Four Down, One To Go: George Thomas Found Guilty Of Murder, Etc. In Christian-Newsom Atrocity, Sentenced To Life In Prison In Knoxville

It seemed like national interest in the trials of the perpetrators of the Christian-Newsom atrocity subsided after the conviction of the two "heavies", Letalvis Cobbins and Lemaricus Davidson. But interest by the Christian and Newsom families remained unabated as they watched the fourth defendant to be tried, George Thomas, found guilty on all 38 related charges in the case, and sentenced to life in prison without parole.

The jury, consisting of one black woman, five white men and six white women (the five alternate jurors were two white men and three white women), had an opportunity to choose death, but they decided in less than two hours that mitigating factors outweighed aggravating factors in the case, preventing them from returning a death sentence on December 10th, 2009. Just two days earlier, this same jury found Thomas guilty on 38 charges relating to first-degree murder, felony murder, robbery, kidnapping and rape by the jury of five men and seven women after a six-day trial. The case against Thomas seemed weaker than those of the other defendants at the outset. Prosecutors had no DNA, no fingerprints and no eyewitnesses. Thomas had conceded he was inside Davidson’s Chipman Street house where the couple was held captive but insisted he did nothing more than smoke marijuana and bide time until he could leave. Dillard and Johnson contended Thomas’ presence and failure to act was not enough to meet the legal requirements of the criminal responsibility law, which allows a defendant to be rendered equally guilty of crimes committed by another if he or she benefited from the crimes and either aided or attempted to aid the perpetrators.

But prosecutors Takisha Fitzgerald and Leland Price argued Thomas was criminally responsible by his presence and failure to act after he saw the victims brought to Davidson's house.

In reaction, Gary Christian, who clearly wanted a piece of both Cobbins and davidson in the previous trials, was a bit more restrained this time around. "He's going to get what's coming to him in his new life. But in my life, there is nothing but the death penalty," said Channon's father, Gary.

"We can't help but be greedy. We wanted it all...We didn't get a chance to plead for mercy for our children's lives", said Channon's mother, Deena.

"If they had heard what we'd heard, they would've given him the death penalty," said Chris' mother, Mary, while Chris' father Hugh said "There's statements the other defendants made that implicated him far more than what was heard in the trial".

When asked if they were concerned about the defense's acquittal motion, Deena said, "He's (Judge Baumgartner) just taking his time and making sure he does his job well." But Gary conceded that "He won't let that fool (Thomas) back out on the street,"

The one remaining defendant, Vanessa Coleman, will have her trial on May 10th, 2010.

Dissident National Alliance Members Organizing An Effort To Remove Chairman Erich Gliebe

An effort is being launched by reform-minded members of the National Alliance to remove Chairman Erich Gliebe from office. This effort is being discussed on this Stormfront thread and on the EarlTurnerAlliance blog. It is not being discussed on the NA's Resistance Forum, which is rigidly controlled by Gliebe.

It appears they want to replace the executive leadership model with the more collective leadership model employed by European Americans United. It's interesting that this effort has become public just two weeks after the release of former National Alliance Chairman Shaun Walker from prison, but I doubt that he's involved in this effort, because he still has three years probation left. The following statement was posted on Stormfront:

I want to discuss the cancer that is eating away at our Alliance, Erich Gliebe. It is time for us as National Alliance members to make some hard decisions and the changes must start from the top. Erich has had some deep personal problems that we all know about and has become ineffective as our chairman. Erich may have had his heart in the Alliance at one time but I think those days are over. We need new leadership without all the baggage and when I talk about leadership. I talk about trustful leadership of high moral character that is uncompromised by money, lust, greed and continually poor decisions. We need new leadership, not a chairman but a board of directors. For whom are not in the public eye and able to make the tough calls without having their picture made public or derogatory comments made about them. This board should be made up of good members in good standing. All having the best interest of the Alliance as priority. Members willing to put their own needs, personal feelings and ambitions aside. Decisions made on behalf of Alliance business should be made as a vote among the board members and not left to one man to make all the calls on behalf of this great organization.

In this new age [that] the world has pushed us into, it is time for new change and new tactics and new leadership within the National Alliance.

I have been contacted by many other members about this issue. They have brought this to the attention of others in return and we have decided that this is our best course of action at this point. I am not attempting or suggesting to overthrough [overthrow] leadership as was done in the past. I am seriously concerned about the future of Alliance as a whole. This is my plea for what I see as the only course of action that will save it.

Now we know this will upset Erich and we are sorry for that! We hope there will not be retaliation on his behalf as he has done in the past. I ask him not to. We would like Erich to understand our concern.

Proposal one: Erich Gliebe steps down as Chairman and CEO without retaliation, and be relieved all records, files and property that belongs to the National Alliance. All of the above will be immediately given to the business manager only. And Erich Gleibe understands he will not release any information on members to anyone other then the business manager.

Proposal two: A financial audit and asset and property inventory be performed by the business manager to assess the remaining assets of the National Alliance. This audit is to be made available to the remaining members upon request.

Proposal three: A new board of directors comprised of five volunteering members. They are to be elected and charged with returning the National Alliance to its former state and ensure its future success. A board of directors that agrees by majority upon all decisions regarding the National Alliance. Board members must understand that they will be removed if found to be of poor moral character or acting outside the interest of the National Alliance and its mission.

Proposal four: After the audit is complete, all items that Erich Gliebe has been found to have liquidated or sold for his own personal use or debt, Erich Gliebe shall be held accountable for the return of such assets or its monetary value.

We as members, will give this proposal one year. Decisions must be made by the body of the Alliance as a whole. At the next Leadership conference in the fall of 2010 it will be brought to the table and voted on by the members in attendance.

The election methodology is spelled out more specifically on the EarlTurnerAlliance blog. The individual makes it clear that if a majority of National Alliance members vote to retain Erich Gliebe as Chairman, the decision will be respected.

What we are asking now is for members to contact other members and inform them of what is about to take place and that is the vote, in regards to if Erich Gliebe stays as chairman or if he is to be dismissed.

Once the word is out in full force and all members are aware of the upcoming vote, we will set a date and time for the vote to take place. We will use the National Alliance Office and man the phones for a call in vote. The vote will consist of your membership number and if you vote for Erich Gliebe or against him. No names will be used, just the member numbers. The business manager will verify from the members list if the member is in good standing before the vote is counted.

Once the votes are counted the results will be posted for all to read. If Erich Gliebe is found to retain his position then so be it. If Erich Gliebe if found to have been dismissed then he will be removed from the Alliance.

If Erich Gliebe is removed, members will be asked to submit names for the positions of the five board members, we will the use the same method to elect the board members.

Reaction on Stormfront is universally sympathetic, and I can understand why. While I have never had any dealings with Erich Gliebe, it's obvious that under his leadership, the National Alliance is stuck on a treadmill in caretaker mode. The most active member is Robert Ransdell, the Cincinnati Unit Coordinator. He and his troops have been distributing flyers, maintaining an Adopt-A-Highway stretch outside of Florence, KY, and confronting Holocaust cheerleaders when they come to Cincinnati. In addition, Ransdell writes most of the news stories for Natallnews. In short, he's been a one-man dynamo carrying a disproportionate share of the load, and he would be a worthy successor to Erich Gliebe.

In 2007, Francis Playfair documented his take on the decline and fall of the National Alliance HERE. Additional problems brough to light by the Kevin Strom tapes are documented on Hadley's blog. And of course, there are problems with Erich Gliebe documented on various anti-racist sites like the SPLC and Searchlight, but they intermingle truth and fiction so thoroughly that their output is fundamentally untrustworthy. Here's a report from the Fall 2009 SPLC Intelligence Report to get an idea about what the other side is saying about Gliebe.

What these reformers need to do to ensure success is to convince Robert Ransdell to go along with them. If they can bring him on board, Gliebe's history. The National Alliance has had enough of caretaker leadership; it now needs innovative leadership to effectively exploit the unique outreach opportunities afforded by the election of Barack Obama.

Australian Patriot Brendon O'Connell Accuses Former VNN Poster Mike Mazzone Of Being An ADL Operative Or A Police Agent

Self-professed WN and self-proclaimed cocksmith Mike Mazzone accompanied by his chippy du jour

An anti-Zionist activist in Australia who's being officially persecuted by the Australian government is accusing a former Vanguard News Network Forum member, Mike Mazzone, of being a possible ADL operative and/or a police agent. Although the evidence presented is circumstantial, it is voluminous, and the accuser has some credibility.

Brendon O'Connell, an Australian patriot who was arrested in May 2009 and charged with racial incitement for speaking out against Zionism, and who could face 14 years in prison, makes the accusation in this post on his personal blog. First, he claims that the Argue With Everyone (AWE) forum under the direction of its webmaster, Kevin Kneupper, is an ADL honeypot. Then he launches into his accusations against Mazzone.

He first identifies the AWE poster "SaintHitler" as being closely involved with Kneupper, acting the role of a "kosher Nazi" on Kneupper's ADL honeypot forum. Then he identifies "SaintHitler" as Mike Mazzone. That's right, "the" Mike Mazzone from Palatine, Illinois, who turned out to be one of the creepiest posters in the history of VNN Forum, always bragging about being a world-class "dancemaster" and "cocksmith", and winding up his tenure at VNN by endlessly spamming the forum with YouTube links until Alex Linder finally cut him off.

Later he posts the following statement about Mazzone:

"SaintHitler" is an American Jew named Mike Mazzone. He lives in the suburb of Palatine just outside of Chicago. "SaintHitler" is a "proud supporter" of the Jewish Internet Defense Force. He boasts of a desire to "rape and torture" women and has regularly posted images of hardcore pornography on Argue With Everyone. "SaintHitler" holds James Linton and Steve Johnson in high regard. He says he is a "Steve Johnson fan". Jim Kerr's expose of Johnson is a "must read".

Below is a screenshot of one of "SaintHitler's" posts, where he identifies himself as a proud supporter of the Jewish Internet Defense Force (JIDF):

O'Connell also posts the following statement:

Please note the "successfully targeted for entrapment by Federal Agents provocateur". When you realize that Mike Mazzone is playing the role of over -the-top "kosher Nazi" at a political forum run by a lawyer (Kevin Kneupper) who works for the McKool-Smith Law firm which boasts of a "proud relationship" with the Jewish run Anti-Defamation League, you can begin to draw some legitimate speculative conclusions. We can then link Mazzone to James Linton, who boasted that he could have me found by his next door neighbor who works in the Australian equivalent of the FBI - the Australian Federal Police. Are we beginning to connect some dots?

And O'Connell posts yet another damning statement:

Mike Mazzone appears to like making himself known all over the world wide web. He posts his name and location quite openly. He is a member of a political forum called "Argue With Everyone" - a forum run by a lawyer who works for a law firm that boasts of a "proud relationship" with the ADL AND links directly to U.S Government institutions and Mike Mazzone posts as a crazed "neo-Nazi" under the alias of "SaintHitler". Mazzone has directly threatened to rape, torture, "gut", and hang by a "meat hook", an American female friend of mine.

For good measure, Mazzone posted a picture of a murder with a human body hung on a meat hook - (screenshots not yet available). His depravity on that forum is beyond belief, and the owner of the AWE forum, Kevin Kneupper, has done nothing despite receiving dozens of complaints. But why would Kevin Kneupper want to ban Mazzone from his forum? Mazzone works for him and the ADL. Mazzone is also a member of White Nationalist Forums such as Vanguard News Network, where he is to be found plugging Ron Paul of all people.

Of course, although Mazzone did whore himself extensively for Ron Paul, who led us on but then let us down, Mazzone has long since been banned from VNN Forum. Nevertheless, the allegations presented by Brendon O'Connell are sufficiently specific and damning that they warrant precautions on our part. Consequently, I would urge White activists to avoid getting involved with any activism involving Mazzone.

Whitelaw Towers tells us that not only are the Australian political police continuing to push the original charges against O'Connell, but in November 2009, he was raided once again by the Western Australian police's ‘State Security Investigation Group’. He has been charged a second time under Western Australia’s odious racial vilification laws, and now faces two lots of 14 years imprisonment. Day 3 Of The Bill White Federal Trial In Roanoke: VNN's Alex Linder Gives Technical Testimony, Leonard Pitts "Cries Himself A River"

On Day 3 of the Federal trial of national socialist activist Bill White in Roanoke, Virginia, attention was focused on the second of White's alleged victims: Syndicated columnist Leonard Pitts. Pitts merited special attention from White after he (Pitts) wrote that flippant, contemptuous, and disrespectful 2007 "Cry Me A River" column after the barbaric details of the Christian-Newsom atrocities came to light as a result of the VNN-led Rally Against Black Crime in Knoxville on May 26th, 2007. But first, Dave Wilson, the senior editor for administration from the Miami Herald, testified. Wilson is the boss of columnist Leonard Pitts, who was allegedly threatened by Bill White. Pitts, whose column is syndicated and published nationwide, including in the Roanoke Times, allegedly started receiving e-mail threats from White in June of 2007. In response, Wilson testified that the Miami Herald set up armed security at Pitts’ Maryland home, where he works, during that month. He also testified that he personally received two e-mails from someone going under the name R. James which he felt were direct threats to Leonard Pitts. The prosecution is trying to prove that R. James is in fact Bill White. R. James is actually believed to be a troll or a police agent who once posted regularly on the Vanguard News Network Forum, urging people to commit illegal acts.

In cross-examination, White’s attorneys suggested that Pitts’ column about black-on-white crime was intended to stir things up, suggesting that Pitts is "no shrinking violet" in the rough-and-tumble world of political discourse, a premise to which Wilson agreed.

But because Bill White also posted prolifically on VNN Forum under several separate usernames (in succession, not simultaneously), VNN editor Alex Linder was called to testify, and did so by teleconference so that the Feds would not have to pay to fly him to Roanoke. Beginning on page 4 of this VNN Forum thread, Linder stated that it was no more than 15 minutes of pro-forma questions verifying that he owns the forum and keeps the records of Bill's user names and that kind of thing. White's lawyer Damico cross-examined, asking whether admins/mods could go in and change posts, which of course they technically can. Nothing really in dispute as far as he could see. Linder also stated that the subpoena demanded he produce IPs for Bill's usernames, which he did. He gave them IPs for two Bill White usernames, "ANSWP Commander" and "billwhite." And he gave them the IP info for "R. James." He also had to provide the registration information for these usernames.

