It is really fortunate that John McLemore has a lousy community newspaper to blame for his humiliating near 30 percentage point loss for Mayor of Santa Clara.

Goodness knows that it was all that newspaper that accounted for his getting about as many votes as my pet gerbil would have received if he were on the ballot.
