painters along which, we could make a comparison with Cezane or Monet. After this he completely enters into the abstraction.<br />There is a feeling coming from one’s interior, like when we hear a concert.<br />It is great to have the privilege of discovering Kandinsky’s fabulous paintings for the one’s who love the abstraction painters.<br /><br />Hervé<br /><a href="http://www.paris-hotel-regetel.com/index.php?lang=en">Regetel</a></div><div align="justify"></div><div align="justify"><span style="font-size:85%;color:#cc33cc;">Picture © Solomon R. We have also seen imposing figureheads and the exhibition “Les Marins Font la mode - Sailor chic in Paris”.<br />I really loved the exhibition it was very interesting with videos and real haute couture outfits (<a href="http://regetel-evenements-paris.blogspot.com/2009/04/les-marins-font-la-mode.html">visit Paris Events Blog</a>). The museum was interesting thanks to the guide, if you wish to have a good visit I suggest you to take the audio guides (no supplementary fees) and use one of the 3 multimedia terminals. But I would not go back there without my sons for which the visit may be very interesting more over than that they propose activities (paying) for them. I choose from the day's menu the “Ragout de tempeh et tajine” (varied vegetables and rice) for 13 euros, a hearty meal + fresh lemon juice at 3.50 euros. I discover the Gomasio, bio salted sesame seeds (here everything is fresh and bio), revealed fabulous ingredient! This pretty restaurant offers you a pared-down card (5/6 entries, dishes, desserts ) accompanied with a so long wine list that we finally opted for advice of the waitress. It was delicious. I ate a mellow of lamb and its polenta in olives and for dessert one pana cotta of coco milk. The staff is very nice. This place seems to be quickly not as good as we thought. Hardly of this report the waiter made us some confidences. The Angelina’s breakfast is available till 1h00 pm but it is already noon and we are imposed rationing in small croissants and similar products. They are also very sparing with their plates because there are not enough, but they are expecting the delivery. Trays loads of dishes cross above my head and the waiters push my chair, but again he admits us to miss space and invites us to have a look around the room. I would add that besides the room, our table also was too small for all it contains a full breakfast. Conclusion, only our stomach was delighted with the quality of products. The fresh orange juice taste fruit wall up! Next time, I would allow my self to be tempted by their speciality " Mont Blanc " meringue and hazelnut cream but I’ll take it at the counter of sale to go to enjoy it to the Tuileries Garden.</div><br /><div>Geraldine</div><div><a href="http://www.paris-hotel-regetel.com/english/Paris-Hotel-des-Nations-St-Germain.html">Hotel des Nations St Germain</a></div><div class="blogger-post-footer"><img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/30083909-8674156112193977161?l=regetel-sophie-blog-paris.blogspot.com'/></div>Sophienoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30083909.post-71606427597204919012009-03-13T18:18:00.003+01:002009-03-13T18:30:41.033+01:00<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_AL5CHV9PxRE/SbqYKY6AfwI/AAAAAAAACeY/jaPP5a3VbbA/s1600-h/le-kokolion.jpg"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5312726014688788226" style="FLOAT: left; MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; WIDTH: 200px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 155px" alt="" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_AL5CHV9PxRE/SbqYKY6AfwI/AAAAAAAACeY/jaPP5a3VbbA/s200/le-kokolion.jpg" border="0" /></a><br /><br /><div align="justify"><span style="color:#ff0000;">LE KOKOLION</span><br />62, rue d’Orsel<br />75018 PARIS<br />TEL : 01 42 58 24 41</div><div align="justify"><br /></div><div align="justify"></div><div align="justify"><br /></div><div align="justify">Métro : Anvers (ligne 2) et Abesses (ligne 12)</div><div align="justify"><br /></div><div align="justify"></div><div align="justify"><br /></div><div align="justify">Here is a restaurant where they cook good food.