Then Pitts took the stand, testifying today that his blood ran cold when he realized he was being targeted by a neo-Nazi leader. "I feel like I have been violated," cried Pitts. Pitts said he viewed the e-mail as a threat –- and became even more concerned after he realized that White had posted his home address and telephone number on a website frequented by fellow white supremacists. "He is essentially inviting them and daring them to commit violence," Pitts testified.

On cross examination, White’s attorney suggested that Pitts was trying to be provocative and draw people to his work. In response, Pitts said,"My job is not to worry about getting people to read my column...My job is to write the best column that I can ... and after that it’s out of my hands." After Pitts testified, his 19-year-old daughter took the stand — backing his testimony about how fearful her family became after White wrote her father an e-mail addressed to "N----- Pitts".

Cry me a river, Pitts. In your column, you presumed that all whites are equally privileged because of the lifestyles of the white elite, who actually move to suburbs and gated communities to get away from your people, yet impose forced diversity and multiculturalism upon the rest of us. You ignore the fact that thousands of white Americans lose social standing and even employability every year because they oppose affirmative action and white-bashing. You have failed to effectively and consistently call your racial community to account for their disproportionate misbehavior.

Yeah, Pitts, cry ME a river, punk! When Bill White jacked you up, I enjoyed it!

Meanwhile, Bill White continued his practice of listening intently to testimony and taking notes, periodically conferring with his defense team. His wife, Meghan White, attended the trial during Day 1, but because she's expected to testify at some point, she was instructed to leave the courtroom, and has not returned.

American Political Prisoner Bill White's 17-Page Handwritten Statement On His Arrest, Incarceration, Trial, And Operation Hopeful Eagle

Vanguard News Network editor Alex Linder has posted the contents of a 17-page handwritten letter from political prisoner Bill White, beginning on page 3 of this thread. The letter was not sent to him directly, but a copy was forwarded to him. Linder's motive is not personal affinity, since he and White had differences in the past, but he wants to use VNN Forum to make sure that justice is served through the airing of all evidence from all parties. Alex Linder confirms that the letter is the same in form as the shorter letter he received from White earlier - same handwriting and paper.

STATEMENT ON MY ARRESTS AND "OPERATION HOPEFUL EAGLE"

I was arrested October 17, 2008 and charged with soliciting a violent felony against a federal juror. I was innocent, and the case against me was dismissed July 21, 2009. I was ordered released from the Bureau of Prison's Metropolitan Correctional Center in Chicago July 24, 2009, and was immediately rearrested on charges of extortion, witness intimidation and transmitting threats. I am innocent of those charges, and was ordered released on bond pending their dismissal September 10, 2009 and September 18, 2009. I was released, but was forced to surrender myself September 23, 2009, after the Fourth Circuit ruled that the "appearance of innocence" was not sufficient reason to grant bond under the 1984 Bail Reform Act. Today, I sit in jail, waiting for the final dismissal of my case, either December 2, 2009, December 9, 2009, or shortly thereafter.

The past thirteen months I have [been] imprisoned, brutalized, ordered to confess, ordered to cooperate, slandered in the mass media, and called a "serial killer" and "spree killer", despite the fact I have killed no one, all over a series of "crimes" the government of the United States has known, from the beginning, I did not commit. Over this time, witnesses in my defense have been bribed and threatened by thugs in the FBI, evidence that exonerated me has been "lost" (and then "refound"), judges have been fixed (and removed from my case for being fixed), evidence has been falsified (and exposed), and every dirty and illegal trick suitable to the Mafia or a Third World dictatorship has been used to railroad me, the first arrest in a campaign of political arrests the black communist regime in Washington has dubbed "Operation Hopeful Eagle".

I learned of this operation from radio reports carried on NPR just after the Holocaust Museum shooting in June 2009. I know of seven arrests that have been made under it; I expect that there are more. I have had very little access to news and information this past year, but I have some discovery from my dismissed Chicago case, including witness statements, some news reports, and enough that the general outline of what has been done to me and is being done to white activists in this country has become clear.

In the name of fighting the boogeyman of "lone wolf terrorism", a largely non-existant and fringe doctrine best associated with Tom Metzger, who, while I like personally, has not commanded the influence he once had in white circles for many years, the federal government has launched a massive effort to "decapitate" white organizations, arresting white leaders who refuse to cooperate with them, and replacing them with FBI confidential informants. This is what was explicitly stated in the NPR broadcast I heard, and matches what I have seen [indeciph.] since 2008.

But, perhaps I've gotten ahead of myself. Before my arrest, at the instruction of an as-yet unnamed Obama campaign staffer who called Patrick Fitzgerald, US Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois, and told him to stop publication of a magazine, critical of and mocking Obama just before the election, there was an investigation, conducted by the Bush government, and initiated shortly after I told the Republican Party I would not moderate my message, would not mainstream myself with conservatism, and would not accept a bribe to stop criticizing the Jews.

This investigation, and the effort to convert me and my organization into "domestic terrorists", is where I must begin.

THE INVESTIGATION

In 2006, after I and other members of the National Socialist Movement disrupted a Minutemen rally in Washington, D.C., calling the group insufficiently racist, I was contacted by a friend in Washington and given an offer I wasn't supposed to refuse. If I would stop criticizing Jews and focus my efforts on illegal immigration, I would be hired by a conservative think tank, "mainstreamed" for a few years until my National Socialist past was forgotten, and brought into the Republican political fold.

I refused.

The Republican Party controls - or at least has a strategic relationship with - much of the "white supremacist" and "far right" movements of this country. Anyone who has moved in white nationalist leadership circles knows this is true - and knows that the major players deny it. Many criticize me for stating openly what is often considered a "dark secret", and I won't belabor the point here. All I will say is that at some point, the Bush administration [indeciph.] tired of my antics [?] and my criticism of its allies in the white movement. The FBI, which had prided itself on "control" of "white supremacist" groups, decided it had lost control. The ADL began revising a story about "lone wolf terrorism", and sold the idea to law enforcement and the military that "domestic terrorism" and IEDs in Iraq were the same thing. And, somehow, I was put at the center of this whirling cortex of forces, with the government convinced I was responsible for every mass killing in the country from Columbine to the Lefkow assassinations.

I am reminded of an old episode of Beavis and Butthead, where Beavis is arrested for the Ina Gada Del Vida killings. When asked how a boy of 13 could have been responsible for killings conducted almost 20 years ago, authorities would only say "he's very clever".

By early 2007, this irrational hatred of me had turned into a criminal investigation. I am not a criminal - I'm a family man and a businessman who is outspoken in favor of what he knows is right - but suddenly my actions began to be cast in that light. Informers were infiltrated into my organization by "private organizations", working with the FBI, and a campaign of internal disruption was launched. By July of 2007, one of [my] Regional Directors, "MB", to use the FBI's redaction method, as I will mention no names yet, was working for a still unnamed "private organization" - probably the Southern Poverty Law Center. This individual began a campaign of disruption, alienating other leaders and members under his jurisdiction, and I admit I made a mistake by not immediately identifying this and cutting it off. At least two other informers - JB and TB - I did identify and purge after they proposed criminal activities, but MB hung on until right before the end. {WR Ed Note: JB is Justin Boyer, and TB is Tim Bland]

In September, the first operation to entrap me was launched. MB [Michael Burks] called me while I was having lunch at Panera Bread in South Roanoke. Apparently, the Southern Poverty Law Center, or whoever was paying him $350 a week to monitor my activities, felt there was not enough authentic "white supremacist" opposition to their rally in Jena, Louisiana. MB urged I launch a campaign called "Lynch the Jena 6". His idea was to solicit actual violence against the youths - I moderated it to call for their execution by hanging by the State of Louisiana. But, regardless, the FBI swooped in on the heels of my publication of the statement, threatening my webhost at the time, and disabling my main website for six months, while I launched my own facility. I was never charged for my (lawful) statement.

In the wake of this, an effort was made by the Department of Justice to frame me for a "hate crime". Individuals from the "Citizens Against Hate", some of whom have regular contact with the FBI and may have been working for them, and the Roanoke NAACP contacted [indeciph.] Brown, a member of a local crack cocaine-dealing gang, which was later busted by the FBI, possibly on information from Mr. Brown, and persuaded him to attack me near my properties (I own about forty rental units) in the West End of Roanoke, Virginia.

This trial drug on for several months, primarily because [indecipherable name], a local prostitute who had come to Mr. Brown's aid, refused to testify and "chickened out" of the plot to convict me by perjured testimony. Right before trial on state misdemeanor assault charges, an offer was made to dismiss all charges. I refused the offer, and was acquitted, but what I didn't know at the time is that, if I had accepted that offer, the Department of Justice had been prepared to arrest me that day on federal hate crimes charges, despite knowing, through its informants, that the attack had been a set up and that I was innocent of it.

While this was going on, several efforts were made to gain access to my computers. First, a government informant, HT [Hal Turner], later arrested as part of Operation Hopeful Eagle, offered me web hosting space, with the intent of turning my files over to the FBI. This was not enough. Next, a series of bogus subpoenas were filed against me by Troutman Sanders, a law firm in Richmond, Virginia. One was quashed and the rest were placed under protective orders. Third, when this failed, a grand jury seizure warrant was used to walk through the court's protective order - illegally, as it happens.

None of this uncovered any evidence of a crime.

In an effort to drain my resources, two bogus criminal complaints were also filed against me in Norfolk, Virginia, also by Troutman Sanders, alleging I had "threatened" two of their attorneys and destroyed various documents in advance of their subpoena.

I was acquitted of such misconduct July 28, 2008.

Angry that they were making little headway, and angry that I had set up my new server facility in March of 2008, the FBI renewed efforts that month to frame me for a serious crime. Many ANSWP members were approached that month. Some left the organization out of fear. Others dutifully informed me of the contact. One, my good friend RC, was approached by two agents out of the Newark, New Jersey, field office and asked to commit a violent act of domestic terrorism.

According to what he told me, and what he said on record to Jim Rutenberg [sp?] of the New York Times, RC, who is a public school teacher with no criminal record but who happens to have a New Jersey permit for several registered firearms, was approached at his home by several FBI agents in tactical gear. He invited them in to talk, not least of all because he was terrified of their armed team of men in vests. They told him they "knew I was not committing crimes" but said they "wanted me to be". They proposed putting him on the FBI payroll, stating they "paid better than white supremacy" and said they would "set him up [financially] [brackets by BW] for life" if he would "commit a violent act of domestic terrorism and implicate [me]". When he balked, they asked if he would introduce me to an FBI informant who would commit crimes and frame me. He refused, and asked the agents to leave. When he said he would tell me about the visit, they threatened to physically harm him. He didn't overcome that fear until September and October of that year.

From April forward, MB was on the federal payroll, and began recording my telephone conversations. He did this "independently" of his role as an informer to evade federal wiretap laws, though the tapes were turned over to his FBI handlers, who tried to "lose" them, because they exonerated me of all crimes. Only MB's incessant bragging on the internet brought them to light.

And such was the state of things in September of 2008 when Barack Obama made the decision to use his political pull in Chicago to short circuit Bush's investigation and arrest me in Chicago.

MY FIRST ARREST

In 2003, a man named Matt Hale was arrested and charged with soliciting the murder of federal judge Joan Lefkow in Chicago, Illinois. Shortly thereafter, he was convicted and sentenced to forty years in prison. In 2005, another individual killed Lefkow's mother and husband. Officially, this was unrelated to Hale, but a review of, say, the newspapers in Tallinn, Estonia, would reveal the FBI have continued to pursue white activists, who they allege "fled" abroad after the [indeciph.], for evidence of a conspiracy.

Though Hale later admitted, during his first appeal, to soliciting a murder - he quibbled over whose - there were serious irregularities at his trial. Since his trial, there have been rumors his attorney, Thomas Durkin, was bribed into throwing the case. Since then, having had indirect conduct with a former employee of Durkin's during my legal defense, I have concluded this is probably true.

But on September 11, 2008, a curious news article appeared in the Chicago Sun-Times. It appears the Seventh Circuit had agreed to hear a motion by Hale for a new trial after Hale questioned the integrity of the jury foreman in the case. I found the article [indeciph.], did some research, and discovered the following:

Mark Hoffman, an assistant dean at Northwestern University, was Hale's jury foreman. He is Jewish and gay, and an outspoken anti-racist activist. He also has a black lover named Brian Ragsdale. Beyond these dubious qualifications, he knew an individual, Ricky Birdsong, a coach at Northwestern University, who had been killed by Hale's follower Benjamin Smith.

It is my belief, and I wrote in an article that day, that Thomas Durkin was bribed by the US Attorney's Office into allowing Hoffman and six blacks to sit on Hale's jury. At this time, he gave Hale the irrational explanation that blacks and Jews would be "more anti-government" and likely to acquit him. It is likely Durkin knew of Hoffman's background and chose not to object and remove him.

Later that day, I also unveiled the cover of a magazine critical of Barack Obama, which I light-heartedly entitled "Kill This Nigger? Negro Deification and the Obama assassination myth". Contrary to media reports, I did not advocate or threaten the assassination of Obama - I discussed the need of the Jewish media to push white activists into anti-Obama violence to deify the Negro savior.

The plan was to distribute 20,000 copies of this magazine before the election. They were printed, but never distributed due to my arrest. Apparently, this was dangerous enough to Obama's election chances that my arrest became mandated. An Obama campaign staffer - perhaps David Axelrod - called Patrick Fitzgerald and ordered him to arrest me at any cost.

From September 11 through October 17, 2008, I was subjected to increasingly violent provocations by the FBI. Several efforts were made to question me at my home, and when I refused to speak without a lawyer, I was aggressively followed by FBI agents who threatened to wreck my car or run me off the road if I wouldn't speak to them. In one case, I stopped an agent - his name is in a discovery document I do not have with me - who was following me inches from my rear bumper in an old, large pickup truck. I had my daughere with me, got out of my car, stopped him, and pointed out his driving was threatening my daughter. He said he didn't care about killing babies because he knew what I was up to and if I didn't speak to him he was going to get me.

At one point, I had a parade of 17 agents crowded into six vehicles follow me home from my daughter's babysitter.

And, of course, I had no idea what was going on.

On October 10, 2008, FBI agents raided my server facility in Roanoke, Virginia. The day before, they had leaked to several violent communist groups, including the aforementioned Citizens Against Hate, that they planned to arrest me. On October 12, 2008 and October 15, 2008, MB recorded conversations I had with Phil Anderson, an ANSWP activist who, to my knowledge, never cooperated with the FBI, where I told Phil (and others) that I "did not understand" why the FBI felt I was trying to harm Hoffman - or anyone - but that I wanted him, as my Illinois State leader, to find out if there was a plot against Hoffman and stop it.

