What could be more appropriate than the words to my new song 'Let"s Get Up"? So, here they are: "Let's get up for the Buckeyes / Let's get down to the game / We're never gonna give up on the Buckeyes / We're always gonna live up to our name. Let's wake up...Buckeye nation And recall the words of our coach Hayes..."drive, desire and dedication" will beat any team on any day . (chorus) O-hi-o O-hi-o we wear the scarlet and gray. O-hi-o O-hi-o we're the ones from Ohio State . Raise your cup to the Buckeyes / lift their spirits to the skies / toast the ones who cheered before us / who sang "Across the Field" and "The Battle Cry" (chorus) (solo) So let's stay up for the Buckeyes/ make some noise down in the stands/ it's enough to be a Buckeye/ we got the best damn band in the land! (chorus) fini GO BUCKS!!!!!!!

Bill Bendler of the Danger Brothershttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04495978556988457829noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29963351.post-1157310152249226482006-09-03T14:52:00.000-04:002006-09-03T15:02:32.320-04:00Hello Danger fans!!! We are into the hineygate season now, and I'll just say "Wow, what a beginning!! We played my new song "Let's Get Up For the Buckeyes", and it worked...they won the game!!! It was an awesome Hineygate, and many friends came up to me to say hi. Thanks. We had a great summer, and some highlights were playing at "Mel's Crow's Nest", and Maumee River Yacht Club among many others. I will update again soon, as I have to leave to play in Erie, Michigan. St Joe's festival has asked us back for a third year! See you soon, I hope!!

Bill Bendler of the Danger Brothershttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04495978556988457829noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29963351.post-1154394738721045582006-07-31T21:12:00.000-04:002006-07-31T21:54:53.323-04:00Kicking Off Summer of 2006!Hello to all!

It has been a long time since writing last, but the spirit is still here, and the website is resurrected, so here goes more of my spiel. Or is it shpiel? I'll have to look it up in "The Joys of Yiddish."

The Danger Boys have been busy characters this summer as you can tell. My personal faves have been Mel's Crow's nest and Put in Bay (of course) and this last weekend at the Dayton Air Show.

It has been a whirlwind summer so far, and Hineygate is looming on the horizon. This year will be special to me because both my daughters, Lindsay and Alana are Buckeyes!!!!

We had a lot of fun at St Margaret's Festival last Saturday, too. I loved the rides, especially the "Dow Jones Slide". I will be chatting again very soon with news of our most recent adventures.

Keep on rockin' and a-rollin' and I don't want to see no "DebbyDowners"!!

Bill Bendler of the Danger Brothershttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04495978556988457829noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29963351.post-1150826182768866132006-06-20T13:55:00.000-04:002006-06-20T13:56:22.770-04:00

Bill Bendler of the Danger Brothershttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04495978556988457829noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29963351.post-1150767954563570862006-06-19T21:42:00.000-04:002006-06-19T21:45:54.566-04:00An Oldie But A GoodieI pulled this one from the vault! Fresh new posts coming soon...

Hi Folks! Back from the world of the too busy to be responsible for my own newsletter. Oh, well, here it is late but here nonetheless!

The Danger boys have been criss-crossing the state and the world satisfying the appetites of the beer-loving, rock-loving, party-loving hordes…AND LOVING IT!!

We are excited about all the new additions to our songlist, and if you haven’t heard us for a while, you will notice the changes. We are also working on having a new live CD from Hineygate out very, very soon!!! Watch for it here on our website.

“Bill’s BikiniWax” is enjoying the best year ever, thanks to our crack genital manager, Mike Thompson. He has instated a box lunch addition to the business, featuring our famous shaved turkey sandwich. Drop by and visit us on ladies night (another Thompson epiphany) at our new location: 6969 Lovemound Lane. Just turn right at the”Y”, take the Beougher Cut-off, go past the Luckey Haskins BBQ and wax museum (they had to separate the two operations due to an unfortunate meltdown), and just past the Turner Museum of Fine Farts, you’ll be there! Whew! By the way, The Turner museum is featuring it’s new “Delphos” line of odors.

Be on the lookout for the new live CD, and check out the new black Danger Brothers t-shirts…they’re awesome!! Make a concerted effort to check out the Hineygate party in Columbus, before and after each OSU home game. It truly is the biggest and best tailgate party anywhere, and if you don’t have game tickets, don’t worry. The game is on the BIG screen.

That’s it for now. If you’re lonely, just dial the emergency phone-sex number…*6911 hoohoohooheeheehahaha!…Bye!

Bill Bendler of the Danger Brothershttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04495978556988457829noreply@blogger.com
