Judges often order mediation hoping that the case won't go to court, as court is costly to society. If there is no resolution at mediation, or alternatively, a settlement outside of mediation, the case will go to court.<BR/><BR/>If you truly want to provide accurate information and for people to take San Jose Revealed seriously, you should at least try to understand the things about which you are reporting.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