The FBI later tried to "lose" these tapes, and only after MB went on the internet bragging he had made them did the FBI, on July 8, 2009, admit their existence. Today, the government insists they have "never received" the tapes and are "unaware if they contain exculpatory evidence".

Despite having recorded me trying to stop anyone from harming Mark Hoffman, I was arrested October 17, 2008, starting a multi-month process of brutalization and torture designed to force my "confession" to this crime of which I was innocent.

THE SHOW TRIAL

From October 17, 2008 through October 23, 2008 I was locked in a tiny six by six room, under a bright light twenty-four hours a day. I was denied hygiene - like a shower or toothbrush - barely fed, and placed under a regimen of sleep deprivation, which involved Roanoke City Sheriff Deputies banging on my cell loudly every hour to prevent my sleeping. I was denied visits and phone calls, and any contact with the outside world except interrogations and court hearings. By the end, I was a near delirious mess - perfect for being drug out to a Soviet-style show trial before a kangaroo court.

Immediately on my arrest, the government issued statements to the press indicating [i] was a "serial killer" who had been stopped "just in time" before going on a killing [ra]mpage in the Roanoke, Virginia area. Of course, none of this was true. In June of [2]008, seeing federal efforts against me, I filed a Chapter 11 bankruptcy to stop several [ha]rassing legal actions against me, and in October 2008, was [en]thusiastically reorganizing my business. My daughter was the center of my [cut off] and I was thinking of little but withdrawing from political activities to focus [on] my business and family.

But the government told the world I was the next David Cho, while telling [cut off] deputies guarding me I was a "domestic terrorist" whose followers might [att]ack the jail or bomb the local federal building. I was actually questioned [abo]ut these plots on October 26, 2008, by the US Marshal's Court Protective Service. And [cut off] the basis for justifying my torture was laid.

On October 19, 2008, I was brought, for the first time, before Magistrate [cut off] Michael Urbanski. At that hearing, Special Agent Thomas David Church [tes]tified I had nothing to do with several things mentioned in the complaint [cut off] the kidnapping of Elie Weisel [sic - Wiesel], the threatening of Leonard Pitts, the threat against [Joa]n Lefkow. Urbanski said he felt the government did not have probable cause].

At that point, the government demanded a continuance - which was granted - [cut off] the next day the government indicted me to take the probable cause issue out of Urbanski's hands.

On October 22, 2008, I was drug out of my room half dead and propped into a witness box in Urbanski's kangaroo court. Papers I had no chance to read were shoved in front of me and it was demanded I confess to writing them or doing things mentioned in them with little chance for me to read what I was accused of. After several hours, the Judge ended things, but, by then, it had become embarrasingly evident that this was not a hearing but an interrogation conducted on a man who had been tortured to the point of delirium, and whose testimony was incoherent gibberish.

I was denied bond.

MY IMPRISONMENT

After my show trial, I was allowed to shower and use a telephone, but it was a small break in what would become several months of brutalizing in the maximum security wing of a federal prison.

The week after my hearing, I was transferred to the Federal Transfer Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, where I was placed in the AOX/death row segregation unit as a maximum security prisoner. Ten days later, I was transferred to a similar unit in the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Chicago, Illinois.

I was transferred via ConAir, a fleet of old 727s that conduct daily twelve hour flights between prisons across the country. I had never been on a plane that crash landed before ConAir - as I was being taken from Oklahoma to Chicago the radio went out and the plane was forced down for several hours for repairs. Shackled and bound hand and foot, 250 or so prisoners these lengthy [indeciph.] with little facility or care - a modern equivalent of the old Soviet cattle car.

In Oklahoma I discovered I would not be permitted to contact my wife or lawyer. Letters I tried to write were delivered sometime in early 2009.

In Chicago, I was placed in an unheated cell for five days while winter raged outside at 20 and 30 degrees below. I was issued one ragged blanket and a torn uniform, and placed in a filthy, roach-infested room with a bed, a toilet and a small desk. It quickly grew so cold I thought I would die. I shook all hours of the day and night. I was not permitted a shower or hygiene during this period.

Throughout this period, since my arrest, I was told if I did not "confess" and cooperate with the government that this way of living would be my life until these conditions took my life from me. I was extremely saddened, at this time, for my wife and my daughter, who I knew depended strongly on me. I determined to stay strong for their sakes until I would be released.

After the first five days, heat was turned on in my cell and I was permitted a shower three times a week. My attorneys were permitted to visit me, but I was not permitted to see or speak to my wife or daughter. From my attorneys I learned that the Judge selected in my case, a Negro affirmative action hire named William Hibbler [sp?], had been "fixed" - in the Chicago way - and that we would have to find a way to remove him, which would be difficult. I also learned that one of my prosecutors, William Hogan, had been previously disbarred for bribing witnesses during a major gang trial with prostitutes and cocaine, but had regained his license after six months and been rehired.

In short, I was facing the dirtiest of Chicago's dirt.

With that in mind, we marched forward.

MY SECOND INDICTMENT

By mid-December, it was clear to the government I wasn't going to break. I'd been transferred, for two days, into a cell flooded with human excrement, and I'd been denied any contact with my family for two months. I'd been told I was a "terrorist" and threatened with enhancements that would have pushed my sentencing guideline to life. Phil Anderson, a witness we wanted to call in this case, had been threatened by an FBI agent named Maureen Mazzola, and told if he did not "plea the Fifth" and refuse to testify in my defense, he'd be either indicted or physically harmed. (Later, Mazzola would falsify a report of the conversation, claiming Anderson had admitted to assisting me in "over 150" acts of violence against federal officials and informers; this statement was exposed as a fraud.) Several individuals I had known had been called before a Grand Jury and DJ, another one of my regional directors, had been terrified into cooperating with the FBI, after being served with a search warrant for his DNA. But, despite all this, I was neither plea bargaining nor cooperating.

So, the decision was made to indict me in Roanoke.

The Grand Jury investigation had found no evidence of a crime. Despite dozens of witnesses, illegal search warrants, and the review of tens of thousands of documents, no evidene of conspiracy, solicitation, or any criminal act had been received. Faced with this, the Department of Justice decided to drag out a number of cases the FBI and various US Attorney's Offices had determined were not criminal acts and throw them at me, in hopes I'd be convicted in Chicago and forced to plea here.

There was some logic to this. If I was convicted in Chicago of "terrorism", I could have my guidelines pushed to life. But since my charge only allowed ten years, by adding seven worthless charges, I could be sentenced to the maximum on any of which I was convicted, so that would allow the Court to approach the "life" guidelines. So there was some intimidation value.

And, in mid-December, the indictment I am now held on was issued, consisting entirely of half-investigated, politically motivated cases that had been passed on as much as two years earlier, the culmination of two years and $20 million dollars by Paige Fitzgerald, a special prosecutor from the Department of Justice's Civil Rights Division, and her dedicated team of FBI "terrorism" investigators.

CHICAGO'S COLLAPSE

On December 29, 2008, I was released from maximum security and sent into general population. I was also allowed to call, and then see, my wife and daughter. This began a "carrot" campaign by the government to compel me to plea.

Having brutalized me for two and a half months, general population was welcome. The pre-trial floor of the MCC-Chicago were not abusive, and were the most comfortable place of imprisonment I was housed. I could see the sun again, and had a bed with springs, not a slab of metal under it. I could purchase food - rice, soups, peppers, cheese - and coffee (!) - and could cook it in a microwave. There was space outside my room and 88 prisoners on my floor - 44 double rooms - to interact with, though I generally chose not to, as more than half the facility consisted of informants.

Life in population was neither brutal nor violent, though it was stressful. The staff and half the inmates constantly tried to persuade me to confess to one's "crimes" or involve me in more. Under federal law, an inmate who assists the US Attorney's Office in convicting another inmate receives approximately 1/3rd off of his sentence. Contrary to the belief of HT, who pled after his arrest that he should be released because he was a federal informer, most federal inmates are informers, at least outside the high-level US Penitentiary facilities. Informing is written into federal law.

I was often harassed by staff, but not brutalized, from that point forward. Twice, just before my increasingly rare court appearances, I was transferred to maximum security under "investigation" for fabulous reasons. For instance, I had begun the process of enrolling back in school to finish my degree. The fact I possessed science work on environmental chemistry was used to place me back into maximum security for "bomb making materials" during the six days my dismissal hearing was held -the accusation was withdrawn two days afterwards.

Much of my mail was mysteriously refused, I was often threatened by staff members, and was, several times, arbitrarily denied "privileges", like a pillow or clean clothes. But, the general trend of the government's efforts was to sweet talk me into the confession they'd failed to beat out of me.

In January 2009, I was approached with a plea offer of 30 months to the Chicago and Roanoke indictments - with immediate release to work for the FBI at sentencing, setting up other white activists and birthing [?] a "false-flag" "supremacist" organization under government auspices. (With 85% double credit for punitive conditions, and halfway house and home release, I would essentially be released at sentencing after serving six months, part of it double-credited, to a halfway house, from which the FBI would buy out my bed and place me on payroll). I refused.

In February, I tricked the government into disqualifying Hibbler [sp?]. After discussion with counsel, I learned I could only remove him if the government superseded me with more stuff on Hale. So, I spent two weeks on the phone with my wife doing nothing but discussing things I'd written about Lefkow, stressing how important they were as evidence. Prison security turned the tapes over to the FBI, they found the material in their files, and I was superseded February 4, 2009, in such a way that Hibbler was forced off my case.

From that point, legally, it was clear sailing. Judge Lynn Adelman - the only judge who had ever ruled in Hale's favor - was assigned to my case, and, on July 21st, 2009, my case was dismissed.

MY RETURN TO ROANOKE

After the dismissal of my case, the government asked that I be imprisoned as a "dangerous person" under an obscure federal law that allows a person acquitted of a federal crime to be imprisoned while the government appeals. This was denied July 24, 2009, and I was released and arrested on my Roanoke charges that day. The next week I was ordered transferred in custody to Virginia, and, during the next six weeks, I was slowly moved, jail to jail, across the country, through a brief "maximum security" stint in Oklahoma, to the Roanoke City Jail.

August 28, 2009, more than a month after my "release" I arrived in Roanoke, and hearings on my release began September 2, 2009. On September 10, 2009, Magistrate Judge Urbanski, an apology in his eyes, ordered me released on bond pending dismissal of my charges, saying it was so apparent I was innocent there was no sense in detaining me. The government appealed, and on September 18, 2009, Judge Turk affirmed the decision. I went home to my wife and little girl that evening.

I returned home to a disaster. In my absence, a shady lawyer had plundered my bankruptcy estate, and my poor wife, being inexperienced in business, had been robbed blind. I spent my five days getting things in enough order, there would still be something left.

And then I was ordered back to jail.

On September 23, 2009, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals stayed my release, and on October 23, 2009, stated that "the appearance of innocence" was not sufficient cause to grant bond to "dangerous persons" under the 1985 Bond Reform Act. And so I have sat in jail, awaiting the final dismissal of my case.

Since my return to Roanoke, DJ, my regional director turned informer, was arrested, despite his assistance to the FBI, but has been released on easy terms of bond, and has since made illegal proposals to C [?}, my wife, and several other witnesses and associates.

While in Chicago, I also heard of the arrests of the Mahon brothers and HT, both of whom were held in the same brutal conditions I experienced during my earlier [scanned paper is folded over too much of the remainder of this letter to read] [indeciph.] was not criminal; FBI Agent David Church testified I had nothing to do with threatening Leonard Pitts. Similar things are there for every count I'm charged with - I'm not at liberty to discuss them all.

I also know that MB, the informer, made and bragged on the internet about making, numerous phone calls imitating me and threatening various people. I'm indicted for at least one of these phone calls.

But, really, I'm now just in a waiting game. The government indicated Wednesday that they were not ready for trial, did not have their witnesses in order, and asked I be detained into next year while they tried to prepare. This request was refused, and with that request, their case has all but died.

So I wait until my next hearing, December 2nd, and pray for my release.

CONCLUSIONS AND LESSONS LEARNED

This has been only an outline of the dirty tricks I have faced during a three year campaign by the FBI and both political parties to frame me for a variety of crimes I did not commit, and to force me, against my will, into being another "white supremacist" "domestic terrorist".

What it reveals is the essential falsehood of modern notions of "white supremacy" and the means by which "domestic terrorism" has become a boogeyman - and a straw boogeyman - largely manufactured by the government to frighten the population into acceptance of our failing system.

I have never engaged in, encouraged, or participated in criminal acts of violence, or any criminal acts. I have, at times, engaged in philosophical reflection on violent acts that is outside the spectrum of belief permitted by modern democratic society. In response and retaliation for that, the proponents of modern democratic humanism attempted to frame me as a criminal, and, when I refused to become one, arrested me, slandered me, tortured me, and attempted to brutalize me into "confessing" to crimes that never existed, except in their imagination.

In many ways, this is the "Goldsteinism" of George Orwell's 1984, and reveals to the extent our nation has become Sovietized, both under the black communist regime currently occupying Washington, and the neo-"conservative"/neo-Trotskyist administration of George W. Bush.

The tactics that were approved for use against foreign "terrorists", Arabs, Turks, and other South/Central Asian peoples fighting in defense of their countries against US and Zionist wars of aggression, are now being used to brutalize American citizens who have expressed a peaceful, if strong and confrontational, opposition to the collapse of America into Jewish Bolshevism.

So let my story be a warning to those who question the poverty, hunger, war and misery the modern political parties and the Judeo-"capitalist" system are bringing on our people. If you speak out effectively against this system, you will be arrested, you will be tortured, and every effort will be made to compel you to "confess", Soviet-style, to various crimes against the people.

And if it happens to the peaceful speaker, what more can be done to the man of action?

AIDS Awareness Flyers Distributed At Boise State University Characterized As "Racist" Because They're Critical Of Blacks

A young lady briefly detained while distributing AIDS awareness flyers on the campus of Boise State University has learned one of the ten commandments of university life - thou shalt not criticize blacks. Media stories from KTVB Channel 7, the Idaho Statesman, and The Arbiter. Discussion posted on Stormfront and The Phora.

The occasion was World AIDS Day, and the unidentified lady decided to distribute AIDS awareness flyers by embedding them in copies of The Arbiter, the "independent" student newspaper. At the top, the flyers read "Don't Catch AIDS!". Towards the middle, the flyer warned against having sex with intravenous drug users and bisexuals. Getting a bit warmer. But then on the bottom - the money shot; "Blacks are walking STD factories" and "once u go black we don't want u back".

Ding Ding Ding! Racist Alert! Time for the witch hunt to begin! And sure enough, it was a black student who started the witch hunt.

Senior Jalara Walker, a black student from California, had enjoyed her time on campus up until this point, but is now apprehensive after finding several of the flyers in a class. Walker said she laughed at first, thinking it absurd, but then left class to report it to the dean's office. "It just makes me uncomfortably aware that I shouldn't be here. That's what I feel like. I don't want to go back to school," Walker said. She says the dean's office told her they knew of the fliers. Now, a week later she says BSU has taken little action. “I don't feel that it was made as big of a deal as it should've been because it is a big deal," said Walker.

The president of the Black Student Alliance says the flier is insulting to the entire campus, not just black students. Out of BSU's nearly 19,000 students, 361 are black. Of course, he doesn't explain why all students should be insulted, though.

According to BSU spokesman Frank Zang, university officials are aware that the fliers are being distributed on campus. Campus police and the Boise Police Department have open, ongoing investigations. "Boise State strives to provide a culture of civility and success where all feel safe and free from discrimination, harassment, threats and intimidation," Zang said. "The university has both an anti-harassment policy and a student code of conduct with potential corrective action, pending the investigation."

Dwight Murphy, the advertising manager for The Arbiter, actually caught the unidentified woman in the act of embedding flyers in the newspapers. He confronted her, telling her she was not allowed do that. "She didn't say much other than, ‘Oh, oh,’ kind of hesitated and everything and walked away," said Murphy. He did not take her name. Initially, he didn't know what was printed on the flyers, but as soon as he found out he called police. Boise police spokeswoman Lynn Hightower said it is unclear if placing the flyers is criminal act.

By the way, lost in all the politically correct furor is the fact that the flyer is accurate about the racial disparity in STDs. According to the CDC:

-- Blacks accounted for 51% of the 42,655 (including children) new HIV/AIDS diagnoses in 34 states with long-term, confidential name-based HIV reporting.
-- Blacks accounted for 48% of the 551,932 persons (including children) living with HIV/AIDS in 34 states with long-term, confidential name-based HIV reporting.
-- For black women living with HIV/AIDS, the most common methods of transmission were high-risk heterosexual contact and injection drug use.
-- For black men living with HIV/AIDS, the most common methods of HIV transmission were (in order) sexual contact with other men, injection drug use, high-risk heterosexual contact.

But the politically-correct commissars at BSU would deny this important information to students because some might find it offensive. In other words, diversity is allowed to trump safety.

Aryan Nations Activists Distribute Pro-White Racist Flyers In Sandpoint, Idaho Just Four Days Before Sarah Palin's Visit To The Area

The Bonner County Daily Bee reports that, just four days before Sarah Palin's stops in Coeur d'Alene and Sandpoint, Idaho for her book tour, flyers produced by the local Aryan Nations contingent were distributed in Sandpoint early on Sunday December 6th, 2009. The flyers were sealed in sandwich bags and weighted down with a rock. One side of the flyer advocates for whites to band together, while the other side is an Aryan Nations application for membership.

The flyers appear to be the same as those distributed in Coeur d’Alene, Spirit Lake, Athol and Spokane Valley, Washington earlier this year. Athol resident Paul R. Mullet and two other activists were cited for misdemeanor littering in connection with the flyers found in Coeur d’Alene, but city authorities dropped the charges on December 3rd after determining that the flyers were no different than other political literature. So although Sandpoint Police Chief Mark Lockwood is contemplating littering charges, he's not likely to go through with it.

However, one of the people receiving a flyer is a member of the Bonner County Human Rights Task Force, and she happens to be Jewish. So the Task Force immediately went into action and issued the obligatory statement of condemnation:

“While the Bonner County Human Rights Task Force supports freedom of expression as stated in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, we strongly oppose the clandestine distribution of an application to join their organization by a group from Athol, Idaho calling themselves, ‘The Aryan Nation.’ The application specifically states they are ‘National Socialist in Political Orientation,’ and therefore racist, and a hate group. Our community has repeatedly expressed that they neither agree with, nor advocate the actions, beliefs and alleged facts promoted by racist and hate groups.”

Oy, vey. The Task Force needs to make up their minds; do they support freedom of expression, or do they oppose the dsitribution of membership applications for a group which they have arbitrarily decreed a "hate group" simply because it is racialist?

Day 2 Of The Bill White Federal Trial In Roanoke: Citibank Employee Jennifer Petsche Testified On How Bill White's Internet Threats Upset Her

But before that, there were opening statements by both the prosecution and the defense. Representing the prosecution was Cindy Chung, who stressed how Bill White sought out a group of diverse strangers and targeted them with a series of threats and intimidation.

Representing the defense was Ray Ferris, who admitted that Bill White did some ugly and obnoxious things. But Ferris asserted that the real test is whether or not White's nasty comments and racial slurs were actually threats. If not, they are covered by the First Amendment. Assisting the defense is David Damico (unlike Hal Turner, at least Bill White found some white attorneys).

The supervisor of Citibank employee Jennifer Petsche, Rachel Dixon, who is the departmental manager of Citi Group’s collection wing in Kansas City, then took the stand, stating that Petsche "went to pieces" after she found out that Bill White had dug up the woman's home telephone number and address as well as contact information on her families, then sent her an e-mail to inform her that he had done so. An unidentified Citi internal investigator took the stand next, explaining to the jury how he investigated the email and turned his findings over to the Kansas City office of the FBI. The investigator said White called Citi’s Kansas City location 46 times during a three hour period on March 21st, 2007.

Finally, it was time for Citibank employee Jennifer Petsche to take the stand. Petsche, who works in Kansas City, had no idea who White was when he first e-mailed her about a dispute over his credit card. The more she learned, the more fearful she became of the neo-Nazi leader. After White suggested that she might meet the same fate as Chicago Federal Judge Joan Lefkow, whose husband and mother were murdered, Petsche began to screen her calls and obtained an unlisted phone number. The personal information was also posted on White's defunct Overthrow.com website, and an account of the exchange posted on the inaccessible Overthrow88 blog.

Since I was a regular reader of Overthrow88, I remember Bill White posting his account of the exchange between himself and Petsche. But although Overthrow88 is now inaccessible, the information isn't completely lost. Investigation revealed that at least part of the exchange was cross-posted on Voice Of Deseret and integrated into a post exposing Citibank's corporate predation and victimization of customers and informing the public of the Boycott Citibank campaign. Folks may remember that a year and a half ago the CIT Group was forced to pay me a $100,000 judgment for wrongful foreclosure. They reported me in foreclosure when I wasn't and wouldn't fix it, then didn't show up in court. 'Nuff said.

Well, some other creditors decided to jack my interest rate up to 30% or more as a result of CIT's false report -- the infamous cross-default clause. When I won the libel judgment, all of them admitted they were wrong except one and fixed it. Guess who didn't fix it.

So I've been in court with Citigroup / Citicards / Citibank (South Dakota) NA for the past two and half years. Last year, a settlement was imposed on the case. I can't discuss the settlement, but, since I got it, Citigroup / Citicard / Citibank (South Dakota), NA has been very unhappy with me. Passive aggressively obstructionist, one might call it. They haven't done anything wrong, but have deliberately not done everything they could to be helpful. This week, I lost patience with it.

There has been one girl at Citibank who is their head debt collector. She is in their Litigation Management division. This one girl has been the major problem. She's one of these kinds of debt collectors who goes onto messageboards and brags about how good it feels to have people beg her to correct their credit report, refuse them, and watch them cry about it. She likes abusing power. I hate people like that.

So the other day I made 150 phone calls to the 2200 people who work in their Kansas City, Missouri Citicard Credit Services, Inc center, until I found someone with both the access to tell me who was the head debt collector and the lack of brains to answer my questions when they didn't know who I was. It took me three hours to find that person, but find them I did.

Then, I called their Internal Recovery Unit and I had a conversation:

Me: "Transfer me to x in Litigation Management."

IRU: "I don't know what you're talking about."

Me: "Is this Internal Recovery?"

IRU: "Yes."

Me: "And you deal with Litigation Management?"

IRU: "Yes."

Me: "Do you know an x in Litigation Management?"

IRU: "What I don't know is how you know her."

Me: "None of your business how I know her. It is sufficient for you to know that I do and I have some business with her. Now please transfer me."

IRU: "We can't transfer you. There is no incoming line to Litigation Management."

Me: "Don't lie to me. I spent all last night cracking your phone system. Every desk in Kansas City has an incoming line. Now transfer me to x."

IRU: "Hold on."

And they transferred me to x. X, however, didn't know who I was and let her voice mail pick it up. Fortunately, her voice mail had her last name on it.

It then took me two hours to figure out how to spell her last name, which is unusual. Once I did though, she was easy to find.

So I sent someone to her house last night to have a word with her. Specifically, she was told that she either did what I've been trying to get her to do and stop obstructing me or I was going to release her name, address, phone number, family members etc onto the internet and let anonymous have a whack at Citigroup's head debt collector.

This morning, the papers were pushed.

So there is the answer to the magic question of what exactly it takes to get Citigroup to give you good customer service -- hunt their debt collectors down at home and show them what being tough with someone really means. Anything else, Citigroup just seems to blow off.

This exchange shows how Citibank's insensitivity, indifference, and arrogance can enrage customers. Can anyone really blame Bill White for being put out with these people?

Day 1 Of The Bill White Federal Trial In Roanoke, Virginia Focuses On Jury Selection; Some Jurors Already Excused For Bias Against "Neo-Nazis"

Day 1 of the Federal trial of ANSWP Commander Bill White in Roanoke, Virginia focused on jury selection. The fundamental question to be resolved during the trial: Did Bill White's online posts amount to "true threats," as defined by federal law, or did his words stop short of "inciting or producing imminent lawless action," and thus fall under the protection of the First Amendment? The Roanoke Times is providing dedicated coverage of the proceedings HERE.

Roanoke Times blogger Dan Casey earlier weighed in on the challenges of selecting a jury in this case. The first wave of 66 prospective jurors was called and quizzed beginning at 9:30 A.M. EST. Twenty have now been excused either because they said they could not give White a fair trial due to his racist views or because they had plans or medical conditions that prevented them from serving over the next two or three weeks. In particular, nine of those excused said they disapproved so strongly of White's neo-Nazi views that they could not render a fair verdict. On the other hand, many more of the jurors said that although they had heard or read about the case, they could keep an open mind.

Jurors are being quizzed in depth as to their views on white supremacy, Adolf Hitler and swastikas. One man said he had a swastika tattooed on his left leg (he was ultimately excluded). Some jurors, particuloarly the Black jurors, visibly recoiled at the word "nigger" which White uses regularly in his online comments. The problem is that the word "nigger" will come out frequently as the prosecution makes its case. WSLS Channel 10 now reports that jury selection is complete; an all-white jury of 10 men and 4 women have been chosen. Twelve are primaries and two are alternates. However, the fact that the jury is described as "all-white" does not preclude the possibility of the presence of Jews; Jews are considered white by mainstream society.

After the jury was selected, Roanoke NAACP dominatrix Brenda Hale complained, "I just cannot fathom how they ended up with an all-white jury. How can you have equal justice in the courtroom when you don't have a representation of the overall community?" But unlike cases tried in Roanoke's state court, the panelists for this Federal case came from a wide swath of Southwest Virginia that is predominantly white, rather than just from the city.

Various news stories are referring to the seven charges levied against Bill White. As put forth in this previous post, the Federal charges faced by White in Roanoke include using his website to make threats against a half-dozen or so targets, including the so-called "civil rights attorney" Richard Warman in Canada, the nationally syndicated black newspaper columnist Leonard "Cry Me A River" Pitts, and an insignificant small-town black mayor in New Jersey. Specifically, he is charged with five counts of communicating threats in interstate commerce, one count of communicating an extortionate threat in interstate commerce, and one count of witness intimidation. He is accused of "targeting" individuals with whom he disagreed from 2006 to 2008 for racial reasons. The 19-page indictment can be read HERE.

If found guilty of communicating threats in interstate commerce, White could face a maximum punishment of five years in prison for each count of the indictment. If found guilty of communicating extortionate threats in interstate commerce, White could face a maximum punishment of 20 years in prison. If found guilty of witness intimidation, White faces a maximum punishment of ten years in prison. Each of the aforementioned charges also entails a potential fine of up to $250,000.

Bill White faced similar charges in Chicago, but the judge dismissed the case on July 21st, 2009 before it could go to trial. In the Roanoke trial, the judge has not ruled out dismissing the case at some point, but he feels the government deserves an opportunity to make its case. To quote Judge James Turk, "I think the indictment is sufficient to go to trial. It may not be sufficient to go to a jury." The outcome may well depend upon whether Bill White is willing to concentrate on defending his actions and linking them inextricably to the First Amendment rather than making some of the vainglorious political statements he's made in the past. It would be smart if Bill White chooses not to testify himself during the trial.

Rebutting SPLC Intelligence Director Mark Potok's Misstatements About Dr. David Duke's PhD And The Ukraine's MAUP University System

Recently, Radio Free Mississippi host Jim Giles conducted a one-hour interview with the Southern Poverty Law Center's Mark Potok, who runs their intelligence project. During the last 40 minutes of the interview, when he was discussing the state of the White Nationalist movement, Potok held forth about Dr. David Duke. Not only did Potok question the veracity of Dr. Duke's PhD, but characterized the university awarding it to him as a "diploma mill".

These are gross misstatements at best, and outright lies at worst. Then again, the SPLC has never allowed the truth to get in the way of a good story - or to hinder their quest for more money. So I intend to put forth the straight skinny on Dr. Duke's PhD and MAUP University in this post. The official Ukrainian language MAUP website is HERE; Google English translation HERE.

First, the MAUP University system is NOT a diploma mill. MAUP is transliterated as "Mizhrehional'na Akademiya upravlinnya personalom", from where it gets the English acronym "MAUP". In English, it's called the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management. Established in 1989, the MAUP is the largest non-state higher education institution in Ukraine, with branches, campuses, and institutes scattered throughout the whole country and a current student population of 40,000. It is accredited and licensed by the Ministry of Education of Ukraine to carry out educational process in ten higher education specialties with the right to give out diplomas of state and international standards.

Unfortunately, MAUP has come under fire from international Jewry and their lackeys because it has been critical of Zionism from time to time and has dared to expose Jewish involvement in the Bolshevik tyranny which engulfed the Ukraine from 1917-1992. This opposition is unsurprising when you realize that Bolshevism and Zionism are two separate wings of the same bird of prey. Dr. Duke also documents efforts by international Jewry to censor and even close down the university altogether HERE, and in December 2005, the Anti-Defamation League even went so far as to demand that a number of MAUP's leading academics be arrested and imprisoned for expressing anti-Zionist viewpoints that the ADL labels as "anti-Semitism." In September 2006, Ukraine’s Ministry of Education and Science ordered the denial of recognition of diplomas issued in 2006 to 4,655 MAUP graduates and ordered the closure of 26 regional branches, but in February 2007, the Kiev Court on Economic Affairs overruled the Ministry's decision.

In 2005, MAUP awarded David Duke a full Academic PhD in History after successful completion of exams and all doctoral academic requirements and a spirited Doctoral Defense in an academic conference hall adjacent to the office of the MAUP President Prof. Georgy Tchokin. This is in addition to the Honorary PhD awarded earlier. Dr. Duke's dissertation was quite similar to his book, "Jewish Supremacism". During his doctoral defense, Dr. Duke showed how Jewish supremacism and extremism was growing even more radical. He said that the extremists have so taken over Israel that, “Soon their only choices for a leader will be a mass murderer such as Ariel Sharon of Sabre and Shatila, or a maniac who wants to ethnically cleanse all of Palestine, Benjamin Netanyahu". All the members of the Academic council agreed on the academic excellence of the dissertation, and after his successful defense, they unanimously voted to approve it and grant him the Doctor of Philosophy degree.

Orthodox Jews And Haredi Continue Spitting On Christians In Jerusalem's Old City, But Don't Dare Spit At Muslims

Apparently Friedrich Braun's "new friends" don't want to return the favor. On November 26th, 2009, the Jerusalem Post and Western Voices World News reported that the practice of Orthodox Jews and haredi spitting on Christians in the old city of Jerusalem continues unabated. This has been an ongoing problem; previous reports are available from 2004 and from 2007. Dr. David Duke also addressed this issue in 2004.

But although these reports only break the surface periodically, anti-Christian Orthodox Jews, overwhelmingly boys and young men, have been spitting with regularity on priests and nuns in the Old City for about 20 years, and the problem is getting worse. To add insult to injury, the only Israeli religious authority who has shown any serious concern over this matter is Ashkenazi Chief Rabbi Yona Metzger.

On November 11th, 2009, Metzger addressed a letter to the rabbis of the Jewish Quarter, writing that he had heard a grave rumor about yeshiva students offending heaven…[by] spitting on Christian clergy who walk about the Old City of Jerusalem. Such attackers, he added, are almost tantamount to rodfim, or persecutors, which is one of the worst class of offenders in Jewish law. They violate the injunction to follow the pathways of peace, and are liable to provoke anti-Semitism overseas.

The police tend to wink at the practice. If they happen to be on the scene, they will chase the hooligans, but even if they catch them, they only tell them off and let them go, according to several Christian clergymen. "The police tell us to catch them and bring them in, but then they tell us not to use violence, so how are we supposed to catch them?" asked Father Samuel Aghoyan, a very fit-looking 68-year-old. "Once a boy came up to me and spat in my face, and I punched him and knocked him down, and an Armenian seminarian and I brought him to the police station [next to the Armenian Quarter]. They released him in a couple of hours. I've made many, complaints to the police, I'm tired of it. Nothing ever gets done."

A couple of more egregious examples:

-- Father Samuel Aghoyan, a senior Armenian Orthodox cleric in Jerusalem's Old City, says he's been spat at by young haredi and national Orthodox Jews "about 15 to 20 times" in the past decade. The last time it happened, he said, was earlier this month. "I was walking back from the Church of the Holy Sepulchre and I saw this boy in a yarmulke and ritual fringes coming back from the Western Wall, and he spat at me two or three times."

-- Father Athanasius, a Texas-born Franciscan monk who heads the Christian Information Center inside the Jaffa Gate, said he's been spat at by haredi and national Orthodox Jews "about 15 times in the last six months" - not only in the Old City, but also on Rehov Agron near the Franciscan friary. "One time a bunch of kids spat at me, another time a little girl spat at me," said the brown-robed monk. Father Athanasius also said that all 15 monks at his friary have been spat at. "Every [Christian cleric in the Old City] who's been here for awhile, who dresses in robes in public, has a story to tell about being spat at. The more you get around, the more it happens."

The article notes that Jews don't dare spit upon Muslims, because they're afraid of the consequences. But they think they can get away with spitting on Christians because they're perceived as a small, weak community known for "turning the other cheek". Of course, this pacifist interpretation of "turning the other cheek" represents the feminization of Christianity that's been occurring for years; the real meaning of "turn the other cheek" is to allow one, and ONLY ONE, opportunity for someone who's offended you to voluntarily back down and correct the situation peacefully. "Turning the other cheek" does not require you to become a doormat; when Jesus Christ found moneychangers in His temple, he did NOT turn the other cheek; instead, he pulled out a whip and parted their cheeks with it. That's how a REAL Christian acts.

Professor Israel Shahak provides some background on the origin and purpose of this practice. He states that dishonoring Christian religious symbols is an old religious duty in Judaism. Spitting on the cross, an especially on the Crucifix, and spitting when a Jew passes a church, have been obligatory from around AD 200 for pious Jews. In the past, when the danger of anti-Semitic hostility was a real one, the pious Jews were commanded by their rabbis either to spit so that the reason for doing so would be unknown, or to spit onto their chests, not actually on the cross or openly before the church. But the increasing strength of the Jewish state has caused these customs to become more open again but there should be no mistake: The spitting on the cross for converts from Christianity to Judaism, organized in Kibbutz Sa'ad and financed by the Israeli government is a an act of traditional Jewish piety. Professor Shahak is an Israeli citizen, former concentration camp inmate during WW II, and the founder of Israel's Human Rights League. His book, entitled "Jewish History, Jewish Religion", about Jewish hatred and contempt toward Gentiles, is highly recommended.

And how have Christian pastors in America reacted? Well...they haven't. As a matter of fact, prominent televangelist John Hagee recently held his 28th annual "Night To Honor Israel" in San Antonio, where he raised $9 million to be distributed to representatives of 29 Jewish and Israeli nonprofits, charities and humanitarian organizations. And that's actually a drop in the bucket - in 2006, the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews (IFCJ) said it donated some $37 million in aid to Israel and the Jewish people. Thus Christians who donate to such a cause are indirectly subsidizing the Jewish harassment of Christians in Israel.

And in return, Christian ministers in the Old City of Jerusalem get a faceful of Semitic spit.

Jury In Hal Turner Federal Trial In Brooklyn Hopelessly Deadlocked; Judge Donald Walter Declares Mistrial, Orders New Trial For March 1st, 2010

While Red Auerbach smoked victory cigars after a Boston Celtics victory, Hal Turner contents himself with a victory cigarette after the mistrial.

Jury deliberations in the Federal trial of Hal Turner, which began on Friday December 4th and which quickly became deadlocked, were declared deadlocked once again on Monday December 7th, 2009. Consequently, Judge Donald Walter decided that the jury was hopelessly hung and chose to declare a mistrial in the case. Media stories from the New York Times, the Washington Post, and NorthJersey.com. The New York Daily News is also running a poll on the case on its main page. The only juror to speak to reporters afterward, 58-year-old Long Island truck driver Richard Gardiner, said the jury voted 9 to 3 in favor of acquittal, with the majority seeing the government's case as weak. He said he held out for a conviction because he did think it was a threat. Gardiner told the Daily News "He's [Turner] a publicity seeker and he wants to be a bigger force than he was. By acquitting him, he would become bigger and stronger." But Gardiner also thinks that the biggest problem in the case was that the prosecution bailed out in the case too early. The jury consisted of five White men, two White women, two Black women, two Latina women and the one Asian man. However, any of the seven Whites could actually be Jews; Jews are considered "white" by mainstream society, despite significant evidence to the contrary.

Once again, prosecutors attempted to get the Asian juror, Wei Wang, identified as a hedge fund manager from Queens, excused from the jury for "improperly directing other jurors during deliberations", but the defense resisted and the judge allowed Wang to remain. The prosecution had previously tried to get Wang excluded because of "excessive devotion to the First Amendment", but those challenges were also rebutted. The 47-year-old Turner left the courthouse without commenting, because Judge Walter's gag order is still in effect.

The gag order remains effective because the case is not dismissed with prejudice, so a second trial is in the offing. Judge Walter has set a new trial date for March 1st, 2010. The case arose earlier this year after three judges from the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals - Richard Posner, Frank Easterbrook and William Bauer - upheld a ruling that dismissed lawsuits challenging handgun bans in Chicago and in suburban Oak Park, Illinois.

Meanwhile, the separate Connecticut state case awaits Turner. He is awaiting trial on state charges, accused of inciting injury to persons for urging blog readers to "take up arms" against state lawmakers there who proposed legislation to give Roman Catholic lay members more control over parish finances.

Denver Police Now Believe Organized Black Gangbangers Deliberately Targeted Whites For Racial Reasons In Mugging Attacks In Downtown Denver

Open Season On Whites In Downtown Denver

Although SPLC Intelligence Project Director Mark Potok continued to stubbornly deny that black-on-white crime in the United States is racially-motivated during a recent interview with Jim Giles on Radio Free Mississippi, the facts seem to state otherwise, according to Denver Police. In the wake of the November 20th, 2009 arrest of 35 black gangbangers in a 24-hour sweep in downtown Denver, police report that the gangbangers targeted whites for racial reasons. Note that this latest story confirms it is now 35 who have been arrested.

KDVR Channel 31 reports that the majority of the group are gang members from either Rolling 60 Crips or Black Gangster Disciples. The suspects targeted only White or Hispanic people to beat up and/or rob. Twenty-eight victims were men. And three were women who were with the male victims. "Without warning, the suspects would attack the victim, usually with a punch to the head, with the intent of knocking him unconscious. Other suspects would then join the assault. And in some instances, rob the victims of their personal items--cash, wallets, credit cards, cell phones, iPods, etc.," says Denver Police Chief Gerald Whitman. They allegedly committed 26 crimes from July 17th through November 17th. In addition, they also allegedly videotaped the attacks and sold the tapes online.

Additional documents released since the story first broke indicate the suspects told police they specifically targeted white men, they called "crackers". They would approach a victim saying things like "it smells like white people" and "i hate (expletive) white people." The suspects told police they felt two black gangs "owned" sections of LoDo [Lower Downtown] near The Bash nightclub around the 1400 block of 19th Street and wanted to beat up white men in that area to teach them not to come downtown unless they "brought their friends for protection.' However, the suspects and their cheerleaders are already engaging in damage control. One of the suspects, Ian Curwen, told the Denver Post that just because they say racial slurs, it doesn't mean he or others in his group are racist. To prove he's not a racist, he cites the fact that he married a white woman and has sired two kids. Of course, he fails to explain why his wife and two kids are up in Montana while he's living in Denver. Perhaps she realized what a terrible mistake she made in marrying a black man and found it necessary to get away from him.

And Paula Whitehead, the mother of one of the other suspects, Kavean McCloud, is making excuses for her son. She stated that when Kavean's dad left, then afterwards his older brother left, it left the proverbial "void" in Kavean's life, causing him to look for a substitute father-figure or brother-figure, yada, yada, yada. And she also claimed that Kavean was such a good kid with a bright future, ranked 10th last year in the state for scoring in basketball at Love Christian School, and already "besieged" with scholarship offers. Former ANSWP Activists Michael Burks And Dan Jones FBI Informants According To ANSWP Commander Bill White; FreeBillWhite Website An FBI Front

ANSWP Commander Bill White has sent a letter to Vanguard News Network Forum webmaster Alex Linder, in which he provides an update on his present situation. In this letter, he accuses former ANSWP activists Michael Burks and Dan Jones of being FBI informants, and states that the FreeBillWhite website is an FBI front. He said that Burks, along with Justin Boyer and Tim Bland, were working for an as-yet unnamed private anti-racist group, deliberately disrupting my activities and alienating other members of the group, as early as mid-2007. Dan Jones is NOT accused of working with any anti-racist groups, but Bill White implies that Jones may have been intimidated into working for the FBI as a result of charges levied against him in October 2009, when he was indicted for mailing a noose to the Lima, Ohio NAACP leader.

It should be noted that I have seen no corroboration of the claims against Dan Jones or the FreeBillWhite website. Update: It appears that Jones, under his nickname of R Nokes, has posted a denial HERE.

White also claims that the Federal government attempted to infiltrate and use the American National Socialist Workers Party as a terrorist organization, repeatedly tried to set him up, and, after failing, decided to arrest and brutalize him into confessing to crimes he didn't commit. His upcoming Federal trial in Roanoke is scheduled to begin on December 9th, and in a recent development on December 2nd, Judge James Turk declined to dismiss the charges against Bill White, saying that although the indictment may not be sufficient to go to a jury, it is sufficient to go to trial. Turk also opted not to have an anonymous jury; the government had wanted to identify jurors only by number to protect them from possible harm by White. The charges are spelled out HERE.

In early 2007, a government task force was erected in Washington to prosecute me, probably in response to my publishing of Eric Hunt's statement on the kidnapping of Elie Wiesel. By mid-2007, no later than July, Michael Burks, my Midwestern Regional Director, was working in the employ of an as-yet unnamed private anti-racist group, deliberately disrupting my activities and alienating other members of the group. Two others with similar agendas -- Justin Boyer and Tim Bland -- I was able to identify; Burks clung on right about to the end.

In September 2007, the government began active disruption of my activities in response to the Jena 6 campaign. The first effort to frame me came with the staged "hate crime" in October of that year.

The group Citizens Against Hate, working with the Roanoke NAACP, solicited a local crack dealer and pimp to attack me while driving down the street. Whether or not the FBI and DOJ were in on planning that attack is unclear. However, they were behind the "deal" offered me by the Commonwealth of Virginia to drop all charges against both of us. I demanded trial, and, as reported in the paper, the crack dealer was convicted and I was acquitted. Had I accepted the deal to drop all state changes, DOJ lawyers were in the courtroom waiting to charge me with "hate crimes" that they knew to be fraudulent. I dodged that bullet.

In response, in January 2008, a phony civil suit was brought against me to use civil process to try to fish out criminal evidence. A series of bogus subpoenas, all eventually quashed or modified by the courts, were filed against me to attempt to gain access to my computers, and two acts of bogus criminal complaints were sworn out against me in Norfolk, Virginia, for allegedly "threatening" lawyers involved in prosecution of "civil rights" cases. As reported in the "Stellman opinion" [Ed - not sure if Stellman or Stillman] (In Re: William A. White ED Va 2008) [Ed - again, not entirely sure here - 'ED'], those complaints were dismissed as protected speech.

But here is where the investigation began in earnest.

Mike Burks, Dan Jones, Phil Anderson, Robert Campbell and probably others unknown were first approached by FBI agents in late March and early April 2008, just prior to our Chicago dinner. By no later than that time, Burks, who was to be the star witness against me in Chicago, became a formal federal informer. Robert Campbell, who did not become an informer, was approached by two agents who told him they knew I was not committing crimes but wanted me to be, and was further told he'd be paid a large sum of money and "set up for life" if he would commit or aid an FBI agent in committing a violent act of domestic terrorism and frame me for it. When he threatened to turn this information over to me, the FBI told him he'd be physically harmed if he shared his story. And so the tone was set for this investigation.

From April 2008 through October 2008, Michael Burks and others recorded my phone calls, sidestepping the wiretap law. I was approached by at least seven individuals on the government payroll who asked me to commit crimes with them. One posed as a fellow just out of the army, said he "had weapons and people" and "was ready to go" to commit a terrorist act in the Seattle area. I told him never to talk to me again. Another pretended to be an investor, "Michael Klein," who DIP-funded [Ed - not sure 'DIP' is right] Chapter 11 estates. He had me going until he suggested I do an illegal insider trade involving a partnership owned by an offshore corporation I would control. I told him that was illegal and to never call me again. In fact, during my case in Chicago, the government tried to "lose" dozens of hours of tape of me telling people I didn't want to commit crimes.

There is also a stack of witness reports from me consisting of FBI agents banging on my door and being told I didn't want to speak to them, and reports of agents following my car, six inches from the back bumper, trying to push me off the road and force me to talk to them -- once while my then eight-month-old daughter was riding in the back seat. That agent recorded himself saying he didn't care if babies died because he was going to "get" me.

So, with this background, we come to my arrest, torture, detention and eventual acquittal in Chicago, and the case that is now being dismissed in Roanoke.

In September 2008, I announced my intent to publish the now infamous "Kill This Nigger?" magazine, which included an article on Mark Hoffman, a tainted juror and jury foreman in the Matt Hale trial. If you've seen the online version of the magazine, you'll know the cover article was on the need the Jewish media had to incite "white supremacists" to assassinate Obama to complete his deification, not a screed inviting violence. We now know though, through discovery, that a member of Obama's campaign staff contacted Patrick Fitzgerald, the US Attorney for Chicago, to demand my arrest.

The more substantial reason for my arrest, though, was my article exposing the fact the US Attorney's Office in Chicago, in cooperation with [Matt] Hale's attorney, Thomas Durkin, fixed the jury by placing Hoffman, the homosexual Jew with the black boyfriend, on it. While in Chicago, my investigative staff spoke to a former employee of Durkin who confirmed that Durkin threw the case and worked with Fitzgerald to railroad Hale.

To stop publication of the magazine, I was arrested October 17, 2008, on a trumped-up warrant of solicitation of a violent felony against a federal juror. On two occasions prior to my arrest, the FBI had, via Michael Burks, tape recorded me instructing Phil Anderson to find out why the FBI felt someone was going to harm Mr. Hoffman and stop them. The FBI tried to lose these tapes, and on March 19, 2009, actually gave us a witness statement by Michael Burks stating he "did not remember being present" for phone conversations he recorded. Had Burks not bragged up and down the internet, the government may never have admitted them, but in July 2009, the US Attorney's Office finally admitted to the tapes, saying they had been "lost" because they were made by "another jurisdiction."

So the government arrested me for soliciting a violent felony while having private tapes of me saying I did not want anyone harmed and asking people to stop any effort to do so.

In this last memo, they stated they "had not reviewed" the tapes, and thus "did not know" if they contained exculpatory evidence.

But my arrest was the start, not the end, of the investigation.

After my arrest, the government told the world I was a "serial killer," and told the Deputies at the Roanoke City Jail I was a "domestic terrorist." Claiming they had been informed of a plot to "bomb" the Poff Federal Building, I was subjected to coercive interrogation techniques a la Guantanamo Bay. For six days, until just after my second bond hearing, in the Roanoke City Jail I was kept in a tiny room under a bright light 24 hours a day, was denied phone calls, hygiene, visits and sleep (via efforts to wake me every hour) while I was interrogated periodically by US marshals about crimes I knew nothing about. Eventually, those statements will be made public - I implicated no one and confessed to nothing, despite a near-total psychic collapse. (Try not sleeping for six days - it's not good.)

It was in this condition I was [indeciph. - dragged?] before the world to testify at my show trial detention hearing, October 22, 2008.

And while I was moved to a segregation unit, I was continually abused from the day of my arrest until December 29, 2008, in an effort to break me and make me both confess to crimes I didn't commit and cooperate against other white activists being targeted by "Operation Hopeful Eagle," the Obama administration's ongoing effort to break the "white supremacist" movement.

On arrival in Chicago, I was kept five days in a filthy unheated cell, without sheets and with one torn blanket and some ragged clothes, while temperatures went to 30 below. I spent two days in a cell flooded with human excrement. Until December 29, I was almost entirely denied visits and phone calls and kept in strict isolation as a "terrorist." And, I was told if I didn't cooperate and plea, I would face that the rest of my life, as Hale has.

The only trouble the government had is that my charge only carried ten years, but they originally concocted a sentencing scheme of soliciting murder in furtherance of domestic terrorism - which carries a life sentence (level 43 category VI plus 15 levels [?] of enhancement). To "fix" this, they threw at me this second indictment, which I now face in Roanoke. The charges here are mostly low-level, but had I had a guideline of "life" in Chicago, I could've been given the maximum on all of them.

Really, what the government expected to happen is for my arrest to frighten other ANSWP activists into confessing various criminal conspiracies before the Roanoke Grand Jury. While Dan Jones was frightened into becoming another informer (his "freebillwhite.com" website has been an FBI front), no one confessed any conspiracies. So, rather than walk away from this investigation, the government pulled out "cold cases" they had previously decided did not merit prosecution, and threw them at me. Some of them have not even been fully investigated, and, just a week ago, the government was denied a continuance they requested to "finish investigating" some of the cases.

And so I sit here in jail, detained 13 months for crimes I didn't commit, and acts that are not crimes.

A few other interesting points that have come out of the discovery and evidence in this case:

Mike Burks is the one who suggested to me the "Lynch the Jena 6" campaign. Apparently, this was done because the organization paying him -- almost surely the Southern Poverty Law Center -- felt there had not been enough authentic "white supremacist" opposition to them.

Shortly after my arrest, Maureen Mazzola, an agent of the FBI, interviewed Phil Anderson, the former ANSWP Illinois leader, and falsified a witness statement from him in an effort to use it as "relevant conduct" in case of a plea agreement. Among things she did is claim I had been involved in "over 150" crimes against federal officials and "civil rights" activists, and edit Phil's words - he said I called him to find out if anyone was planning to harm Hoffman and stop them; she wrote I called him to find out if anyone was going to harm Hoffman as I wanted. And so on. We have asked criminal obstruction charges be brought against her and she is, to my understanding, now under investigation.

Now, after December 29, the government's attitude changed towards me, somewhat. I was allowed in general population, given 300 minutes a month of phone calls and regular visits, and told if I'd plea and cooperate I could be released almost immediately. Without cooperation, the government came down from a guideline of life to 30 months. I still refused, and was frequently harassed and targeted by staff, but was not again abused as I had been with the exception of two periods, once timed with the removal of my tainted judge, and once timed with the dismissal of my case, when I spent a week under investigation in solitary confinement for imagined offenses.

In June of 2009, after the Holocaust museum shootings, a round up of white activists occurred, and that was when I heard, during an NPR broadcast, an FBI agent discussing "Operation Hopeful Eagle."

Apparently, the Obama administration has decided to "take control" of the "white supremacist" movement by bribing white leaders to cooperate with the FBI and arresting those who won't. While I was in Chicago, Hal Turner and David and Dennis Mahon were brought in. Hal has admitted to being an informer - it was his reason given for release on bond at his Chicago hearing. Still, he and the Mahons were being held in the same punishment and isolation wing I'd been in. I am told Hal is cooperating and now free. The Mahons were apparently set up by a pretty girl who, at first, pretended to be broken down on the side of the road, then drug them into a conspiracy to bomb her "boyfriend's" house.

I am also aware Dan Jones was arrested in September and was released afterwards on bond. He is currently working for the FBI - since his release he has approached and tried to set up Robert Campbell, Chris Drake and my wife (who has almost never had any political involvement in anything).

There have probably been other arrests as well I'm unaware of, and there have been minor arrests, such as the recent conviction of Elisha Strom for distributing criticisms of the Botetourt [sp?] County Vice Squad.

So now I sit, four months after my case was dismissed July 21st, and two months after my most recent (and third) release order, as the Fourth Circuit has ruled that apparent innocence is not sufficient reason to grant bond. Dec 2nd we will have a hearing to dismiss my charges and, if the judge wishes to hear additional evidence before dismissal, trial will begin around Dec 9th.

I cannot discuss the current discovery in detail, but I can say that we know all of the Roanoke cases are "cold cases" the FBI decided not to prosecute, and were resurrected in retaliation for my acquittal in Norfolk. In one case, we have a statement from the "victim" saying they were not "threatened" and they did not want me prosecuted. In another, the phone calls I'm alleged to have made were made by Mike Burks, imitating me. In the Leonard Pitts case, the FBI Agent, David Church, testified in open court Oct 19th, 20008, that I had nothing to do with any "threats." I just spent the afternoon receiving documents showing one of the cases was closed at the request of the victim and because it did not constitute a crime in May 2007 - but was resurrected by a call from the DOJ more than a year later, when the Norfolk case went down in flames.

So, Alex, I hope some of this is helpful to your readers. The government spent years trying to entrap me, and when I refused to commit a crime, had me arrested on charges they knew were bogus, and then lied to the press to railroad me into detention, where I was systematically brutalized over several months and told the only way out was to "confess" to those crimes I did not commit, and then cooperate and entrap other whites.

Those who have cooperated have gotten bond, but because I "show no remorse," as the government put it in their brief to the 4th Circuit, I am held without bond, because the "appearance of innocence" is not sufficient reason to keep me out of jail.

The [? - ihna] has come, and this kind of repression is what black communism looks like.

If you can make any of this information public, I'd appreciate it. I should be out and done in a few weeks, but white people need to know this stuff is happening now.

P.S.: I can no longer blame people like Glenn Miller or David Duke who have pled guilty out of fear of the federal government. Nor can I blame those who cooperate out of fear. Under torture, or threat of torture, admitting crimes you didn't commit and confessing to whatever is wanted is not irrational. But those who lie out of malice or for money are very low in my book - and most of the informers on my case were of the latter sort.

I am just fortunate to have had two excellent legal teams and a lot of personal support from so many people. Without them and their hard investigative work, I may have been railroaded for life before a fixed Chicago judge and convicted of these lies.

No explanation was offered as to why a letter dated November 16th has just been received now, on December 5th. It tells you something about the prison mailing system.

While the information about Dan Jones has yet to be corroborated, we already know that Michael Burks and Tim Bland are slugs, while Justin Boyer is a woman-beating thug. So I think Bill White is reasonably on the level here. It is quite possible that the Feds could have fed him the information about Dan Jones to create unnecessary doubt and suspicion. It would be good to hear Dan Jones' response first before making up our minds about him.

Day 4 Of The Hal Turner Federal Trial In Brooklyn; After Closing Arguments, Case Delivered To Multiracial Jury, Deliberations Already Bogging Down

On Day 4 of the Hal Turner Federal trial in Brooklyn on December 4th, 2009, attorneys for both sides delivered closing arguments, after which the case was delivered to the jury. For the first time, we get a media report on the demographic breakdown of the jury; NorthJersey.com reports that the jury consists of five White men, two White women, two Black women, two Latina women and one Asian man. And already, serious differences within the jury have arisen; less than three hours after receiving the case, the jury has already declared itself "hopelessly deadlocked", although they've been directed by Judge Donald Walter to resume deliberations.

Assistant U.S. Attorney William Ridgeway, who delivered the closing argument for the prosecution, said Turner’s blog posting that the federal appeals judges “deserved to be killed” was “undoubtedly a serious expression to inflict injury.” Ridgway also stated that there is no right to threaten violence against people, and that the judges received that threat merely by virtue of doing their jobs.

Nishay Sanan, who represented the defense, countered by comparing Turner to such shock jocks as Howard Stern and Don Imus. “Giving your opinion is not a crime,” said Sanan of Turner’s blog posting that the judges “deserved to be killed.” Sanan also reminded the court of the evidence that his client once was a paid FBI informant in investigations of neo-Nazis and white supremacist groups, and stated that in return for his services, Turner only got betrayal.

Interesting how a supposed "white nationalist blogger" like Hal Turner entrusted his defense to a racially non-White defense team, isn't it?

The trial, originally expected to last as long as two weeks, was reduced to only four days when the prosecution called only six witnesses and the defense none. The three 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals allegedly targeted by Turner — Richard Posner, Frank Easterbrook and William Bauer - had been engaged to testify for the prosecution, but were never called upon. New Jersey Governor-elect Chris Christie and U.S. Attorney Paul Fishman were subpoenaed to testify for the defense, but that effort also fizzled. During a press conference, Gov. Christie said he never issued a letter to Hal Turner nor made a general, blanket decision promising Turner that he would never be prosecuted for the inciteful things he says.

And now the jury has already run up against a brick wall in deliberations. One People's Project reveals that the Asian juror had earlier identified himself as being particularly knowledgeable about the First Amendment. But Judge Walter felt that he presented no issues during the course of the trial, and chose to keep him on. This leads me to believe that the Asian juror is the most likely person to be hanging the jury. Turner has gotten some support nationwide from First Amendment activists, so the difficulty in deliberations is not surprising. The stakes are high; if Turner is convicted, he could face a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine. And Turner still has the Connecticut state incitement charges to face.

There's also late word that if the Federal jury in Brooklyn hangs, a re-trial could take place as early as June 1st, 2010.

White Revolution Chairman Billy Roper Interviewed By The Daily Beast; Introduces The Nationalist Party Of America

While visiting the White Revolution website, I learned that the organization's chairman, Billy Roper (pictured at left), was recently interviewed by The Daily Beast. Roper's input was incorporated into an article entitled "Stopping the Next McVeigh" by James Verini, which was published on November 7th, 2009.

Verini's interest in this subject was quickened by the twin rallies mounted by the National Socialist Movement in Phoenix, Arizona and Austin, Minnesota during the weekend of November 7th. According to Verini, law enforcement officials are having apocalyptic visions of "Tim McVeigh II"; they believe the upsurge in visibility is more than anecdotal, as they claim that levels of agitation among extremist groups are the highest since McVeigh’s attack in Oklahoma City in 1995.

Verini contacted two individuals. The first was James Ambrose, an Idaho truck driver who founded the Idaho Citizens Constitutional Militia in 2008. The ICCM is listed in the “militia contacts” section of the website “A Well Regulated Militia", and his email is listed on ICCM’s site. Ambrose, 34 and unmarried, is a veteran of the Army, in which he served as an artillery specialist, though not in Iraq or Afghanistan. (He was stationed in Korea and Fort Bragg.) He says the ICCM now has 40 members, about half of them veterans.

But of even greater interest to the White Nationalist community is the second person contacted, Billy Roper. Although Verini characterized White Revolution’s website as "somewhat rambling and hysterical", he acknowledged that Roper is "almost unnervingly articulate in conversation". Roper also discussed his newest political creation, the Nationalist Party of America. Here's the segment on Billy Roper:

There were “two reactions among people of my political stripe,” to Obama’s election, he told me when I reached him on the phone at his home in Arkansas, which was not difficult; his number is listed on White Revolution’s website. “The first was panic. The paranoid mind-set was that we’d all be rounded up and put in a gulag. The other reaction was that this will be a wake-up call for people.” Roper situated himself in the second camp. “People are going to become increasingly disenchanted with Obama’s America.”

And that is why Roper is running for president in 2012, which he called a “last-ditch election year” for America. His Nationalist Party of America has completed its platform and is already raising money. “We don’t anticipate winning or even being a spoiler for either party,” Roper admitted, but he intends to add to the debate. He says he is especially excited about the health-care proposals. They focus on HMO reform. [Ed. Note: Those proposals are outlined on NolanChart.]

“For years, white Americans were just concerned with watching sports and drinking beer and being consumers,” Roper said. “They were like bad puppies. Obama is like the rolled up newspaper smacking their butt. And now they’re baring their teeth. We’re at the stage kind of like the original 13 colonies around 1760. We’re at that awkward stage of the revolution when it’s too late to work within the system and too early to shoot the bastards.”

But Roper observed that any violence against the president would be counterproductive. “Harming Obama would be one of the worst things that could happen to our cause,” he said. “It would lead to the entire weight and power of the government coming down on our heads.”

The Nationalist Party of America promotes genuine reform. Billy Roper wants to replace most current forms of taxation with a national sales tax of 23 percent to fund the federal government and restrict states to levying a state sales tax of no more the 5 percent. He promotes zero tolerance on illegal immigration and a reduction in legal immigration to manageable levels, with no chain migration. He supports corporal punishment for petty criminals and the death penalty for pedophiles with corroborative DNA evidence. He wants to bar homosexuals and illegal aliens from military service.

But, outside his health care reform package, the most intriguing part of the NPA platform is copyright reform. The practice of defining intellectual property using the same ground rules as real property is becoming a nuisance at the very least, and a real nightmare for some. There are endless squabbles between bloggers and media outlets over "fair use". The Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) has been terrorizing housewives and college students with legal action for innocently downloading a few tunes. Consequently, Billy Roper wants to re-visit this whole realm of "intellectual property", proposing wholesale copyright reform, patent reform, trademark reform, abolition of the DMCA and related subsequent provisions within copyright law, and outright separation of intellect from property. No other candidate or party has the guts to address this thorny issue.

While Billy Roper is an experienced activist well-versed in the power of political persuasion, he might do well to review this recent TOQ Online interview with Dr. David Duke, who put forth 11 tips for White activists who run for elections. Of particular interest is number six, where Dr. Duke states, "Make your program true to our principles, but focused on issues that will get you votes, not cost you votes. Issues that will separate you from the crowd and give the most people strong reasons not to vote for you", and "Go with issues that have the most support among our people that are consonant with our views". Also noteworthy is number seven, where he states, "It is vital that one does not sell out our basic concepts, yet at the same time present our views in way that is appealing rather than unattractive or disingenuous. It is tightrope that you must learn to walk if you take part in the political process".

What makes Dr. Duke's advice particularly worth considering is...he actually won an election.

Day 3 Of The Hal Turner Federal Trial In Brooklyn; Defense Calls NO Witnesses, Both Sides Abruptly Rest Their Cases

In Day 3 of the Hal Turner Federal trial in Brooklyn on December 3rd, 2009, the big surprise to most observers was that after the prosecution presented their six witnesses, the defense called NO witnesses. The dramatic free-speech defense hinted at by Turner defense attorney Michael Orozco never materialized. Both sides have rested their cases. Also read a much more detailed account published by Daryle Lamont Jenkins on One People's Project; despite DLJ's reputation as an anti, the report is fairly objective.

Both the prosecution and the defense will present closing arguments on Thursday December 4th, after which the case will go to the jury. There are already unsubstantiated rumours floating around the Web that the judge may dismiss the case after the final arguments instead of delivering it to the jury. Even if that happens, Turner still has the Connecticut state incitement charges to face, in which he's accused of targeting Senator Andrew McDonald, Rep. Michael Lawlor and Thomas Jones, an enforcement officer at the Office of State Ethics, with comments considered by police to be incendiary. If convicted of inciting injury to persons or property, Turner faces a maximum prison sentence of up to 10 years.

William Norman Grigg, a longtime member of the John Birch Society, discusses the Hal Turner case on Pro Libertate. He describes Turner as just another prefabricated fascist in an assembly line of FBI provocateurs, comparing him with infamous FBI snitch David Gletty, who organized an NSM rally in Orlando, FL in 2006. Grigg also believes the NSM to be an FBI-controlled false-flag operation; to further support his contention, he refers to a recent mainstream immigration reform rally in Phoenix in which NSM operative J.T. Ready shows up...brandishing a Hitler poster. One of the ralliers attempted to seize the poster, triggering a physical altercation. Even more interesting is that Phoenix New Times antiracist blogger Stephen Lemons gets downright chummy with Ready.

This, in turn, induced ALIPAC's volatile, unstable, and egotistical William Gheen, who desperately seeks absolution from the SPLC, to chimp out and send a hysterical e-mail to Dr. David Duke and Stormfront, virtually "ordering" them to stay out of his organization's business. What better for the Feds than to use "white nationalist" provocateurs to sow division and dissension within the immigration reform movement, as well as to make legitimate white nationalists look like fools.

I wonder if Bill White ever dreamed that when he was standing beside Hal Turner at that NSM rally, that he was standing beside a world-class snitch. I also wonder if Turner has anything to do with White's own legal troubles.

On Day 2 of the Hal Turner Federal trial held in Brooklyn on December 2nd, 2009, two different portraits of Turner were painted in opening statements. While Assistant U.S. Attorney William Hogan characterized Turner as a domestic terrorist, Turner's lawyer Michael Orozco countered that Turner was merely exercising his right of free speech when he wrote on his blog last June that three federal appeals court judges deserved to be killed for upholding a ban on handguns in Chicago. He characterized the trial as a witch hunt.

Hogan spoke for an hour and had to be cut off by the judge. During that time, he downplayed Turner's importance to the FBI, He stated that Hal Turner was kicked out as an informant because he stepped over the line, and added that the FBI was not in the business of instructing Hal Turner what to write on his blog. Hogan further stated that his postings against the three judges went far beyond mere political rhetoric and is not protected by the First Amendment.

Orozco only took 30 minutes to deliver his statement, saying that it was about the right to criticize judicial officials. He said that although Turner was a productive informant, he was basically an entertainer. “Mr. Turner was nothing but a shock jock, a radio personality whose hand was guided by the FBI,” Orozco said.

Afterwards, a string of FBI agents took the stand to testify about Turner’s blog and his work as an informant. In several cases, Turner, smiling widely, stood and waved to agents he recognized, including the agent who arrested him, and another who supervised him as an informant. One of the agents identified was Mark Wallschleager

Another was Amy Pickett, now the third highest ranking FBI agent in the bureau’s New York City field office. She said Turner was never told he could use violent threats when she supervised him as an informant when she worked with Newark-based Joint Terrorism Task Force and knew him by the code name, “Valhalla.” Pickett said Turner’s information was considered valuable by the FBI. But she said he quit briefly as an informant when the FBI asked him to remove threatening statements from his blog.

Meanwhile, Governor-elect Chris Christie said that US Attorney Paul Fishman, who holds Christie's former job, has also been subpoenaed by Turner’s lawyers. On Tuesday, Christie was subpoenaed. He said that he forwarded his subpoena to Fishman’s office. “They’re going to interact with the court in Brooklyn [about] whether or not my testimony will be appropriate or required and so I leave it to them to handle,” Christie said. “Whatever the appropriate thing to do is, I’ll do. Beyond that, because I’m under subpoena, I should probably not talk about the substance today.”

The fact that Hal Turner was under FBI control has not escaped the notice of Kingston (NY) Mayor James Sottile. Back in October 2005, Turner led a Rally Against Black Gang Terrorism in Kingston after a white student, Robbie Hedrick, was brutally assaulted by a supersized black thug at the local high school. An estimated 40 white activists were offset by 200 antis, and the resultant police protection cost the city $80,000. So because the FBI is assumed to be involved, Sottile wants them to reimburse the city for the expense. He is supported in his request by Kingston Police Chief Gerald Keller and Kingston Alderwoman Ann Marie DiBella.

An FBI spokesman said in an e-mail that the bureau had not yet received the mayor’s request. “To the best of our knowledge no such request has been received at FBI headquarters,” said Special Agent Bryan L. Travers of the FBI’s Newark NJ branch. “All requests of that nature are handled by the FBI headquarters and evaluated and resolved based on their own merits.”

Day 1 of the Hal Turner Federal trial in Brooklyn, New York on December 1st was marked by jury problems as efforts to seat a complete jury foundered. As a result, opening arguments by both sides had to be delayed until Wednesday December 2nd.

Hal Turner’s trial was supposed to begin Tuesday with opening arguments, but U.S. District Court Judge Donald Walter, who was brought in from Louisiana to hear the case, changed the schedule when he could not complete jury selection. Walter thought he had enough jurors seated, but after allowing the panel to go to lunch, several returned and said they had conflicts and could not serve. By that time, Walter had dismissed other members of the larger jury pool. The judge then dispatched U.S. Marshals to track down other potential jurors and order them to come to court for consideration to be included in the jury – with the added request that the potential jurors don’t go home and check the Internet to learn more about Turner.

In addition, New Jersey Governor-elect Chris Christie was subpoenaed to testify as a defense witness. Turner’s defense attorney, Michael Orozco, said he hopes to question Christie about whether Federal prosecutors in Newark made a blanket decision not to file charges against Turner after previous threatening statements on the radio or on his blog. Gov. Christie will be asked to explain why he never prosecuted Turner for similar threats against senators, judges and even President Obama. A spokesman for Christie, who oversaw the Federal prosecutors as U.S. Attorney, confirmed he had received the subpoena, but declined comment.

Turner is accused of posting an appeal on his former website calling for appellate judges Frank Easterbrook, William Bauer and Richard Posner to be killed after they affirmed a lower court decision June 2nd to dismiss challenges to Chicago's handgun ban. If convicted, he could face a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine. The three judges are slated to testify at the trial.

A lengthy article posted by NorthJersey.com on November 29th provides extensive background and illustrates the complexity of the case. Turner was an informant with the Newark-based Joint Terrorism Task Force beginning in 2003 and continuing intermittently until this year. His primary contacts were FBI Special Agent Stephen Haug and Leonard Nerbetski, a New Jersey State Police detective assigned to the FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Force. He actually had a code name - Valhalla. The relationship between Turner and the FBI often was rocky, with both sides cutting ties several times. Nevertheless, FBI memos indicate that the bureau had appropriated as much as $100,000 for Turner's work as an informant. Although Turner would not say how much he was ultimately paid by the FBI, he said was earning about $15,000 a month from his suddenly popular radio show and blog.

And that, in addition to the fact that he was an informant, is the primary reasons why he is now anathema within the White Nationalist community. Despite the money he was getting, he would constantly and shamelessly beg for money on his radio program and website, and berate people who didn't contribute as "cheapskates". He would arrogantly brag that "he was the talent, he was the top, and if they [WNs] didn't come to him, they had no place else to go". He would tell hoary tales about burying bodies off the Continental Shelf and embedding dynamite in earthquake faults, then detonating it to trigger earthquakes. We tolerated him, and even laughed at him, because he was promoting our message.

Little did we know that the FBI was telling him to say such things. Little did we know that his first - and only true loyalty - was to the Feds. Now he may be the most hated man in the history of the White Nationalist movement, and it is richly deserved. For the sake of free speech alone, I don't want to see him go to jail, but if he gets off, he better just retire.

Hammerskin Nation Distributes White Power Flyers In Long Beach, Mississippi

On December 2nd, 2009, the Biloxi-Gulfport Sun-Herald reported that white power flyers attributable to the Hammerskin Nation were distributed in the Pecan Park area of Long Beach, Mississippi. The brochures, which were in plastic bags filled with rocks, were reportedly distributed to households in the area early on Tuesday December 1st and Wednesday December 2nd. Police Chief Wayne McDowell said his department is investigating, and at a minimum, the offenders could be subject to littering fines.

It is not known whether the distributor is an actual member of the Hammerskins or merely a sympathizer. According to the Hammerskin Nation website, the Hammerskin Nation is a leaderless group of men and women who have adopted the White Power Skinhead lifestyle. Contrary to the sensationalist media stereotypes, they encompass a wide variety of people, including blue collar workers, white collar professionals, college students, entrepreneurs, fathers and mothers. The Hammerskin brotherhood is way of achieving goals which they have all set for ourselves. These goals are many but can be summed up with one phrase consisting of 14 words; "We must secure the existence of our people and a future for White Children."

Hammerskin Nation is subdivided into regional affiliates throughout the United States, Europe, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. The Confederate Hammerskins are the regional affiliate for the southern U.S. The history of the Hammerskin movement is described HERE, and, to their credit, they don't whitewash their history. They own up to the growing pains that they've experienced, particularly during an earlier period of explosive growth. But as they began to stress quality over quantity, they've also showed how they've learned from their mistakes. Their end goal is to hold skinheads to a higher standard for the rest of their existence as the world’s oldest leading skinhead organization.

The Hammerskins don't take guff from antis. Antifa who confront the NSM and the Klan steer clear of the Hammerskins. As one poster on One People's Project put it, "...doing a face to face confrontation with Confederate Hammerskins is a bad idea".

Anti-Racist Expo Foundation Reports Major Upsurge In White Power Groups And Activity In Sweden As Swedish Patriots Fight Back Against Multiculturalism

On December 2nd, 2009, The Local reports that the anti-racist Expo Foundation has determined that 39 white power groups were active in Sweden in 2008, with 25 of the groups having been created in 2007 or 2008. In addition, they found that 1,946 actions were carried out by white power groups during the year, roughly 800 more than the year before. The most common activity was the dissemination of propaganda, followed by various types of demonstrations and lectures. All legal.

The Expo Foundation further reports that almost all activity can be tied to one of four organizations:

-- The National Socialist Front, later becoming the People’s Front (Folkfronten, Google English translation HERE)

-- Info 14 (Google English translation HERE) and the associated network of Free Nationalists (Fria Nationalister, Google English translation HERE)

-- The Swedish Resistance Movement (Svenska motståndsrörelsen, Google English translation HERE)

-- The Nordic Union, with its associated Resistance (Motstånd, Google English translation HERE) network.

The Expo Foundation bills itself as a privately-owned research foundation founded in 1995 with the aim of studying and mapping anti-democratic, right-wing extremist and racist tendencies in society. The foundation is run on a non-profit basis. The Expo platform safeguards democracy and freedom of speech against racist, right-wing extremist, anti-Semitic and totalitarian tendencies throughout society. Yet the Foundation also claims to be not connected to any specific parties or political groups, even though they do not monitor anti-racist left-wing extremists, who are generally responsible for much more violence.

The Expo Foundation also co-operates with Monitor magazine in Norway and Searchlight in the UK. There is also an information exchange with a number of European magazines, including the Antifa Infoblatt in Germany, Reflexes and CRIDA in France, Tun Balalaika in Russia, Nigdy Wiecej in Poland and several others, as well as with the Institute for Research and Education on Human Rights (IREHR) and the Center for New Community (CNC), both located in the United States. The latter two are clearly anti-racist extremist organizations.

The Expo Foundation has no documented ties with either the ADL or the SPLC. I could not determine what their criteria is for a "racist group". But if they're anything like the SPLC, they probably transform a simple postal box into a "racist group".

These Swedish patriots are activists. One of the more inspiring bouts of activism took place in October 2007 when four Swedish national socialist patriots took direct action against an exhibition of degenerate art in the Swedish city of Lund. Perhaps this explains why, in response to The Local story, there have been numerous comments posted in support of the Swedish nationalist groups. Here's a sampling:

I think the concept of multiculturalism was always a naive ideology that was never properly thought out. It all seemed to be such a lovely idea on paper, but in practise one can easily see it leaves a great deal do be desired. Especially with the types of people that are immigrating to the west today versus 35 or 40 years ago. ( not only Sweden ).

Clearly cultural, sociological and anthropological issues have to play a role in the viability for certain groups of immigrants to intigrate into western society and to embrace our values, beliefs and principles. Too many of today's immigrants values and beliefs clash horribly with the west, and we must therefore ask ourselves what are they doing here?

I also fear that our obsession with political correctness is our ultimate achilles heel.

The public support for Swedish nationalists is gratifying. I wish more Americans would express the public support for American nationalists that I know they feel privately.

Former National Alliance Activists Shaun Walker, Travis Massey, And Eric Egbert No Longer POWs; All Now Released From Federal Prison

On his website, former National Alliance Chairman Shaun Walker disclosed that he was released from Federal prison at 5:00 A.M. on November 27th, 2009. This information has also been verified by the Federal Bureau of Prisons. A further check of the BOP database reveals that his co-defendants were previously released as well; Travis Massey on July 24th, 2009, and Eric Egbert on October 21st, 2009. Thus closes out one of the more sordid chapters of Federal judicial railroading in recent history. There have been no known mainstream media stories about the release of these men.

While the three, upon advice of their defense counsels, chose not to take the stand in their own defense during their April 2007 trial in Salt Lake City, Shaun Walker provides a detailed account of the actual events HERE. Walker provides a shorter version of events during a March 2009 interview with independent journalist Roy Armstrong:

The trial lasted 4 days – it was a simple case. The bar witnesses talked about the drunken Keith Cotter and how he was pushed out of the bar the bartender. Keith then beat up the bartender with one other person after the bartender stepped outside to push him out of the bar. The bartender didn’t need any medical help and in fact went snow skiing the next morning. It was a simple assault, or mutual combat (both guilty). But, the bartender did have the legal right to remove a drunk. [Ed. Note: The State of Utah never filed assault charges in this case.]

The political problem was this. Inside the bar, several people were passing out National Alliance cards and stickers, which created an argument by people that were strongly against the NA (antifas in Europe). I didn’t even witness the fight. Yet, under conspiracy laws, I didn’t have to, to be just as guilty.

The entire case is based on perjured testimony by Keith Cotter. He said we planned the evening, to attract new members to our secret 4-man conspiracy. He actually said in court that we wanted to beat up people, to gain a violent reputation, so other people would want to join us – absurd. [Ed. Note: Brad Callahan was another informer who testified against the Shaun Walker Trio.]

The second fight occurred two months later. Keith Cotter got into a fight with either 1 or 3 people. Cotter said in court it was against two Whites and one non-White, who might have been an Indian. Since nobody knows who any of these people are, no one knows for sure. Eric Egbert and myself were not there, therefore had no idea it happened. Travis was there and said the other guy was drunk and started the fight with Cotter, which Cotter won. But, if Cotter says the other guy started the fight, then he doesn’t get out of prison. Crazy.

All three of us co-defendants were advised by our legal counsels not to take the stand. Not because we had anything to hide but rather we would be politically prosecuted by the federal prosecutors based upon our beliefs.

Without ever even knowing the names, the Feds determined by magic, that this “victim” suffered from an aggravated assault with serious bodily injury.” Keep in mind that never in the grand jury indictment or trial did anyone every say “aggravated assault” or “serious bodily injury”.

After conviction on day 4 of the trial, we were immediately handcuffed in court after the guilty verdicts were read, taken to the county jail, and sentenced four months later. The federal guidelines recommended a 24-month sentence. The prosecutor asked to have the charges thrown out because he said it was an “aggravated assault with serious bodily injury case” which is a more serious charge. The judge went by the prosecutor’s request and I received an 87-month sentence. I couldn’t eat for two days; my wife and mother cried. The sentence shocked me. After two days, I considered that I was still White and they couldn’t take that from me. So all was good again.

Yes, Keith Cotter was rewarded well for his “testimony”. Cotter was facing life in prison and was released from prison months after my sentencing hearing.

All three men subsequently appealed their convictions. On April 14th, 2009, the 10th Federal Circuit Court of Appeals found that there was no evidence of serious bodily injury, not enough eyewitness evidence to show the man who was beaten would have needed medical care, and he could not be found after the attack (the second "attack" at the Port O'Call in 2003). They also ruled that the "enhancement" of Walker's sentence for being in a "leadership role" was presumptive and invalid, opining that it did not appear that Mr. Walker exercised any more authority than any other member of the group, and concluding that the mere fact of Mr. Walker's leadership position in the (National Alliance) did not indicate he held a leadership position with respect to the so-called "criminal enterprise". They remanded the case back to the original district court in Utah for the re-sentencing.

Consequently, on July 22nd, 2009, U.S. District Judge Dee Benson reduced Walker's original sentence from 87 months to 37 months, and Travis Massey's sentence from 57 months to 30 months. In response, Eric Egbert promptly filed a motion to get his sentenced reduced as well, and on September 2nd, 2009, Judge Benson ordered that Egbert's term be reduced from 42 months to 33 months.

Shaun Walker also revealed during the Armstrong interview that while in prison, he received occupational training in three different areas. During his first year, he worked as a plumber. Then he spent a year in vocational training to be an automobile mechanic according to A.S.E. standards. He also enrolled in the leather shop. So despite the fact that the Federal felony collar would ordinarily hinder his employment, the first two skills are in sufficiently great demand that a prospective employer might be willing to take a chance on him. Walker also disclosed at the time that, after his release, he would still face six months in a halfway house and three years of probation. As a convicted felon, Walker is restricted from guns, ammunition, voting, etc., although he can run for any federal elective office.

Neither Travis Massey nor Eric Egbert have chosen to release any information about their current whereabouts or their future plans; their privacy deserves respect. All three of these men showed themselves to be stand-up guys, refusing to roll over or to renounce their beliefs. They've taken major hits for the Cause, and if they choose to refrain from future White activism, they've clearly earned their "retirement".

People's Republic Of Wisconsin Becomes 32nd State To Recognize Juneteenth As Official State Holiday

Wisconsin became the 32nd U.S. state to officially recognize Juneteenth as a state holiday when Democratic Governor Jim Doyle signed SB170 into law on December 1st, 2009, despite the fact that Wisconsin was never a part of the Confederate States of America. Thus June 19th now becomes an official legal holiday in Wisconsin. The official designation will not affect the number of paid holidays given to state employees.

Doyle was joined by Reverend Ronald Myers, National Chairman of Juneteenth Day, and Mac Weddle, the executive director of the Northcott House and local president of Juneteenth Day, for the signing at Northcott Neighborhood Center in Milwaukee. "Milwaukee has long celebrated Juneteenth Day and I am proud that Wisconsin is moving forward to recognize this important holiday across the state,” Governor Doyle said. “Juneteenth Day marks a historic milestone in our nation’s history and celebrates the freedom that unites all Americans.”

Legislators specifically lauded for their efforts in making this bill possible include Senators Spencer Coggs (D) and Lena Taylor (D), and Representatives Tamara Grigsby (D) and Leon Young (D). All Democrats. All black.

But Juneteenth celebrations in Milwaukee have a checkered past. In 2007, a man was pulled from his car and beaten and a police officer injured while trying to break up a large-scale fight after the festival let out. It was the second year in a row that police in riot gear were used to disperse the crowds. Violence is periodically reported at other Juneteenth celebrations around the country.

In addition to Wisconsin, the list of states conferring holiday status upon Juneteenth include Kansas, *Texas, *Florida, Oklahoma, Delaware, Alaska, Idaho, Iowa, California, Wyoming, Illinois, Missouri, Connecticut, *Louisiana, New Jersey, New York, Colorado, *Arkansas, Oregon, Kentucky, Michigan, New Mexico, *Virginia, Washington State, *Tennessee, Massachusetts, *North Carolina, West Virginia, *South Carolina, Vermont, Nebraska, as well as the District of Columbia. Former Confederate states are denoted by an asterix, so you can see the commemoration has spread far beyond the former Confederacy.

Some object to the holiday as a glorification of black ignorance, while others claimed there were already occasions enough on the calendar to recognize the African-American experience, including Emancipation Day, celebrated on January 1st, the day Lincoln's proclamation went into effect. And with Martin Luther King's Birthday established as an official forum for discussions of race, some still question the need for another black holiday. But apologists for the holiday say Juneteenth appeals to many Americans by celebrating the end of slavery without dwelling on its legacy. Juneteenth, its celebrators say, is Martin Luther King's Birthday without the grieving.

Assuming, of course, that one actually "grieves".

Radio Free Mississippi Host Jim Giles Interviews Former White Patriot Party Leader Frazier Glenn Miller

Anti-Racist Thugs Disrupt David Irving Event In Chicago; Some Get Arrested, Others Get A Boot Party Courtesy Of The Illinois National Socialist Front

It appears that anti-racist thugs, knowing that Americans are slowly turning against them in large numbers, are dropping all pretense of civility and tolerance, and are now launching unprovoked physical attacks upon people with whom they disagree. The latest occurred during the appearance of premier World War II Revisionist author David Irving in Chicago on November 23rd, 2009.

First, from the David Duke website, we learn that eight anti-racist thugs invaded the venue at the Edelweiss Restaurant in Norridge, IL where David Irving and others were gathered. The Edelweiss is one of Chicago's finest restaurants, repeatedly voted the No. 1 German restaurant in the Chicagoland area. Although things looked normal, Irving's brave and savvy personal assistant, identified only as "J", became suspicious after a man was observed sauntering in the parking lot, looking into cars and speaking into a communications device of some sort. Suddenly, Irving's assistant spotted the eight thugs wearing masks heading for the restaurant. While Irving and his party were able to secure themselves in a back room, where "J" called the police.

The thugs begin ransacking the restaurant looking for Irving and his party. Frustrated at not finding them, they began pouring paint over the tables and restaurant staff, but only inflicting minor damage to the books on the book table. A couple of guests who did not take refuge in the back room decided to fight back. One picked up chairs and beer mugs to fling at the attackers. Another attempted to bar the street exit as the thugs tried to escape, and snatched the mask off one scrawny girl attacker. She screamed obscenities at him and punched him in the chest. “That didn’t hurt!” he said with a smile, which unleashed another string of foul language. A third person was savagely attacked, requiring 12 stitches to close a wound in his forehead. Just as the antifas escaped, the police arrived, but a bucket of red paint left behind combined with a license plate number ensured their subsequent apprehension. Meanwhile, the Illinois National Socialist Front (INSF) reports that on the same day, in another part of Chicago (around 55th Street), two of their top cadre were to meet with a "prospect" who had been "cultivating" them for three months, pretending to be interested in White activism. Instead, the two INSF cadre were greeted by six anti-racist thugs. But they bit off more than they could chew; to quote the INSF story, "Our brave Brothers quickly took control of the situation, turned the ambush around, and gave the race-traitors a beating they will not soon forget. The six cowards were last seen rapidly retreating, several with limps, down 55th street." Afterwards, the police arrived, took statements from the INSF cadre, and went on their way. The INSF is also discussing this on the Vanguard News Network Forum.

It appears the anti-racists are not done. One People's Project is currently encouraging people to threaten the Edelweiss restaurant if they assist in the legal case against those arrested. From an email: "David Irving was disrupted and shut down tonight (Nov. 24) in chicago at Edelweiss restaurant at 7650 w Irving park road. A few people were arrested shortly after.
